Divay22:Hmmmn... Why will it pain her? |
Hi Nairalanders I am back again with my relationship brouhaha! I love asking questions and I have come with another one again mbok! Okay, Let’s start shall we? Last week, I got into a conversation with my Mom about photography when she mentioned something about seeing my ex-girlfriend on her way to get groceries for her store. Knowing where she was headed with the ex-girlfriend thingy, I tried changing the direction of the ‘convo’ but trust ‘Mumcee’ being an Ijebu woman, she stylishly chipped in that eye-brow raiser; I hope you wee invite her to your wedding! At first I laughed hysterically. Invite who?? All these Ijebu women sef! Which one be special invitation again…Biko! Thinking it was funny and obviously laughing foolishly, bewildered by her statement. She mocked me in Yoruba: ‘on rerin abi? ( Is it funny?) I replied: Mom! It really is!? She is past tense, Why do I need to invite her? She has played her part in my life, inviting her will bring up old wounds. I was just going on and on, before she continued: “My Dear, There is nothing wrong in telling her you are getting married and there is nothing wrong your ex-girlfriend also passing her invitation card to you” Being your ex does not mean she is a forbidden individual. At least, I still see her a lot of times and she greets me like I’m her mother (See set up). Well, eventually, I was able to succeed in changing the discussion into something more serious!! – My coming home for Christmas’ Hehehehe!! Mom loves seeing all her children gather together at home! Odikwa Serious! Let’s get back to my point exactly, which got me thinking for a while: What if I invite her to my wedding, It’s the thing to do, innit? I agree that we broke up in a not so cordial terms but then, it’s been 2 years and no ill feelings basically! However I still feel bitter about her not being patient and all! Well? We are human, are we not? But Guys, what do you think? Would you invite your ‘Ex’ to your wedding? For you with plenty ‘Exes’ Will you send the invitation cards? Biko, drop your opinions below, I can’t wait to hear from you! I try to make my content better everyday. Do try check me out on : http://deedeesblog.com/2016/11/22/inviting-exes-wedding-proper/ |

Wunmi also confirmed same qualities in her man when she said: I was attracted by his smartness, love for God, maturity, leadership skills, ability to mentor, confidence. He knew what he wanted and he definitely came after it with strength. Wunmi also spoke on why she said ‘Yes’ when Ayo asked her out: He asked me out 4 months after we met. Feb 1st 2015 and I said yes because I knew I wanted him to spend the rest of my life with me. I didn’t want to spend a day pretending he doesn’t mean so much to me when he does. I had also prayed about it and was convinced he was the one for me. Of course, it is never rosy and there would be issues in the relationship and the couple did not mince words in explain that: Yes, there were issues but we have a lot of respect for each other’s ‘sometimes’ varying opinions on issues so we talk. Our communication became so strong that it has helped us understand each other better and that helps us deal with issues the right way. Ayo happily talked about what excites him about his woman when he said: Her charisma and character excites me. She has a large heart and she is fun to be with. She helps me grow and think better. She is my best half, everything about her complements me and she completes me in every way. In short, everything about Omowumi excites me! This is a case of Love Wantintin Wunmi was particular about Ayomide’s passion for soccer: His smile and the fact that he is sensitive to me and my needs. He does not joke with me. He tutors me and scolds me and then still apologizes for doing so. Everything about AYO excites me. His look when he is watching football and his team is winning or when he is playing Play Station. Ladies, don’t chase him away from playing PS or watching Footie, appreciate your man that way. LOL Ayo did not wait too long before popping the marriage question: After our first one-one-one meeting on 28th December 2014, I have intensified prayers and the more I pray the more I have peace in my heart with her and my conviction grew stronger. A month later we met in Ilorin and attended church service together at COZA, behold all the conviction from the meesage from the officiating pastor. I didn’t need to wait any further, I proposed to her. We dated for 21 months. Started on 1st February 2015 and got married on 5th November 2016. In addition to what Ayo said, Wunmi also chipped her part in: My husband is the only man I know who proposed thrice August 28th 2015- he proposed in his house with a bible October 14th 2015 – he proposed with a ring after one of our outings in Benin December 28th 2015 he proposed on our introduction. I love him, I had prayed and I was convinced, he makes me happy, he is true to every word he had spoken to me. I wanted to spend the rest of my life being celebrated. He celebrates me a lot. The couple also talked about their definition of love: Love is a gift from God. It is the greatest gift for humanity. Love is a choice of commitment demonstrated in your willingness and readiness to give your all and everything to make the other person better, safer and happier. On their advise for ongoing relationship and lovebirds? Commit your ways to God and He will direct your path. It is important to make God the centre of your relationship, that’s when you can share true love for each other. Also, continue to work on ways to improve your understanding of love and communication. A way to do that is to read books and attend seminars. I personally read 40 books on relationship and marriage before my wedding and they were super helpful in helping me love unconditionally. Are you inspired and motivated? Love can happen to us in different places with different people through different mediums, and when it happens, It lifts you up so high that you would appreciate the creator of Love! http://deedeesblog.com/2016/12/06/met-bbm-now-bff-inspiring-love-story-ayomide-wunmi/

Not to be left out of the first impression saga, Wumi chipped in: Ayomide was Gentle, cute, confident, spiritual and smart. WoW! So much for a first impression! Where are the single guys, learn from Wunmi’s impression….It is time for some bachelors to be spiritual and smart to hit on a pretty single lady! Wunmi continued: I loved him from the very day he visited my home. He was too pleasant to behold. He was too calm and good looking. I knew I wanted to see more of him after the first day. An obviously love struck Ayo enthused that: I knew I loved her from the first time we met, everything about her drew me to her. More so, there was this unexplainable connection. It felt like meeting someone you have always known from another world (lol). Our friendship grew for some months and the conviction grew stronger. On the specifics that attracted both parties, Ayo said: Her love for God, her respect for who I am and what I do, her very caring heart, her impeccable character, her amazing level of intelligence (she is a genius actually), her maturity when it comes to communication, her passion for growth, her determination, focus and of course her beautiful smile.

