ok I just checked the Visa stuff, getting a visa wont be that hard and it be cool to get another stamp on my passport lol

but can I come home and take the ship across to Cameroon and then come in like that. huh
Yes, you probably can, most African countries especially those surrounding Nigeria have very porous borders BUT
to be on the safer side when staying for more than a few days it is advisable to have the visa just in case some one ask- their gendarme** (police) are not very friendly to Nigerians according to some reports

Thanks snow, I was thinking I would be safer there by myself and I would have more privacy because "Everyone" would want to see me  in 9ja  and Im not the type to refuse seeing family unless they are irritating.

How is the nightlife?

Traveling by cars? Roads?

Wait do I need a visa for Cameroon?
Yes you will need a Visa, locate the consulate in your country (where you live)

--A passport valid for at least 6 months.

--Two completed application forms

--Two passport-size photographs taken frontally

--a legalised letter of invitation with the Cameroon police from either the host/contact/partner in Cameroon and a letter of sponsorship from the applicant's well-known employer/establishment/organisation (in the case
of a private or business visit).

--Applicants would also need to show a return or continuation ticket and
proof of financial means of subsistence except where a tour operator/travel agency is organising the trip. A confirmed hotel reservation for tourists not in organised trips.

--Visa application fee

I think there was something like this in the family section before

snow123:
I thinks that parents should send their children to Nigeria to attend both primary and secondary school  before they comeback to attend colleges  .B/c i travelled to Nigeria and noticed that those  children are so good academically more than children  i see oversea. especially those in private schools. It will be wise idea since most parents abroad can afford the school fees for Private schools in Nigeria.
What do u think?
the kids that get straight As abroad are academically and creatively what?

Haterz!!

CHAIRMAN1:
i dont agree wif most of you.
Was Janet Jackson this hated in her prime? NO.
I think B(or wathever she is called) is too fake.
I remember 50 cents sayin recently that he choose kelly 4 his video
because he didn't like how her star was dimmed and Beyonce's was overhyped during the
destiny's child era by beyonce's dad(and DC's manager).
The problem with JayZ is that he thinks he's a god.
We should not 4get that he got his wealth by selling his soul(Nas-Ether)
50 cents also recently said about JayZ and i quote 'that ni*** feels he's Jesus' end of quote.
He's also very ruthless when dealing with friends when it comes to money, he has fallen out with so many of his old friends.
What a couple!!!!!!!!!!!!
lol you are quoting 50cent thats a foooorking disgrace!!
for Bleep sake have you ever seen Oprah featured in some rappers video?
there are some people you put on your video, those are people that are available, and stil want to be a star
People like beyonce Jayz are in another league

MCLOVIN:
Their marriage is a sham. A mere contract. JayZ is a known satanist, who has recruits rihanna and now Kanye West, check d internet. Beyonce has been fake ever since her
Days in destiny's child, talking abt God and dressing scandalous.
lol check the internet

Politics › Re: Why Are You People So Scared Of 'The North' ? by DisGuy: 8:44am On Dec 19, 2009
Bottom line is that I reject this dubious blanket blame of the so called Nigerian elites for Nigeria's problems. If there was no Obasanjo there would not be a Maurice Iwu. There was a Humphrey Nwosu who conducted the freest election in Nigeria's history. So, don't come to Igboland and pick a thief who will play according to your dictates and turn around to blame Igbo elites. I am an Igbo elite too, and so are Chinua Achebe, Peter Obi, Chris Ngige, Charles Soludo, Ngozi Iweala, Oby Ezekwesili, Emeka Odumegwu Ojukwu, Emeka Anyaoku, Ken Nnamani, and many others . When was the last time any of these were given national tasks and they failed?
Every tribe/ethnic group can point to some distinguished sons amongst them!
Those you mentioned have done absolutely well in their positions but Why are you waiting for national tasks?
The past and current state governors are they picked by Northerners?

Also there is an Igbo proverb that says "jere m (or gara m) abughi ozi" roughly translated it means that if you really want to get a job done well, you must do it yourself. An Igboman has never controlled the leadership of Nigeria and I often wonder what Nigeria would have been like if an Igbo ruled Nigeria for 8 years, not to talk of 40 years or so that the north controlled power. So, we cannot really say that Nigeria is unworkable until Ndigbo have actually ruled Nigeria and implemented some ingenious solutions which normally goes with an Igboman's sense of "mission critical".
If I'm not mistaken; Igbomen controlled Igbo states since 1999 till date so if you are wondering what nigeria would be like under one, you wont be far from those

when Orji kalu was asked about the mountain of filth in the state he governed he claim that was the job of the FG shocked
talk about passing the buck to Abuja all the time!

Cant really stop my fingers from using the keyboards, i wonder what people think Nigeria is. there is nothing in the world today that u cant find in Nigeria (except sub stations). I have neighbours that have  their dinner in lagos and have their lunch in the very best of hotels in america the next day. Nobody look at them when they pass by.If you want to come to Nigeria you are very free to,the only reason you can draw unnecessary attention to yourself if you are like a 30yr old man wearing your jeans below your +++ and have all your long chains on your neck trying to yo men loudly anywhere you go. Do You think there will be red carpet waiting for you on every street in lagos simply because you came from abroad, them maybe send one of your relative to vist the international airports either in the night or morning to give you a feedback of how busy that place is.
Exactly dont mind these small chane people o!
In fact on my street we have to call for extra security during the weekends
We all go for weekend in Dubai, California, Cambridge, Dublin etc etc
so no one is at home in my area, abeg no ask me which area o
this is VERY common all over nigeria by the way grin
