When you tell them, don't advertise your success on social media, the days are evil and the heart of man is desperately wicked, they won't listen. Amongst friends and relatives, they will be some that may not be genuinely happy for your success and breakthrough, and it's a fact! Always keep it low, please. We hardly can trust anyone these days. Advertising your plans and success will only make you vulnerable and exposes you to avoidable danger. Such an unfulfilled dream! Rest in peace, guy. |
"Therefore, shall a man leave his mother and father, and shall cleave unto his wife, and the two shall become ONE"! Genesis 2:22 and Mark 10:7-8 KJV Therefore, NONE! They should stay in their husband's house while I stay in mine. They can only visit and go back. I thank God my mother is a very busy woman. She rarely has time leaving her business, not to mention going about inconveniencing her married children, unless when they put to bed. It's even with abeg that she can spend more than a month in their houses. And none of us siblings live with our married siblings. We give them their maximum privacy in their marriage. We don't impose on them unless we're invited. So mother-in-law and other in-laws should please take note. |

Now, this is a delicate issue. |
Congratulations, Prof. |
Are people doubting it? He actually created jobs - in his imagination and finally, in his dream. Nonsense! |
WHAT GOES AROUND COMES AROUND Prof. Jubril Aminu was once the VC of University of Maiduguri. During his tenure, there was an Aluta struggle and some students were rusticated. Four of the rusticated students came to Gani Fawehinmi to challenge the action. He fought the case to the Supreme Court and won. The students went back to complete their studies. Later, Gani was arrested over his anti-SAP conference and was flown to Maiduguri, then driven to Gashua. At the Lagos airport, not knowing where he was being taken to by the security men, Gani played a fast one - he told his captors that he wanted to use the toilet. He got inside the toilet and quickly scribbled on a toilet paper - "To whoever uses this toilet, this is Gani Fawehinmi. I am being flown to an unknown destination by security men. Please, let the world know". He placed it in a conspicuous place, flushed the toilet as if he just used it and came out. When they got to Maiduguri, they had a brief stop over at the SSS office, where a lady officer offered Gani a cup of coffee. Gani was hooked on coffee like drug. But this time, the will power of Gani came on. He told the lady officer -"so you people have got information that l can't do without coffee. You think you can poison me? From, today, I stop taking coffee ". That was how he ended his addiction to coffee. He was later moved to Gashua prison, in a most decrepit cell where he collapsed after some substances were sprayed in the cell. He was rushed to the University of Maiduguri Teaching hospital. When he regained consciousness, he found a doctor examining him and he protested, asking the doctor not to touch him. The doctor, not wanting the security men guarding him to hear, he whispered to Gani's ear - "Chief, you are in safe hands. Can't you recognise me? I am....., one of the medical students rusticated whom you fought for our reinstatement. I am now a doctor. So, relax. You are in safe hands". And that was how Gani's life was saved - reaping from the good deeds he did earlier, which he had forgotten. RoyalBlu:You are welcome. Amen! Just try, ok? |
Pray to God for divine revelation. |
RoyalBlu:I have been there too, so I know exactly what you're going through. I know how deep the pain is, especially one so young, but you must try, albeit how hard, to embrace reality and find a way to let go. The scar will be there, you'll cry whenever you remember the things you used to do together, but you must learn to let go and move on. See RoyalBlu, moving on will not be automatic and easy. In fact, it's going to be one of the hardest things you've ever done so far, but you really have to let go and move on. I pray God to rest her soul, and give her loved ones the fortitude to bear the irreparable and irreplaceable loss. April, 2023 was the fourth year I received that call that almost paused my own life too. The shock landed me in the hospital, but I thank God for the Grace to let go and move on myself. It was one hell of a trial, but here I am now, advising someone else! Even this time shall pass, no matter how long it drags. *Hugs* from me to you. |
Hotwest:That was HungerBad. May God continue to rest his soul. |
So sorry about your experience. Take heed of the numerous advice here to seek for medical help. Forget about money and go run a scan and X-ray. Even Nairaland has kindhearted members that will be of help, if need be. I pray God that the result of the scan wouldn't be something so serious. Take care of yourself, bro. |
Desusi:It's quite disheartening seeing the one we love hurt us this much. Claiming love here and impregnating the other there. I mean it doesn't always make sense. |
Marry her. Or what else do you expect I advice you to do? Please let me know when the wedding aso ebi is out. Let me tell you, you don't deliberately hurt the one you love and you don't cheat on them either! So marry the one you impregnated and free the other to go find a man that will genuinely love her. |