Love can be found in different places; Church, At work, On the road, in the ‘danfo’ even on social media! Regardless of the increasing awareness on the various ways people scam others on social media, people still meet online, fall in love, get married and live happily ever after. I was not surprised when I met these two fantastic couple through my friend and co-contributor on the blog, Makinde ‘Brainac’, who decided to share the amazing love story of Ayodele and his beautiful bride, Omounmi. The lovebirds got married on the 5th of November 2016. Guess what!? They met on BBM, fell in love and now they are husband and wife! Now I see that I have aroused your interest? Don’t be in a hurry! Grab a seat, with a bowl of pop-corn and a bottle of ‘Coca-Cola’. Relax and join us to celebrate this awesome couple ‘in style’. ===================================================================== Ayo happily told DeeDee about how he met his heartthrob: We met through a friend who was Wunmi’s bunk mate in the University. I saw her picture on her DP and requested for her details. (Sharp Guy)That was how we started talking. Then we met in person after two months of non-stop calls and chats and the rest was history! Guys will always have a first impression, and as you know first impression lasts longer. Ayo beaming with all smiles said: We have been talking and I have had so much respect for her personality so when we finally met, I couldn’t but stop admiring her level of intelligence and amazed by her simplicity, elegance and charisma. We had a long conversation and it felt like I had known her for years. http://deedeesblog.com/2016/12/06/met-bbm-now-bff-inspiring-love-story-ayomide-wunmi/

lalasticlala, I was PM'ed to share the concluding story. What do you think? |
Due to popular demand and based on the reactions this story generated by going Front Page on Nairaland, My friend decided to share the aftermath of his discovery about Cynthia. Just in case you did not see the first part of the story, it is here on Nairaland: https://www.nairaland.com/3496651/day-almost-died-after-checking =========================================================================== Still in a state of uttermost disbelief, I went back to Cynthia’s chat with Felix as it was the most recent of her escapades. Cynthia had sworn to me and some other corpers about how she can never give Mouth Gig as she used same mouth to praise God. Well, Felix commended her to be one of the best Mouth Action giver ( Ah, I screamed!) In the chat, he also requested for anal sex, which Cynthia obliged. Probing further, I realised that Felix was a senior banking officer with a now defunct popular bank but stingy, as Cynthia complained in their chats, stating that the N4,000 she got as transport fare the last time was too small. Cynthia also complained about the high fee of the hotel they used the last time, stating that it was too expensive. Na Wa oh! See my Christian girlfriend. Apparently, I get to spend the money she couldn’t get from these guys because I am the ‘MuMu’ guy! Oh Lordie Lord! I decided to take a walk to clear my head, I strolled round the school telling myself I must be one of the biggest fools alive. I began to strategize on how to confront Cynthia. I thought it was best if I make a call ( as e dey hot). I placed a call to Cynthia that night and confronted her with what I had discovered. Cynthia immediately went on the offensive saying it was just chats bla bla bla. They were not true! ( I mean ladies are so good at lieing, Haaahaa??) I told her I was done with her, it was over between us, that I would pack her things back to her room as we were living together. (Couple Corpers) . She told me to do what pleased me and that she was disappointed I believed those mind blowing revelations in the chats. At that point, I was confused and sceptical. You know why? Our corpers lodge was a mini FUJI house of commotion with fights everyday. People make jest and mockery of themselves over every little thing. Now, I was concerned about telling everyone what happened and moving Cynthia’s stuffs out of my room. Being a ‘pokenose’ I was sure all the other corpers would want to sniff their noses around to know what exactly happened and I would be made mockery of, being the ‘MuMu’ in this case. I was in another quagmire; I thought about what I could do to get this girl out of my life in the most subtle way possible. While I was packing Cynthia’s things in my room, I came across a strange tablet. The hair on my head rose again, I have never come across such a table before. The table was hexagon shaped with the imprint Searle 1451. I decided to google the code and found out it was an abortion pill, I exclaimed Jesus. Cynthia still ‘yabbed’ her friend Ada that last time they had a rancour as to how she had aborted twice. How can someone who had done abortion criticize her fellow girlfriend of doing same. I was weak already, I became weaker. Obviously realizing that I would have found out more damning information, Cynthia called back after 2 hours and began to beg, told me I should wait for her to come back from Lagos. She lamented that it was because I