I might be wrong but it seems you have a codependent relationship with her and that is not healthy. You could benefit from counseling if you could afford it. She is not codependent on you so it causes you stress to be apart from her. It just means she has a healthier relationship with you and you have an unhealthy attachment to her. Look into this and find ways to help yourself detach so you could have a healthy relationship with her. There's no need for these extremes: seeing her twice a week every week or cutting her off all together.
