On behalf of every child with learning difficulties, I beg find another means for class to hold.⚖️ You mustn't all use zoom or Google classroom.

For every child with learning difficulties the below happens:
� Distraction

�Short attention span

� Correction overload

� Close supervision

� Hyperactivity

� Letter to letter guide

� Wrong pencil grip

� The need to talk or over-explain till the work is submitted

� Longer teaching duration.

First of all, for Children with learning difficulties we always assess them to know their temperamental traits and learning style......

I can't imagine a Kinesthetic or social learner making progress with online learning.

So as a school or teacher in as much as you want learning to take place and improvement; sustainable... Not all children can go online...�

⚛️One, children with learning difficulties need to be prepared for a change or there is a relapse.

⚛️ The highly distractible ones will zone out of the class.

⚛️ They ought to have been taught with it while you are physically there before you can successfully have an online class.

⚛️ Some Children only use laptop to watch games, while most of them don't have an access to a laptop or a phone

⚛️Some parents will never drop their iPads or laptop for class because that is where all vital documents are.

⚛️ Some parents for now are on #100 WhatsApp and free Facebook

⚛️ Children with learning difficulties can't complete a task without close supervision and load of mistakes.

⚛️ Parent find it difficult to teach or monitor them, so they practically avoid doing academic work with them to avoid beating.

With all the above list, how possible is it to teach Children with learning difficulties online ❓

In as much as I stand with growth and upgrade, I put the interest of the children I teach first... Some said it's working and blablabla!!!

But one thing I will say is, it can't be effective especially if they have parents that are not patient enough to teach, illiterates, poor, or parent that don't want to be involved in the online teaching.....

We need to look into these factors before we all jump into an online class.

6.2) Let Your Church receive greater drive and strength for Soul-winning and Multiplication of Cells as we bring in great harvest of souls, especially the youth into Your kingdom.

As an aftermath of the current meeting restrictions and stay home order, we pray that:

THEME: SHADOW OF THE ALMIGHTY

SUB-THEME: THE FATHER OF MERCIES AND GOD OF GREAT COMFORT

TEXT: 2 Corinthians 1:3 -11; Ruth 2:1-23;4:13-17;1:16-18;Joshua 2:1-24.

INTRODUCTION
The believer in Christ is expected to get to know God better as he walks the pilgrim pathway.
The faith of the Christian should grow stronger in times of trial and trouble. Trials have a way of digging up the soil of our hearts and turning up weeds. That is good for us, for it is not in the sunshine but in the storm that we discover the depth of our need. Someone has said, Great soldiers are not made in the barracks nor on the parade ground, but on the battlefield where the going is tough. Under the shadow of the Almighty we experience His Comfort and Mercy.

A.THE FATHER OF MERCIES

Ephesians 2:4-6;Psalm 103:13'14; Malachi 3:17; Isaiah 63:9; Lamentations 3:22-23;31-33;1 Peter 1:3-4; Hebrews 4:15-16
The Almighty God is the Father of mercies. Mercy is the outward manifestation of compassion for others in their affliction. Mercy had its origin with God, who is called its Father. All acts of pity and compassion proceed from Him. God has a tender feeling of compassion for us when we are in distress.

B.GOD OF ALL COMFORT

Isaiah 66:13-14;Isaiah  40:1-5; John 14:15-18;25:26; 2 Corinthians 1:3-11;
The word comfort comes from the Greek word parakle„sis. It appears ten times in 2 Corinthians chapter 1 verses 3 through 7, and is translated comfort six times and consolation four times. It combines the idea of solace with soothing.

Parakle„sis is made up of para meaning beside, and kaleo„ meaning to call. The Christian who is suffering needs a special kind of comfort that only God can give. As our loving Comforter, He stands by our side to minister the soothing balm we need. God's comfort is unique, It is infinite, inexhaustible, immutable, and indestructible.


CONCLUSION

There is abundant mercy and great comfort to see us through any situation and circumstances of life, for as long as we tarry under the shadow of the Almighty.

Wait! What? Saving lives? How can that be when thousands are dead already?

Calm down, I know the headline of this article will definitely offend a lot of people but it is all about facts, no guess work and no lies, take a moment to read through in order to understand the context.

THE OPENING.

IT HURTS MY HEART deeply that it took loss of lives on a grand scale to bring global attention to the environment and climate change.

Rapid climate change is as a result of those human activities that constitute pollution and destruction of natural habitats, as the earth rapidly gets warmer, natural disasters like heavy rains, floodings, earthquakes, tornados, tsunamis, extreme hot and cold weathers will continue to wreck havoc on the world.

On a biological scale, microbes will adapt or evolve from their original strain to newer and possibly more dangerous strains, eg. The common cold flu might evolve and become a pandemic just like that, drastic climate change leads to this.

THE 10 YEARS WINDOW.

So scientists and naturalists have done much to educate us about our environment, they alerted us to climate change and the devastating effects of humans on it, in fact, going by all calculations, we have just 10 years to reverse the effects of climate change or else we will cross the point of no return and face a global catastrophe of biblical proportion.

Think about it, just 10 years left for governments around the world to do the right thing.

Lets start, from global estimates so far the latest pandemic, the Covid-19 virus has saved more lives than it has taken. Lets go to china where it all started for a minute; in the last 2 months in china alone, their scientists estimated that because of Coronavirus 77,000 lives were saved because it helped to reduce pollution over there, that is 20 times more than the 3200 people who died because of the pandemic in China.

So the question is how is it saving lives exactly?

History has the answer, it is only when we are directly faced by disaster and feel death very close by that we begin to act fast, take extreme measures to change the way we live, during such periods big companies and conglomerates around the world stop prioritizing money over human lives and do the reverse.

They shut down operations and begin to prioritize the earth over monetary gains. This sparks off a positive multiplier effect globally which is good for nature and the environment and by extension good for humans.

We have seen the reports in the news from all over the world, how nature is making a comeback and healing itself from the damages caused by humans via hyper capitalism and industrialization induced environmental pollution.

EFFECT ON THE ENVIRONMENT.

The canals in ITALY have become so clean since the shutdown that fishes have returned to the waters there, it has not been that clean for decades.

The sky is cleaner and bluer, healthier for humans because of less pollution from automotive engines and burning of fossil fuel by large industries everywhere.

In CHINA due to their shutdown they have reduced their Carbon Monoxide CO2 emissions by 25 %, a huge improvement once thought to be impossible. Less fuel consumption, less waste, fewer cars, fewer airplanes, less factories, less pollution billions of lives are being saved.

This nature recovery is not only happening in China and Italy but the world over, over half a million people die every year from air pollution in africa alone - UNICEF

Lagos Nigeria is home to an estimated 7.3 million vehicles going by the FRSC estimates, combined with shipping and air traffic activities, not to leave out the use of makeshift and large power generating sets the state alone has one of the worst air quality in the region.

Air pollution alone causes numerous issues which also affects plants and animals hence killing the planet and humans in the process.

The Corona virus outbreak has done what environmentalists around the world have been trying to do for decades, world leaders so far didn't agree with one voice to make policies to aid the environment, some of them ignored and fought scientists over climate change data, calling it a scam.

Sadly, the Coronavirus pandemic is here and it changed the narrative and got people and governments around the world to focus on people and the environment instead of money, at least for now.