refused to sleep with her which was why she had get it outside. Can you imagine? During the few times we kissed and smooched, she would tell me to stop whenever I wanted to take it a step further. Cynthia told me point blank as a lady it was normal for her to feign refusal and I should have pushed harder. Imagine, pushed harder ko! Then she would now accuse me of rape. Girls sha! Cynthia came back two days later and started to beg and cajole me. I had two options break up with her or stay. Breaking up would have made the whole lodge know what was up. I told her I would only stay if she agreed to share the honey pot with me. My mind was made up already and I tried to block all sort of emotional affiliations with her. Believe me, it was difficult trying to get her out of my mind; the love, the sacrifices, how I thought I had already gotten a wife! WoW! I was pained deep down, but I knew I had no choice than to get her out of my mind! I knew it would take time for me to forget about her completely, but for all my money’s worth! I must enjoy the honey pot as well, all the mouth action and what have you! And so it began! For the last 2 months of my NYSC we had mind blowing sex but I was having to spend more on her. Now I realize that spending my money was my own decision and not because I love her! Hmmmn! I treated her like the way the men she went to meet did! As NYSC was about to come to an end, we both knew it had to end after pop in October, Cynthia demanded for my final Allawi N39800, because she needed to buy cloths in preparation for corporate world. Well, I stupidly obliged. Till now, I still ask myself why I did that. Or can you please answer for me? I went to back to PortHarcourt empty handed with no savings despite earning N19800 alawe, 5k state Allawi and 25k from my uncle monthly. Even though I was played by Cynthia, I'm still glad I met her because the discovery opened my eyes! I became wiser and smarter to women and their evil machinations. I also learned that most girls become bad most times due to the action of guys or what happened in the past. Cynthia lost her Virginity to a guy some years back, who later sent her a text which she showed me. You think I'm a fool, I know you used drugs to seal your honeypot to deceive me”. That text, whether true or not did not move me one bit. I had been lied and played, and that was it! Till today, I don’t bother checking my partner’s phone anymore as I have come to realize that no one is a saint and we all have our pasts. Let me burst your bubble: Late last year, my dear Cynthia got married to a pastor and till date, I still see her religious posts on Facebook which always make me reel with laughter. But wait a minute guys, can Cynthia ever change? http://deedeesblog.com/2016/12/05/day-almost-died-checking-girlfriends-phone-concluding-story/

It was an amazing night for me at the Experience 2016. In fact amazing is an understatement, I was awestruck. From the songs of the mass choir that ushered us into the evening to renditions by Samsong, Sammie Okposo, Segun Obe. I have never felt as spirit lifted as that in my entire life. Bottomline is, it was an experience that should be experienced – Intense, amazing, out of this world as it is. From the Nigerian artists to Cece Winans, Smorkey Norful to Donnie McClaukin. There was fusion in the soulful rendition which raised the tempo to the highest of the crescendo never imagined! I was also moved by the testimonies of Travis Greene, who felt at home the moment he walked onto the stage, a stage he graced for the first time. I was even thinking I would see them Seun, Lalasticlala, Mynd44 and co at the ground. Will I even recognize 'em if I see 'em? LOL! I noticed a lot of people checking out Nairaland even before the commencement of the event though! I think it is safe to assume that 1 out of three Nigerians is on Nairaland. Hehe!! If you were at the event though! Then you could relive your #Experience here! For those that couldn't make, don't try that next year! The Experience is that place to be! Oya check out my exclusive pictures! http://deedeesblog.com/2016/12/04/soul-lifted-high-heaven-experience-2016-deedee/

rawpadgin:Baba! If you cannot deal with the repercussions. Abeg, No try am! |
After my crazy Prostitute experience and post, a friend and a reader of my blog decided to share his crazy story with me! Lalasticlala, please help review in case it is front page worthy. Mind you, this is a true life story! Are you with me? Sit tight! ================================================================================= Back in the days, I used to ask myself. Why do I always feel this evil urge to snoop on my partner’s phone? Well, this story I am about to share will tell you why it is never ever good to want to check your partner’s phone and how what I saw almost gave me a heart attack. The reasons for me wanting to spy on my partner are not far-fetched. They are the backdrop of these two probing questions. 1. Why was she always laughing heartily when chatting? 