joseph1832:Stop going through the corners, Joe. State it exactly how it is stated in Agbadotopia: "What would Peter Obi have done differently?" ---- Can you please lend me your Corn I.D. for 30 minutes? I need to pay for something quickly with Flutterwave and I guess the rate they displayed to me is due to my support of Peter Obi. Please? |
One year ago, this poster prophesied this. And it's happening faster than we all thought it would. A40: |

I hope the Nigeriens stop crisscrossing our Northern borders into Nigeria since ECOWAS free passage agreement is no longer applicable? |
If power supply is very good in your community, connect with other techies online. Take W3Schools and Free Code Camp courses online. Download videos from Free Code Camp's YouTube channel too. Start with a 15'6" screen laptop. Connect with others learning to keep you motivated then attend a lot of tech programmes and events physically to network with higher-ups in your areas of focus. |
iamoyindamola:The best schools and hospitals in this country are still significantly run by the church. For all of the criticism the church gets, management isn't its flaw. |
BlueRayDick:Generally, people from Southern states tend to hold governments at the three levels accountable than their Northern counterparts. Historically, there was a time when being a ferocious critic of the state government, for example, in Lagos under Tinubu, Akwa Ibom in Akpabio's first tenure, Abia under OUK, Enugu under Nnamani, and Ogun under OGD was relatively dangerous, but I think it's abated. Actually, it has. Southern states went through the phase Reccy is mentioning in terms of repercussions for vehement state government criticism. The relative ease and freedom to criticize these Southern state governments now was earned through tears and blood. |
Paraman:In the the late 2000's and early 2010's, students on campus would have a quick dinner in male hostels with #200. Rice, beans, and meat. Beans and bread. Eba and soup with meat. At the university canteen. And it was filling. You could have a quick one before all-night reading. #1000 would get a student a custard of rice and beans each, with a bottle of palm oil. #10,000 and you're stocked for a while. A decade later or so, and students on campus can barely have a basic meal with 6 times that amount. The inflation in a decade to 600% is crazy. |
This is the craziest AFCON ever! More twists and upsets than your favourite TV series. |
YoobaNesan:It would burst. Most people hear "techie" and they assume there's immediate millions to be made from getting jobs. If the endpoint of learning tech skills is to build products which are sustainable, you won't worry about any bubble. I don't. Get gigs to help bootstrap what you're building. Then when it takes off, you can concentrate on scaling it without worrying about any layoffs. But all of you want quick bucks without wanting to build actual products. Just going through the motions with wages being the only goal. Even if it's a productised tech service, build it. |
Minime10:For most of these attention-seekîng nîtwîts, optics is everything. Posturing. Forming a narrative they can run with. Everything is content for bored strangers on the internet. Why does your timeline need to know everything about you? Are you that insecure? Thankfully, my siblings aren't that way too. And it's one of the ways I screen out women who I seek out or who seek out intimacy with me. If you are an attention whôre, don't come close to me. Our tumbling between the sheets, date nights, and every other form of intimacy shouldn't be content for bored strangers on your timeline but memories to treasure. If this guy were my relative or friend, I'd immediately distance myself from him. He'd never be in my personal space or know anything more than surface information about my activities so my life doesn't end up as content for his bored followers. I've done it to a few relatives and hitherto friends in the past. |
By the way, Nairaland is like any other platform to me. I can put my details out. People who have nothing to hide or aren't worried about being found on other platforms or in person do what I do. But you live multiple lives so hide in the shadows. Here's another Nairalander finding me on Facebook and me acknowledging it. You'd never have the balls to be this open. I'd put up my details and pictures and knock you to while at it.

