Manpower that launches offensive means the soldiers that launch attacks on these enemies.



The memo says not to take videos and pictures during operation. What has that got to do with "manpower in a particular base"?

I wasn't exactly replying to the memo with this.I was replying that lady on how recording videos and taking pictures generally can affect soldiers.Generally meaning it's not only when they go for operation but also when at base too.



Pls what have d following got to do with d directive: " procured weapons and equipments, casualty levels"?

During operations,newly procured weapons and equipment will be put to use and it implies more danger for the enemies.Pictures and videos of these can make the enemy to start planning how to collect it from the soldiers.
Casualty levels of soldiers can be collated by the enemies to be used to demoralize soldiers in their video release.The casualty level can also affirm to the enemy that their attacks are going a long way.It convinces them to keep up with the tempo.



If d army is saying no more videos during operation, us it therefore agreeing that video of it's men shooting into civilian houses wasn't propaganda as it earlier claimed?

I told him instead of doing that why don’t he let me take a job and we should continue with the wedding and all instead of wasting money he doesn’t have

NB: I have an offer waiting for me for a paramilitary job and his fear is that I’m not strong enough. He is even ready to sell his car to set me up. He is a good man but I want him to understand I can take care of myself . Why set me up for a business when I can easily work on my own