2. Why was she uncomfortable when I tried to touch her phone? I learnt my lesson the bitter way during my NYSC days and trust me I would never try it again. I was posted to a school in a village somewhere in the Southwest as a teacher, and I decided to settle in after trying countless times to redeploy to PortHarcourt to no avail. On my way to report at my place of primary assignment (PPA) as ‘they’ call it, I met two other female Corp members in the bus headed same way. Ada and Cynthia (not real names) were very beautiful girls, but based on my ‘convo’ with the two of them, Ada seemed more exposed and mature than Cynthia. I therefore resorted to choosing Cynthia as my target for NYSC relationship since she appeared the easier ‘catch’ based on my analysis. After all, NYSC is National year of Sex and Cohabitation. After settling down in Corpers’ lodge provided by the school, I tried my best to get close to Cynthia but she always seemed not to be interested in me. I got my lucky break a month later when both Cynthia and Ada had a serious misunderstanding. We became close and I told her my intentions. Cynthia ‘claimed’ to be a church worker/evangelist in nearby Lagos and continued with her church activities in school and the village. I once saw Cynthia counselling female students on premarital sex and keeping boyfriends at such age. Cynthia refused my sexual advances due to her ‘seeming’ religious beliefs, although she was not a virgin. She claimed to be born again and in my mind I was like E be like say I don find wife oh! Cynthia would tell me stories about the numerous guys toasting and disturbing her and the fool that I was, we would laugh over it, not knowing ‘she and I were both laughing at my foolishness’ As Konji was taking a hold of me, I began to look for alternatives, but the fear of Cynthia made most of my targets say No. Thinking to myself, I would say: Nawa o, babe dey help chop my 19,800 allawi plus 25000 my uncle sends me and yet no show. Cynthia would travel down to Lagos every two weeks for church activities, and share me stories of the crusade service and I would say to myself, This geh really loves me sha, well, I love her too. Cynthia usually makes use of my Laptop to chat on Facebook. There was this particular occasion when one of her so called toasters once sent her a nude pic, and she screamed to me; ‘Boo, can you see this arrant nonsense’? Such a wonderful and faithful girlfriend! I would say! Our corper love wantintin continued until one Friday, I was alone and bored in the lodge, just staring at the ceiling doing nothing. Cynthia had gone to Lagos as usual for her crusades and other corp members had gone for celebration at a nearby village. I brought out my laptop, connected my modem and began to surf the internet. After surfing for about an hour, I decided to check Facebook. As I opened the Facebook page, Cynthia’s ID stared at me in the face. I remembered it was her account that was last logged in. At that moment, the evil thought of checking her Facebook chats occurred to me. You know, when you use another person’s device to log into your Facebook account, you will untick the remember me text box so that no one will be able to check your account when you are gone. I was in this process trying to figure out what her password would be when I remembered that earlier that week I had helped Cynthia register for a job advert using a username and password she wrote at the back of my Jotter. I quickly searched for that jotter, found it and tried the same password and Hooray! I was in her account. I began to check her chats with her so called toasters/disturbers. In her chat with Felix (not real name), he was making some crazy sexual requests (that blew my brains out), which my born again Cynthia obliged. They chatted about their last escapade how he enjoyed her so much. You need to see as drops upon drops of sweat cascaded down my face as if I just finished having my bath without drying the water off my body! Wallahi, that water could fill a glass cup of drink. It was crazy, I was shocked! So the so called church programs she went for was all a lie, I opened my mouth in disbelief. I found two other chats with some other guys she was sleeping with. Have you ever felt heartbroken before? The beats of your heart? Like you wanted to floor to open and swallow you up? Mine was more. I was perspiring, heavy breaths oh! It wasn’t a small something. I could not eat for 2 days till I fell ill. I practically kicked myself so hard. I was so naive and stupid. I felt like I wanted to die! I learnt my lesson that day, Never ever snoop on your partner because what you may find can lead to heart attack. Biko, if you know you cannot deal with the worst! Don’t ever snoop on your partner’s phone oh! You want to know what I did to Cynthia when she returned? Hehe! Funny readers, I’d leave that for another day! Abeg! I cannot share it here, maybe when you come check Deedeesblog, I can decide to share! LOL! I am very sure a lot of you guys can relate to this! Have you ever snooped on your partner’s chats before? Did you see the unbelievable, as for me, na only God go allow me trust woman again as I almost had a heart attack. Feel free to share your experiences! http://deedeesblog.com/2016/12/01/day-died-girlfriend-phone/ |
