This is one of the popular false doctrines it teaches that you need baptism to be saved but according to the Bible it's when you accept Jesus as you're savior then you do baptism, there are lots of Catholics,Anglicans who perform baptism when they were less than a year old and they think it's a sure way ticket to heaven infact they have a certificate of baptism they trust in baptism not Jesus to save them saying if a baby is baptized it will go to heaven reversally saying if a baby is not baptized it will go to hell.

Acts 8:36-38 "And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?
And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.

Only Jesus can save you not baptism

Being baptized as a baby is not baptism.
