Buhari has already won this election.

Please Nigerians let's shun violence and embrace this new leadership. Let's give Buhari our support and trust him to perform.

Truth be told, Jonathan has failed us.

Congratulations General Buhari.

No doubt, Nigeria needs a revival and whoever wins must shove away self, greed, corruption..etc and be ready to work so that Nigerians can smile once again.

In every race, there's a winner, and there's a looser. Both candidates must be ready to accept defeat. And please do not resort to violence when the over all results are made public. Please stop shedding the blood of innocent Nigerians.

I wish both candidates the best of luck.

Believe me its not possible. No doubt you're going to be distracted and its definitely going to tell on you CGPA.

My advise is that you focus on your biochemistry program. Upon graduation, you can pursue your music career. At least your fans would respect you more when they discover that you're a graduate, and it could even open more financial doors considering the fame you should have by then.

This is just my opinion...Good luck.
RomanceRe: How Did Go Wrong With This Girl (see Chat) by CrazyMan(m): 7:26pm On Mar 26, 2015
@op, I would blame you for your manner of approach. Believe me, it was so arrogant and childish. Only a slut or gold digger would fall for you that way.

From what I read in your chat, its obvious that you two aren't really that close. You might have known her for two years but from your chat with her, its safe to conclude that you guys are more like colleagues or partners nothing more.

If you wanted something more than ordinary friendship with her, you should have acted more mature i.e man up, take her on a date and tell her what you have in mind, or study her body language properly to know if she reciprocates your secrete affections. If she does, then you can take the bold step.

What you should know is that that
You don't toast a working class girl through a social media and expect her to take you seriously. Did you bother to know why she kept on asking you about your age? Truth is she was convinced that you're still a kid. Even though in reality you might be older than she is, you failed to prove it.

When approaching a girl next time, keep your arrogance away and show her some respect. Even though you and I know that all you're after is her vagina, be matured about it and have a sense of humor, and believe me, she'll give you a chance.

You should learn from this and be more mature in your next adventure.

Good luck.

NYSCRe: See How Corps Members Get Water In Gwer West LGA, Benue State. by CrazyMan(mod):
whirlwind7:
The water table doesn't appear deep, so it wouldn't cost much to sink boreholes. I often wonder what is the duty of LGA chairmen, who always claim to be closer to the people, at the so-called grassroots level?
The amount of ineptitude and callousness as a result of corruption in the country is mind boggling.
It won't be a surprise to find out that numerous bore-hole projects have been budgeted for, and executed on paper in that LGA.
Even N500k honestly channeled for this purpose, will bring a huge relief to the people.
Well said.

At times I begin to wonder if our government uses charms to blind the eyes of the masses spiritually so as to prevent them (the masses) from seeing who they truly are. Cos I see no reason why a constituency which receives allocation from the federal government cannot boast of any form of development. People walk miles just to fetch a muddy water when a proper bore-hole can be dug for the benefit of everyone, no electricity, no good roads...etc.

And yet this same people would re-elect the same politicians who failed them back into power, despite the fact that their presence as leaders has very little influence on the development of the constituency they represent.

Of a truth suffering has become part of our normal lifestyle.

charles009:
hey folks, I work in a leading bank in Nigeria.
But due to the Austerity and bad economy, We are getting underground news that there would be a massive downsizing programme.

i am to get married to my lovely wife April, but I am planning to cancel it.
Reason: so i can have some money and start life just incase!
hoping for the best, expect the worst.

Is this a wise decision?
I wouldn't advise that you cancel it. Plan a smaller wedding. Don't do something extravagant, rather go for a very very simple low budgeted wedding.

For the suit and gown, if you already have a good and presentable suit, just dry clean it and use it for the wedding, you can rent a gown for your bride.

As for the wedding catering, Instead of paying wedding vendors for the reception catering, ask your mom, her friends, your aunts, your village women’s meeting. Ask them to help you cook the wedding food, make the small chops, wedding cake, chin-chin and so on. I'm sure the would be very fair with their charges.

As for the reception decoration, photographs...etc, ask church members, family members or friends, I'm sure they would help out and give you a fair charge.

Good luck.
CareerRe: Top 100 Best Companies/firms To Work For In Nigeria by CrazyMan(mod): 3:16pm On Mar 21, 2015
humilitypays:
Op, you are very wrong!!

You just went and compiled list of popular and long existing companies with the wrong belief that they all pay or reward their staff very well, very wrong of you.

Now, let me correct you.

Remove PZ Cussons Plc because PZ has one of the poorest staff salary/reward welfare among all FMCGs, so take it off.

PZ Cussons Plc has money as a company but do not pay its staff well.

Remove Julius Berger too. Julius Berger has too much money as a company but uses slave master staff welfare system whereby the top management staff members get paid heavily but other staff get peanut pay, so remove them pls.

Most Julius Berger staff survive by engaging in corner business within the firm.

7Up Bottling Company don't pay much to make the list even though the have name.

Nest Oil doesn't pay much except you are in key position.

There are plenty unknown firms in Nigeria that pay more than these popular companies you listed here just because they have big name.

