Thank you

Yes. As a matter of fact. Npower has graduate and non graduate category. You must have at least SSCE though. Infact the non graduate category is very .beneficial. U can be thought script writing, animation, computer hardware/software etc depending on what u choose. But those who are currently undergoing training applied for batch c last year. Just make sure you r updated and keep checking when registration for batch d Will commence from next year

Can a person who never went to the university register

ezenwaez:
Payment of stipend to bonafide Npower Batch C applicants commenced precisely yesterday, 8th November, 2021.

Most Npower Batch C volunteers have started receiving credit alert on their mobile phones, please if you are an Npower Batch C volunteer and you are yet to receive credit alert, please exercise patience and keep checking your email and SMS.

Alternatively you can check your payment status by visiting the payroll tab on the Npower NASIMS portal, if the payment status says "pending" it simply means that the delay is from your bank, and you will soon be paid, those Npower Batch C volunteers that are yet to see their payment history should exercise patience as the details are still being uploaded on the Npower NASIMS portal.

As long as you completed your Npower NASIMS physical verification exercise properly you will definitely be paid.

Live with her like a sister Love her and you won't see any trouble .

MrPresent:
This is a true life story.

The lady in question is so confused on what to do.

Please advise her responsibly:

(Matured Minds Only)

*************************************

Good morning, I am married into a very wealthy home, my husband is the eldest child, they are four, 3 male and a female.

Last two years I got a nanny, she's 32 years, my husband is in charge of his father company, his father has houses everywhere around the world but he's leaving with us, because of loneliness, he lost his wife 12yrs ago and since then he refused to marry again, he's 65years old but still young, I have a supermarket, so my nanny cook and takes care of the home while I'm away, my nanny has been sleeping with my father in-law but I didn't know, March this year we found out she's pregnant and she said it was papa that was responsible, when I ask her how long she has been sleeping with him she said since last year.

I was shouting at her when my husband shut me up that I shouldn't talk to her like that, that she's not a child, my own house help! When my husband talk to his father about it, he said the girl, that is my nanny has been his companion that he wants to marry her, mogbe I said over my dead body, my own maid, instead of my husband to be on my side he said if marrying the girl will make his father Happy that he has his support, the house we are living is build by my father in-law, it's a duplex, Mummy as am writing you my husband and his brothers followed my father in-law to pay my nanny dowry, they came back yesterday.

I didn't go with the children because I can't Believe my father in-law stoop so low to marry my maid when there are other women out there, last night I was talking to my husband and he told me to stop referring her as my nanny that she's now Married to his father therefore I should be calling her "Aunty mi", and my kids who usually call her Aunty should start calling her "Mummy", and I asked him what will she be calling me, he said anything she likes.

I am just here crying, someone I brought into my home has now turned madam over me, what should I do, and I can't tell my husband to rent another apartment when he has a duplex, papa can't leave either because he want to be close to his son, how long can I take this, please I need advice. Thanks. Married for 10years.

What a Life!

Diabetes can lead to hundreds of things if the sugar level is not well controlled. It can lead to stroke or an injury that refuses to heal. This has been my experience in my 11 years of Type 1 Diabetes. I would have been a dead man

Unfortunately, it won't. She can change her type of diet. She might need that insulin to survive

This is the 11th year I've been living with Type 1 Diabetes. It hasn't been easy. Buying drugs, the different kinds of expensive foods to eat, and the side effects of this drug I take.

Type 1 Diabetes has affected my finances and my zeal to do business. I've done several little jobs and unable to save anything because I must buy this insulin drug and the expensive food to eat.

My main concern now is to be able to start a business of my own. It will help me to manage my illness very well.

Imagine not being able to buy drugs or going for proper medical checkup when am sick in the midst of this illness.

This is my true situation. Poverty and diabetes are two things that don't come together. It's like a death sentence.

How can I be able to get financial assistance to start a business of my own? I need help.

She will need insulin o. To be taken regularly. This is type 2 diabetes. Go to a reliable doctor. If her sugar level is well controlled, she won't need to go through that.

I'm a type 1 diabetic and am broke right now and unable to buy this expensive insulin. I've only eaten 4 times this week.

I also have malaria now that I can't treat well because no money. This life is not easy

Spark2:
Hello NL.
I'm going to keep this brief.

It started three weeks ago. my mum, who was walking normal with no problem suddenly could not walk. Her left leg began paining her severely that day. My mum was all in tears... She was rushed to the hospital where it was discovered that her sugar level was on the high side. The hospital gave drugs which stabilised it, at that point my mum was very weak, couldn't eat, each time she eat she throws up and also had some pain in the leg still. After a week in the hospital, we were then referred to a teaching hospital after a test showed that creatinine in her kidney was high.

The teaching hospital tried their best and I can say my mum is now okay. Except for the left leg. She can't still walk on it, the leg feels cold to touch with a little discolouration above the foot.

Doppler test showed that blood isn't really flowing through the leg. And they said they will need to amputate the leg to prevent the infection from growing to the other parts of the body.

Please I want to know if you know anyone who had similar condition and amputation was recommended but was later healed without need for amputation.

Please share your recommendations. I need my mum now more than before in my life. We are confused on whether to allow them to go on with the amputation or seek other alternatives.

Thank you very much.

Pls note that as at now, her sugar level, creatinine and other things are normal.

Properties / Re: Collapsed Ikoyi Building Was Going For N2.85 Billion Per Apartment by DisLifeSha: 8:32pm On Nov 02, 2021
It's a controlled demolition but many people are ignorant about it. A building with structural defects doesn't collapse like that. It looks like a controlled demolition attack
JaskanFactor:
did anybody notice that the building collapsed straight down onto its foundation.

and the building had been standing for almost a year or more before the collapse.

Basically if the building was controlled demolition, it wold look exactly like this one did.
A straight down collapse unto its footprint affecting no nearby structures .

And then to top it up, its just by chance that this happened when the owner was inside .
Am just saying too many coincidences in this one to rule out foul play.

How did you feel?

aikyg:
It was during my undergraduate days in Enugu. I entered a bus and saw one of the Nollywood actresses in the same bus. I didn't recognise her immediately, after a while I was able to figure out that she was one of the popular Nollywood actresses. I was already close to my bus stop, so I tore a sheet of paper from my notebook and wrote, "You are one of my favourite Nigerian movie actresses." When i got to my bus stop I gave her the note and she hissed and threw it away.
