tribalmall: People like you don't know what Government is all about but you sha know politics. In governance you prioritize funds and not spend everything carelessly. Anambra Airport is a waste for now because it will take eternity to generate the scarce funds that was sinked into it. Also on the scale of preference it was not up there since there was an existing airport in Asaba and Enugu which are in close proximity. Also less than 20% of the state indigenes will use it as they can't afford it. Peter focus was in human capital development which is first in priority and these human capital will eventually be able to help finance the infrastructures that the state need via their taxes and expertise. Government is not only about doing big project to be remembered but also to govern the entire state. A situation where a governor neglects a lot of LGA and concentrate on a few is not the best. Obiano did nothing rather than empty the state treasury on projects that will not yield them back considering their patronage. I rest my case. 1 Like |

NigerianAngelo: You will just wake up and be typing rubbish. Increased IGR yenyenyen and yet we can't see the IGR. Left an empty account for Soludo and even started spending the one Obi invested after finishing the one Obi saved for the state. Would have wondered what he would have achieved if Obi left Anambra account for him the way he left for Soludo. No be only best Governor, The drunkard is the worst thing that happened in Anambra. I don't blame him sha its political jobbers like you that I blame. 15 Likes 3 Shares |

Politics / Re: Why I Am Not In Support Of Peter Obi Ambition - Obiano Former Aide by dchem(m): 6:40am On Aug 15, 2022 |
My problem with such people is they are always thinking of status quo. This analysis does not take into cognizance the recent electoral law and the new interest of youths in the electoral process. Only one thing can make Peter not win this election and I will not say it so that the enemies of Nigeria will not use it to their advantage. The earlier this political jobbers realize that people no longer listen to elites the faster they can strategize properly. I will prefer they continue to propagate this ignorance till February 2023. |

Northernblood5: I do not take notice of the illiterate ones. My message is for those capable of critical thinking. This madness I fear will outlive Mazi Kanu release. He will be released but the criminal elements have already been armed and they are even kidnapping fellow Igbo men and southerners who are even sympathetic to the struggle. Biafra we know will remain in the consciousness of the average Igbo man but IPOB has unleashed an animal it can no longer tame. 1 Like |
Politics / Why I Think IPOB Or Their Criminal Supporters Are Liable For The Deaths In Anamb by dchem(m): 9:02pm On Apr 05, 2022 |
Only a fool will say otherwise. If IPOB claim some other group is responsible, it then means that IPOB will not be able to stop sit at home even if Nnamdi Kanu is released. What will stop the imaginary group from still killing people to enforce sit at home to spite IPOB. It's unfortunate that a strategy that was originally intended for liberation of a people has now turned around to be the cause of their death. Any right thinking Igbo man should at this point know that they have to distance themselves from IPOB because any support given to them now will mean having the blood of the innocent people killed on your hands. A word is enough for the wise. 3 Likes 1 Share |

Sergio101: Bros no one is losing support for anything. Rather people have been looking for help. I can tell you that majority of Anambra people though love Nnamdi Kanu do now believe in the sit at home anymore. The reason is simply because it has not hurt the people they intendes it for but rather hurting her people. Our children now go to school 4 times a week and the businesses lost on Mondays are beinf transferred elsewhere. I always knew this strategy was not going to work. I can understand the court days to show solidarity but you see that of Mondays is totally counterproductive. We need to use this Soludo latest drive to stylishly lift the Monday sit at home and sustain the court days only. Even Emma powerful and those close to Nnamdi have said repeatedly that Monday seat at home does not have his blessing. I am vested into this because I am a full Anambra man though not based in Anambra. We should not let this sit at home take back some of the progress we have made. |

Just because you feed properly you think its same for all the people you force to stay at home. If you are intelligent enough you will understand that many feed from their daily trade proceeds. I am sure you are not even aware that many rich businessmen have started to open Asaba branch to curtail monday losses. Indeed I now see that not all Igbo men are intelligent.I have always thought that we Igbos are naturally intelligent even without formal education but seeing all this rubbish you type here I doubt you are even Igbo talk more of Anambarian. |