Emaprince:LOL. You knew I was TheSonOfMark, I think. I think Pocóhantas and you had a conversation about it on some other section in February 2022 or so. I've been called TheSonÓfMark for a long time on this thread and I acknowledged it every time. Yes, I enjoyed doing to Cóógar what I did to him. He had it coming for being a Captaîn Save-a-Hoe to impress Rokiatu on an issue which had nothing to do with him in early or mid 2015. |
DeadPresidents:Dóofus. The only person to have mentioned Coogar this year is you! Nobody else has. You kied Coogar made me deactivate and I oosted with the same moniker less than an hour ago. I took doen Cóógar since your brought it up. You talk and act like a homosexual with feminine tendencies. Talking about "I’m soo pretty" like anybody here gives a fûck. Bitch niggaThe last time I ever mentioned my looks was on March 1, 2023 or so in response to Gbola. I updated my pictures myself. What's there to hide?/Isn't Nairaland a social medium like Facebook? Nobody mentioned my looks for months and this year until you did. I can swear on anything sacred that you screenshotted my pictures. But you can't post them to troll me because you'd be praising me inadvertently. Like they say in the South, "If e easy, you sef fine!" Don't hate on a guy who doesn't give a hoot about you just because natured blessed him to be better-looking than you. It's not my fault or yours. |
Sportsweb:Alright. Why did you want Izzou dead by denying IPOB terrorists wouldn't ambush him on a Monday when he went visiting in Imo? Why were you ready to sacrifice his life on the altar of all-is-well facade. Think about this? Are you so used to killing that his life meant nothing to be preserved? This is the issue. So long, Sportswebandit. Enjoy your weekend while you can. Monday would be here soon. ![]() |
Keep trying, one might stick. Attack Akwa Ibom, failed. Put me against Ebonyi and Bayelsa, failed. Attack my supposed cuddling up to politicians for favours, failed. My post history on and off Nairaland proves I don't. Attack me, failed. Next, talk about looks. Dude, I can swear with everything sacred you don't look as good as I am. This is a fact! Good looks is in my genes. I'm thankful to my parents. It's not my fsukt you look ugly and hate what you see in the mirror. When asked by someone here, you did under "I'd rather stay anonymous." But you are the same dólt who regularly updates people who don't care about your personal itinerary out of the blues. Desperate to be relevant. Now try another line. We both know looks don't favour you. |
izzou:Dude, take a back seat. You've had your time in the spotlight. This isn't mentally stimulating. If you are going to this be creative with it. Now bug and would respond to others with cogent facts. The plan amongst you all along was to deviate from the main point. And the point is, today, yesterday, tomorrow, and forever, as long as you identify as a Nigerian, hold your home state government accountable. Government is first and foremost local. Trying to attack me or make it about Akwa Ibom wouldn't make me abandon the point. Now address this going forward. The next time you criticize Lagos or Rivers, you'd have a rethink and others would call you out for not holding yours to the same demands. That was the other aim. |
By the way, Disstroyy and Destroyer accounts have been banned for over a year now for till 2029. Both are still up. Deactivate? The sun would have to freeze over fireeze over first. "TheSonOfMark deactivated when Côógar." Same account which took down Côôhar and was very active for a year or two before it was banned. Same Cóógar whose virtual phallus you sucked and groveled to for years, and still doing it with your new moniker. 5 years and 2 months since he was last active. This might be a virtual beer parlour but don't type like you are inebriated. Cat has still got your fingers after being caught in a very verifiable web of lies. DeadPresidents for a reason. Fitting moniker. |
izzou:You are dumb. You were responding to Patrickmuf that my comment asking that we take state governments accountability seriously wasn't wrong. And I retorted you were the one to personalize it as bullying. Heck! You think asking that you hold your home state government accountable is bullying. How ridiculous can you be, Izzou? Now you've absolved yourself of it. Typical you to antagonise then play the gaslighting card of "I won't fight you. I don't want issues." You are a devious snake. DonJ calls you so rightly. You bite then hide and throw the fault on others. If you didn't personalize my general comment, likely nobody else would have. Own up to it. I have owned up to my comparative criticism of the gang culture in Rivers State fueling the fire for others in states with worse security conditions attacking the state. I did it last week. That's what manly men do - own up. |
DissTroy: |
izzou:Liar! You were the first to insist I was bully others right after I made the statement about holding state governments accountable. You were the very first. https://www.nairaland.com/7186774/epl-chatroom-all-discussions/4079#128125232 You have a history of being two-faced one issues and playing the victim card, and it's one of the reasons DonJ attacks you. |
I brought down Cóogar with a version of my moniker on it. I ignite the fire, fueled it and watched it burn. TheSonOfMark and Kramfonos. Both battled Coogar and took him down. I am same person. Both monikers haven't been deactivated. I never deactivate old moniker because I like to reference my posts. https://www.nairaland.com/2723630/sum9000.com/8#40120497 Some of his coward opponents had to message me for information privately. You feared him while I stood up to him and took him down. I am not like you. |