After the slap, he should make sure to remain in school because if he steps outta school gate, I go run am street. How can he slap me on top my school fees, ehen? |
They sell it at 3CHub, Awolowo Way, Ikeja. It's around Computer Village. |
Fineman2 or whatever you call yourself, make sure nothing happens to your daughter out of your carelessness. Love ko, lust ni! Not only was she there for you, she might even be the reason you were windowed in the first place! It'll soon dawn on you that that Jezebel has no iota of love for you. What could a child have probably done that a woman, who ought to be happy that God has already blessed her with a daughter even before her arrival in that home, should now be the one maltreating her? And to think she's expecting to be a mother someday? Forget it, God cannot be deceived! You better put her permanently in her place. Remember your daughter was there before she came, so it's not even a matter of who will leave for who. Use everything you have to protect your daughter from harms way, at least to make up for cheating on her mother with your present wife. Because your marriage with her happened so fast that it's so suspicious. Moreover, how did your first wife die? You've to find out to be sure Jezebel has no hand in her death! |

kpakpakpa:This is quite heartbreaking. I can't even imagine the trauma you're passing through, but I pray The Divine Healer to perform the impossible miracle in your life. He's our Maker and have the spare parts of our body. I almost fell victim once and I remember sharing my experience in a post here on Nairaland, how that God used the hospital Pharmacist to disuade me from purchasing one of the antibiotics the doctor prescribed for me in a Federal Medical Center. She gave me an option of a less stronger drug and I purchased it without even thinking twice. And I was very ok after using it and never had the need of going back to the hospital for the same problem. I don't even know what to tell you than to encourage you to keep hope alive. There must be a way out of this problem somehow. Solution must come. Don't you ever give up, ok? Sorry please. |
NoFucksToGive:@Mods @Seun Please handle this poster. Thank you. |
Antell95:I will continue trying until I am able to attach the screenshot. |
Antell95:Please how do I attach picture, cos I can't find the attachment icon on Nairaland menu. What is available is Camera and files. Don't know how to attach from my gallery because I screenshot the DMs. There are also in my mailbox. |
MechanicMike:I actually responded to your sad emoji thinking you're responsible. If I had come across this comment earlier, I wouldn't have even bothered. |
MechanicMike:I usually don't flourish in an atmosphere of abuse and hostility, that was why I took that drastic step/decision. I honestly don't want to have anything to do with any Nairaland guys. The insult is usually uncalled for, yet they keep pouring it without minding how we feel. One even went as far as cursing my mum and late dad just because of an innocent question I asked in a post. I wanted a clarification over something and he jumped into the thread and started insulting me badly, inclusive my parents. Even one commented here how that I am seeking attention. Unfortunately for him, he doesn't even know who he was referring to. So I will keep on publishing their names until they learn to maintain their lane and let me be. My decision on the matter stands, now and always. |
The following underlisted Monikers should take note of this post, and please adhere. I am quite serious about its contents. 1. @Johnwegs 2. @Ramsinuah 3. @Antell95 Thank you. |
chudez0147:Yeah, that's important. But there will always be a way, right? Thanks for bringing that up. |
davywillis:Thanks a lot for your helpful input. I will plan towards visiting the two countries. Hope they have good cuisine, cos I'm damned too choosy when it comes to food. Help me God! |
@Op, you'll live the remaining days of your life in regret and sorrow if you marry that woman. A stitch in time saves nine. Quitely discard her now. If you let her know ahead, she'll either poison you or your son. And try make haste while the sun shines before she becomes pregnant for you! Aside the numerous boys/men friends, even her spirit husband will join hands in making life unbearable for you. Be wise, bro. |
aboyaji:. Thanks for the info. Yes, I will like to visit the Gambia. And now that Ivory Coast is in the offing, I will try visiting there too. |
@Op - How much do I need to travel for let's say, three (3) weeks vacation to Ivory Coast? I was considering the Gambia initially, but it's like I already have a change of mind. |
I will advise you seek the face of God in this. Pray for divine direction so you won't make a regrettable mistake. Wishing you the best. |
KINGOFHEART4064:Did you say you completed your "youth services"? Like you're a graduate? There's much to be desired with the gibberish you wrote up there. I mean from your first sentence to the last! So it's not a case of typographical error. You better go back and write like a graduate! |
