Forget about those celebrities and Twitter users (mostly kids)
If you want to know how popular Don is just go to any of his rallies.. Now let me tell you that there are Democrats who are gonna be voting for Trump again.

In Mississippi, Sen. Cindy would've lost if not for Trump's endorsement. In Florida, Desantis would've lost if not for Trump's endorsement. Everyone he campaigned for won.. The only way to make sure he doesn't win is make sure he doesn't run in 2020.
If not, he has a cult of followers.

He came out the right moment.

Romance / Re: She Broke Up With Me And Told Me I Am Destined To Be Poor by CrystalMax: 11:58am On Feb 28, 2019
Kalashnikov382:
Hello Nairalanders, My girlfriend of two years broke up with me. She broke up with me because of my financial situation right now.

I have been struggling for like 5 months now then she started acting weird and calling me names. The whole thing started when a guy I don't know bought her an iPhone last month. She lied she got it herself which I know is not true. We fought, argued then she went on to block me on WhatsApp.

After begging her for a month she later unblocked me and started posting pictures of different guys with love emoticons. Then she started asking for money everyday. I told her I would give her if I see her in person that I haven't even set my eyes on her for like 2 months.

She has has been avoiding me but asking me for money. Then Started saying She knew I would never gets out of this broke-ness. She told me I am addicted to brokeness that I can never make it in life. The same girl I pay part of her third year school fee, I paid her final year school when their school payment portal was almost closed, I sold my expensive iPhone and some other gadgets for a very shameful price. I once did everything any guy would do for a girlfriend. I used to spoil her with everything when I have money. I've bought her phone twice, Take care of her school bills time to time. Use my things to loan money to send money to her. I did some stupid things just to satisfy this girl.

After everything she told me I did nothing for her that I am addicted to poverty that they told her I'm destined to be poor. She text all sorts of terrible things and insulted my parents that's when I slammed her with some crazy text back (My parents? No No I won't take that shi.t).

This girl I lose my everything just to make her happy. Worst of it is that I am at the most toughest time of my life now. Last week I lose almost a million, I am still healing from that. Her words are affecting me mentally. I adore this girl because she was once a nice and good girl any guy would want to date in fact to be honest, she is the most beautiful girl I've ever meet all my life.

She believes her beauty can get her anything. Please Nairalanders how can I forget this girl and her words totally. Those words are really affecting me mentally, I am losing hope. Please how can I erase everything from my head. I'm frustrated and depressed
First of all, I commend you for sharing this burden! You did well, very well by not bottling it all up.

The truth is, you might not be able to just format her instantly from your head right now, however, it is very possible to overcome this pain.

1. Archive her chats and messages in your email for posterity reference and then delete her from all your social media platforms, delete her number, pictures and everything about her.
2. Take a break, go on a short vacation. Leave that your current location temporarily (if possible).
3. Give your time to a new/old purpose (learn how to play a musical instrument or learn a new language (e.g download an app called "duolingo" and use it to learn any language of your choice) or engage in any new legitimate thing. It will help you redirect your mind and give you focus for better things.
4. Talk to people that you think can help. Don't bottle your pains and regrets, talk to good people. You sound like a good person, you should have some of your kind around you. Please talk it out.
5. Don't rush into any other relationship for now.
6. I recommend a book for you to read; it's titled "Forgetting Your Past" by Bob Gass. Read that book with open mind.
7. Learn from your mistakes; Never give your all to people with questionable character + Loyalty is very expensive, don't invest it where you won't get dividends.
8. Forgive her but NEVER give her a place in your heart again.
9. Believe me, YOU WILL BE RICHER if you work hard doing legitimate business. You need to know that she's wrong with her assumption that you are addicted to brokenness.