DeadPresidents:Calling for backup? Foôl! I never had a SonOfMark moniker. My TheSonOfMark moniker is till up. I got a length ban in 2016 and abandoned it. It's still up. I logged in two years ago or so to confirm. I never clashed with Nihilist. He's even one if those I'm a little chummy with on. I am the guy who brought down Cóogar. I am Kramfonos. Everyone knows this! |
izzou:There's no search filter for this thread alone, dumbo. Oasis does. Raumdéuter has. Others have. Here's a search result of you going on about Akwa Ibom as far back as July, 2022: https://www.nairaland.com/search/izzou%20akwa%20ibom/0/66/0/1 Still dumb? |
You're still a fóol though. Still as effective as dead presidents. You visited and hid in Lagos yet couldn't visit Kogi because you know you'd most likely get kidnapped, robbed, attacked, and have to deal with 14th Century style underdevelopment. You weren't even sure you'd get internet coverage in Kogi. Plus how would you find a motorable road. Yahaya Bello dug up the only motorable. last year. So you hid in Lagos. The same desolate Kogi you claimed last night your relatives are living as royalty in. Wicked relative. The joke writes itself! |
DeadPresidents: OasisX:All one has to do is local-search "Akwa Ibom" then filter to Eurosoccer section. Akwa Ibom has over 20 search results pages on this board. Posts dating back to 2013. I only became active on this thread in 2022 and sparingly at other times but on the Barcelona thread to discuss only Messi. 20 search results pages times 31 mentions o'er page of Akwa Ibom gives 620 mentions of Akwa Ibom. Mostly for good. I bet you to list up 100 mentions by me. Here's the filtered localized search result for Akwa Ibom: https://www.nairaland.com/search/akwa%20ibom/0/40/0/19 Yeah, DissTroy is the only one who mentions Akwa Ibom. Izzou, you are smart by a tiny fraction! Dumb as a dead president. |
izzou:Gone back to kissing arse and getting yourself into good books? Hopefully, it'd pay off. I hope it does soon enough. Facts are I am the most active Akwa Ibom person on this board. There are two other guys but they comment more in other sections. Of course, the more people, the better. Oyo gets criticized only by the 3 or 4 people I mentioned who are Oyo indigenes. 4 only! Akwa Ibom is getting many things right so when it gets mentioned on this thread, it's for good. Like the governors getting it right, the infrastructures and more. The only time others mention Akwa Ibom here is for good. Even during national team games. I could join it to paint only the good side, but I expose the bad. There are more of you from Anambra on this thread. At least 3 or 4. Asides the Obi beamlight due to his ambition, how many of you 3 or 4 hold the Anambra State government to account? What's your say on the passed Anambra state budget? On the infrastructure? On the corruption? On the vices? On the sit-at-home? None! But you criticize Lagos daily. Protect your home state while maligning Lagos State. Nice try. |
What happened to Ebubeagu? I don't know if they are still existing.A seeming taboo question here. Let's completely blame the FG, talk about skirmishes in Lagos, and maybe join in to shit on Rivers while at it. How dare you ask that they ask these questions of their state governments? Let's keep pushing the conspiracy that Simon Ekpa is FG-sponsored years later with no proof. It's abominable to ask of our leaders with all the tools to control the states why fully-armed non-state actors have a whole region on its knees. Let's not ask why there has been years-long cult killings and everyday there are reports of decapitated bodies for something so mundane. Let's not ask why people have to publicly keep 'scores' of murdered youths or why you need a map about areas in your hometown about streets to visit and a calendar of when to stay away. Don't ask about these issues your relatives face; damn the fact that you have likely lost relatives to these cult killings and get tainted as being a state of fraudsters. Focus on Lagos and the FG only. After all, getting a few 'likes' on Nairaland for "I go criticize Lagos only so make anybody die if e wan die" which would be forgotten as we move to the next page is more satisfying than the state being more secure and liveable. It'd be Easter soon. Go visit and take random strolls around neighbourhoods if you dare. You dare not for fear of cultists gunning you down. You'd rather hide in Lagos. That's the answer to your tirade. ![]() |
joseph1832:Oh! It's only in Lagos, according to them while their home states are overrun by bandits. Oh! Rivers is an uncivilized state according to the Spy guy yesterday yet I or anyone can visit Rivers on any day of the week while hoodlums decide the length of his weekdays and determine his itinerary every other day in his home state. "Oh! Let's criticise others even though our home states are far lagging behind on developmental indices." Misplaced priorities. Help fix your home state first and Nigeria would be better as a whole. |
Sportswebandit, this is how to expose crimes. Notice how I finger one small community at the very fringes of my home state too where a few still practise these barbaric acts. Hopefully, this information would be found useful for anyone who visits places as mentioned in this quoted post. Unlike you who rather other people and your kinsman die to protect vices and defend your state and avoid painting the true image of things. You and I are not the same. Way beneath me on a truth scale. DissTroy: |
GrammarNazi1:This is outside of the scope I am advocating for, please. Cannibalism happens in other places too as I stated weeks back on this thread. Any community which fights interstate border/boundary wars likely has a few which still practise cannibalism. In the SS, SE, NC, SW, and maybe other places. My advocacy is holding our individual state governments accountable. Let's keep to the point, please. |
