That’s probably part of the reasons. You need to create a company account. Keep the business money separate from your personal money. Let there be a clear distinction between the two. Then, be paying yourself salary on a particular day of the month. That is, into your personal account. So you can be doing maybe a 300k (or more) transfer every 25th from the business to your personal account. Make sure your personal account doesn’t get random large deposits that you cannot explain. Also, the cac papers showing everything about you should be included. This is something you have to work on for the next 6-7 months before reapplying. You need to be very intentional about your next application and don’t give them ANY reason to deny you. Just try not to leave any stone unturned. Also, if you’re married or have children, that should give you an edge as your reason to return. larrybam: 1 Like |

Please in recent times, does the UK send refusal letter to your email before you go for your passport pick up? |

Chai…sorry about this. Did you include a statement of the company’s account? Which should reflect the N4.5 million in profits. Also, an audited report of the company statement from a good accounting firm should’ve shown the profits made from your business. Also, does the CAC papers clearly show your full name as the owner? I honestly don’t know. I’m just wondering where the loopholes in your application could have been. larrybam: |

Forget about it until your financial situation changes. Get a well paying job or start a lucrative business. Also try to travel to other countries before going to the Uk. Shortly visit Dubai & South Africa or something. Your application is too weak. Your uncle shouldn’t bother sending documents yet because it’ll be a waste. Unless he can sponsor you for student visa. No, you’re not good to go o. You need solid ties to show that you will return. Wife & children, a well paying job, properties/investment etc. It’s not about having 1 million naira in your account. People have been denied with N20 million in their accounts. The question is, “Why will you return to Nigeria to continue earning N46k on a monthly basis?”. The ECO won’t think twice before denying your visa because your case is not very convincing. There’s also the question of, is your uncle married with children? Why can’t his family take care of him? Everyone has a reason to go to the UK so your uncle not feeling well won’t move the ECO. These are people are not empathetic/emotional at all. They look at our applications as if we are liars until proven otherwise. So as they pick up our application, they are expecting lies and false stories. There are just too many loopholes. With 46k salary, there’s obviously no incentive to return to Nigeria. The chances are slim o…that’s £83 that you earn every month. Are you married and do you have properties in Nigeria? Your case isn’t very convincing. There is also the question of how someone who earns that amount is able to save up to 1 million naira. I was denied some years ago and at that time, I was earning 350k o. With about 3 million in savings. The ECO denied me saying that he doesn’t know the source of the money in my account lol! So these visa officers are looking for every possible reason to deny you. Try to get another job or start a business and register it in CAC. Then be paying yourself a good amount of money on a monthly basis as your salary. Vinny102: |

Since it’s your personal introduction letter, there’s no need for letter head because it’s not an official introduction letter. Even if you’re self employed, you’re the one requesting for visa. It’s not like your company is sending you on an official trip or something. You’re the one just writing and signing by yourself. Usually, people get letters from their office introducing them. fela1000: |

Why would you do something like that??! Adding visa refusal letters of other countries to your application??! You’re just going to give the ECO more reasons to deny you. Just put it in your application form. In fact, you can leave the France denial information in your application form since it’s an EU country and it’s close to the UK but there’s no honestly no need to put Canada denial information. You’re just going to make things worse. Leleky: 2 Likes |

Please I have 4 large deposits in my account within the last 6 months. These are all above my monthly salary. I don't have a business but I invest in crypto and since these payments are above 1 million naira, I don't know how to explain them. Especially because the CBN banned sale of crypto in Nigeria and it may be used against me. My submission is next week |

Oh okay, thank you. So does anyone think its advisable to pay an extra GBP220 to get a decision within 5 days? Based on the current delays in with the uk embassy. I had really hoped to spend christmas with my family giselle237: |

I plan on spending Christmas with my mum and siblings who work and school in the Uk. Based on the current delays in visa processing, does it seem worth it to pay £500 priority service which is usually processed within 5 days? This is my first trip to the Uk |

Try not to be sad....it also affects but I try to brush off the negative feelings. Some people have been on this journey for several years. I know someone that finally got her points this year and it's now that they decided not to do draws...imagine the frustration. Just try your best to still enjoy life (even though I know it can be hard to do so with all the issues in Nigeria). But just try to distract yourself with family, friends, movies, books, social media etc. It will end in praise...Amen! OrgasmGiver: 6 Likes |

Hmmm....I follow an Indian Immigration facebook page and there are posts from Indians & Pakistanis who have received PPRs...they are all outlanders so, they don't live in Canada...seems like they're releasing PPRs slowly...hopefully, there will soon be a rain of PPRs for all those who submitted since last year. 4 Likes |

Go to page 1 of this thread and read the process on how to go about it...it you're less than 30 with a masters degree and you get high scores in your IELTS, you should have nothing less than 470 score should be good enough. Also go on YouTube to watch videos on how to start the canada PR process. There are thousands of videos online. adejoro1988: |

I personally prefer TCF and anyone I know, I would tell them to write it...TEF & TCF formats are different though, so since you already have a good French knowledge, I would say you can begin preparations for TCF and set a goal for 2 months of serious preparations. I used 3 months because I had never written any exam in French so I wanted to take my time and make sure I passed it once. But remember TCF is only done in Alliance Française Port Harcourt...if you don't mind flying there, then go for it. I went from Abuja and TCF is the best decision I ever made. Uchevec: 1 Like |

This journey has been a very funny one. Last week I had to write IELTS again because I wrote IELTS in 2019 and it just expired. I never even thought I would have to write IELTS again based on expiration of result. Anyway, the journey continues. I received my result yesterday and with this my score + TCF canada exam has increased from 500 to 506. It's just very annoying that people with higher scores don't get chosen for Ontario PNP but I shall remain hopeful 2 Likes |

You can try TEF again...remember it's a test of your French knowledge...but if you feel like the TEF format isn't for you, then you can try TCF. It's just that you'll have to accustom yourself to the TCF format which will require at least 2 months of good preparation. The tutor is based in Abuja...is that where you're based? Uchevec: |

It's better to aim for a lower score in reading or listening than in writing or speaking. For example, I got 9 in reading and Knew fully well that I got all the answers correctly. If I wanted to reduce my score to 7.5, all I had to do was purposely fail about 5 questions. Just aim for 7.5 in reading or listening competence and you can lose a lot of marks. Calculate this with the CRS calculator before trying it sha. GraciousWords: |