I wish you healing bro.
Some people (Guys&Ladies alike) are just so heartless. pELe

Politics / Re: If You Don't Distribute Electric Power, We'll Seize Your Licence - Sowore by CrystalMax: 10:22am On Jan 24, 2019
You will agree with me that what Sowore said will change the game for better if you understand what's going on in the power sector.
I just can't help but fall in love with his points/strategy in that regard (provided it won't just be all talk and no action)
Our discos are refusing to distribute energy as they ought to because they are not sure of getting the revenue. Mandate them to meter all consumers of electricity, enforce the laws, Discos keep billing us for darkness and Gencos waste resources generating unutilized power. It is well with Nigeria, smh.
Well said Mr. Sowore!

Getting married and Marriage are two different things.

A story well told! If you don't understand Igbo language like me, you will fall in love with that language. The dialogues in Igbo language were rich.
I also love the fact that the uncle wasn't a conventional wicked man.
Story well told.

When the previous administration was selling NEPA to private owners, we were all smiling not knowing the scam will backfire. The truth must be told, we can't blame the government for power anymore as much as we can't blame the government for Glo poor network. The Gencos, and Discos should be held accountable.

Now, the question we should ask is 'why is so much money still allocated to the power sector by the government?'
Thank you jare. A well thought comment.

It is needless for you to use abusive words on me sir/ma. I have not in any way abused you. I am not Fashola/FG, respect yourself and stop displaying your arrogance on cyberspace. If you disagree with my opinion, come up with your argument and if you cannot present a critical, logical and thoughtful counter against my opinion, at least you should just keep quiet or better still write your own opinion and pass, THOU MAN WITH BRAIN!

You people are just throwing blames up and down.

Do you even know how many Nigerians are short-changing the distribution companies by using illegal connections and enjoying electricity without paying a dime. And the sad thing is that even some universities and big industries too would be owing electricity bills running into billions of naira.

That is why I tell people that Nigeria's problem is not just a problem of leadership. Change must come from everyone.

Fashola has made efforts, aggressive and passive, to deal with exploitations. Perhaps you are not current. But it is an open secret that the businessmen running the DISCOs don't like Fashola.
Thank you jare brother! Let them keep blaming the wrong person(s).

Reference:

They are just keeping afloat. They are not making much. You will know any sector that has 'free' money, business sharks will be swimming around to takeover and devour. Remember the subsidy regime, overnight every one money bag had a tank farm constructed. Banks were falling over themselves to finance. Today no money is going into power because nothing is coming out. Returns are poor and venture capitalists such as Geometric that was heavily leveraged by banks.... well you know what is happening with Diamond.

And please, no matter how 'rich' some entity is if a venture does not make business sense, it does not, simple. Big money is not symptomatic of financial carelessness. I have done a feasibility with some of my friends to do independent generation and it does not work, simple, the tariffs are too low. This was the mistake made during the privatisation regime. They bought into the process with a promise rates will be incrementally raised to meet up with set targets. Fashola has tried, the rates have been raised but not quickly enough and not high enough to ignite investor interest.

Believe me if it is attractive you will have heard a lot of M&A's since the privatisation, even political interference. The power sector is tough.
You are right with your points & I am right too.
Fashola is right to some extent likewise. I appreciate people like you that have understanding of the sector before talking. In all, I have said it before and I am saying it again, the privatization of the power sector is not good for Nigerians, at least not yet.
Politics / Re: Fashola: It Is Not FG’s Problem If Nigerians Lack Electricity by CrystalMax: 3:33pm On Dec 13, 2018
He is right to some extent. The folks who invested in the power sector are not serious people, all they just want is profit even when they are not investing enough. Almost all the power system infrastructures are still the old ones they bought from FG. How many new injection substations have the discos built? How many distribution transformers have they bought? How many prepaid meters have they deployed to customers? How many equipment do they have for fault identification and fault rectification? What's in the store of these discos? ECN/NEPA/PHCN had so many things working for them but for poor management, all of those equipment and infrastructures were sold to people who are not "rich" enough to sustain the industry.
He is right to some extent. #IMO

Yes it can cause frequent urination. Please see a doctor for the appropriate drug prescription.
In the mean time, take oranges as much as you can, a doctor once advised this to someone I know, he said it contain acid that help fight the bacteria that might be responsible for UTI (in case your UTI is the case here, I suspect it though)