Where is Acatel? Where is Tincan, APM Terminals and other top shipping firms I can't mention here?

Where are those unpopular oil servicing and Logistics firms that pay their staff well which you don't know because they are not popular?

Anyway, it is clear that you didn't do any research but compiled list of popular firms that you know.
Well said.

This is a "copy past" job there was little or no research carried out by the op.

Most of the companies listed have poor staff welfare packages, zero job security...etc. They have the name on the outside, but on the inside, they're not different from slave masters.

CareerRe: Opinion: Certain Jobs You Don't Accept. by CrazyMan(mod):
solidifi:
Though this a personal choice or preference. I never liked the following jobs:
1) Police work (Nigerian Police)
2) Bank work
3) PA - Personal Assistant.

Reasons:
(Nigerian) Policemen are worse than armed robbers. They are liars.

Bank work is as good as ashawo work. It eats your time. It makes you live a fake lifestyle with or without you knowing it. Makes you count and safe-keep other people's money and talk in millions even when you don't have. Makes you keep looking for bank jobs when you are out of one bank. Makes you unfit for most other jobs in other establishments. Finally renders you useless when you are out of bank work.

PA job appears to me like a ''boy-boy'' (house boy) job. I can't imagine myself attached to my fellow man like super glue. His movement and lifestyle determine my own, God forbid. Instead, I join local women in one local market and sell crayfish.

This is my position on these jobs. Let's hear or read yours.
Thanx.
Its quite easy to say when you already have a good job. Cos if you're yet to secure a good job, and you become choosy with the available ones on ground, with time Mr. unemployment would begin to take a toll on you. And believe me, you'll even consider security jobs, tanker driver jobs...etc, just to make ends meet.
CrimeRe: Man Kills Friend Over N100 Debt In Enugu by CrazyMan(m): 8:05am On Mar 21, 2015
I'm totally against the actions of the suspect. No one has any right to take the life of his fellow man. But the deceased should have just given the suspect his N100 balance considering the fact that their friendship was already on the brink. If he owed him a thousand naira we can say maybe he didn't have the money on him that period. But hundred naira...haba. Me thinks he was just being selfish, cunning...etc.

Nevertheless, the suspect should be made to pay for his crime.
CareerRe: My Boss Wants Me In Bed. Pls Advise by CrazyMan(mod): 6:48am On Mar 21, 2015
For starters, make it very clear to him that from now henceforth, there should be no further touching, friendly hugging, hand-holding, or discussions of relationships (yours, or his marriage). If he is a true friend he will respect this. If he does not you can say ‘I don’t want to discuss this’ or ‘that’s not an appropriate conversation for work’.

Also, try to keep any dealings you have with him professional and public. You do not have to explain or justify your actions to him.

Finally, you may want to confide in another trustworthy colleague, friend or family member if you need additional support. Cos if you take a more assertive approach he might become difficult or abusive. He could bring up things you have told him in confidence in an unkind way.

Just be wise about the whole stuff.

Good luck.

The guy is right.

He used the book of "Job" to describe Job (getting employed) and the book of Romans" to describe Romance (falling in love and all that)

After the book of job, you have to flip through various books before arriving at romans.

Now looking at it from a realistic point of view, you must have a good "Job" if you intend to keep your relationship "romance" intact.

Getting a good Job should be your priority before Romance.

Nothing wrong with the tweet.

Christianity EtcRe: Mohammed's Pedophilia And "Chibok Girls"! by CrazyMan(m): 8:52pm On Mar 19, 2015
EvilBrain1:
Ifeann is correct. The girls were writing SSCE meaning they would have been about 16 or 17 which is definitely too old for pedophiles.

The problem is Mohammed's inhuman treatment of captives. He usually either massacred the males or sold them into slavery; while women were kept as sex slaves, shared among his fighters, or sold in the market.

Off course he also lived a perfect life and was the most noble among all of humanity which is why we must preserve the institution of slavery and continue treating women like cattle.
We're no longer in the stone age where you raid a village kill as many males as you can find, sell off the rest into slavery and carry off their females who would serve as sex machines.

His followers should know that we're in the 21st century where the rights of every human (male/female) must be respected.

It's pointless nigger... Live and let live

"We darkies are a mess" -Bonnie Ruckus
Well said.

We blacks are architects of our problems. The black man hates himself, hates his neighbour, hates his family, hates his state, his country and his continent.

The black man cannot move forward cos he sees the white man as the superior race. And the moment you believe someone is better than you, you'll never move past that person. And until you break such reasoning, you'll forever remain behind that person.

A friend of mine's girlfriend went to the UK for her Msc program. On getting back home, she broke up with the guy reason being that he's no longer in the same league with her.

We don't appreciate each other. A Nigerian would reject a made in Nigeria product regardless of the quality but would happily embrace a product that was manufactured abroad not minding if its fake.

Also, imagine the kind of lies people tell at various embassies across Nigeria just for visa into a white man's land. Isn't that a clear indication that the white man is superior to them?

Africa is blessed no doubt, infact we're the luckiest in terms of Natural resources and climate, yet greed, hatred for one another, has made us decades behind the white man.
