I've worked in an organization where staff members are drawn from 5 different countries. The Nigerian side has the lowest wage rate among them even below Indians. And the funniest thing is that, the CEO is a Nigerian.

Hamas attacked civilians in Israel and took women and minors as hostages on October 7. There's no way I can rationalize that. I careless if they molested the hostages or not. The psychological torture alone is enough.
Hamas is the official government of Palestinians. Attacking civilians and taking non-combatant hostages is already against the ethics.

I do not subscribe to man-know-man method in employment. We have many round pegs that's fit for a round hole. The best peg should have it.