I have read with shock the reaction of many people who have commented so far. We are indeed a terrible nation. Many of those who commented did not even read the post, but jumped in to leave a comment to show their joy on how the rich is suffering what they have suffered. I am not surprised with the leaders we have, because it's a prototype of who we are. A majority of us are sadist and selfish and hence we can only elect sadistic and selfish leaders. Nigeria is in need of a miracle. 4 Likes |

The only thing that Obiano will achieve more than Obi is that he will answer to EFCC after his tenure in March. This is me hoping he come out of that scrutiny unscathed. I still rate him high for the Airport project though and he has written his name permanently in the history of Anambra. That been said he can never match Obi in integrity and character as well as developmental initiatives. 1 Like |

Sometimes when you read the reactions of Nigerians here you will understand why we are unfortunate with leaders. We react with emotion on everything without thinking situations through. Any police officer who properly identifies himself cannot be stopped from entering any residential estate much more an AIG. More shocking is the fact that he was on his full paraphernalia of office. Indeed the AIG should find out the security outfit and withdraw their license for not training their personnel properly. I know that the Nigerian Police can be very abusive and unreasonable, but on this matter at hand the AIG is correct and arresting them is right thing to do. They might have been compromising his security with their action. I rest my case. 6 Likes |
Health / Nigerian Teaching Hospital Becoming A Killing Center by dchem(m): 1:10pm On Dec 30, 2021 |
I have read several complains about teaching hospitals and how some doctors and nurses display terrible attitude to work. From unavailability of small items like pulse oximeter for their nurses to allowing patients in severe conditions to stay without an existing line for injections simply because no doctor to set a new line (Nurses are taught how to set injection lines in school). In some cases even lack of visitation by consultants who is assigned your case because we don't have enough or they are overworked . Several minor issues that can lead to needless death of patients. We will all die someday but living in Nigeria brings the day forward by several years. Indeed it is beyond leadership at this point because even the populace in public sectors and some private sectors exhibit the same neaseous attitude to work as our leaders. I lost my dad in a Lagos Teaching Hospital not because the hospital was not well equipped but because the consultant would ask for a test and come to see the results several days after and carelessness of the nurse on duty. I don't blame the rich who can afford foreign health care for seeking it out. Indeed in all delicate profession your attitude to work most times is the thin line between life and death. For now I would not advice anyone whose relation has a serious issue requiring intensive care to take them to teaching hospitals in Nigeria especially if you can afford private hospitals. |

My only prayer for you and Lai is that if more than 1 person was killed in Lekki may you and his children the same number of death be experienced in your family every 20th of October. Note that this prayer is only valid if you say Amen. If there was no death may 20th of October every year always bring life into your home and cause for rejoicing for you and Lai Mohammed. Family / Re: What's So Special About Getting Married? by dchem(m): 5:43pm On Nov 12, 2021 |
You have not married before and therefore not really in a position to speak about the specialty of marriage. Allow the married or divorced ones answer. All you are saying are either what you perceive, heard or watched, and not what you experienced. Marriage for me is special as it gives me a sense of purpose. Also when I am down I have someone I can confide in and she listens to me. Marriage is special for those of us who are not selfish. Truly its not a compulsory affair as not everyone can stay married. Like everything in life marriage also has its challenges but that does not in anyway invalidate its specialty. The major thing Op should be concerned about is to marry for the right reasons. Then it becomes special. My first requirement for marriage is marry him or her if she possess something no other person can give you. Sex, food, beauty can be gotten from so many a place but you see "peace, purpose, companionship etc. They are rare. Once you marry for the right reason and also understand what marriage truly is I am sure it will remain special for ever. I have been married for 5 years now with 2 kids and truly I would marry my wife over and over again. Mercychen: 8 Likes 1 Share |

Mark of Twitter is facing his, only thing is he has a global outreach. If he makes a careless statement on a sensitive global issues then the repercussion will be greater. While I am not happy with what they did to his Crowwe app on playstore, he should have expected that except he is not as intelligent as he claims. Also, trying to openly take advantage of Twitter ban openly and in person was a terrible move. I hope he can rebrand his product and learn from his gaffe because Fulanis like him give some of us hope that indeed the fulanis can eventually catch up with the rest of Nigeria. |
