Stupid behaviour by the girl. A simple no would suffice. The slap was unnecessary.

Call a spade a spade before insulting Nigerians. As much as people like forcing certain behaviours, majority of Nigerians are conservative. As long as certain activities are done in private - no one will judge you.

This video and the subsequent interview by the girl shows poor judgement. In the name of popularity - she did these things. Of all things to do - it is to compete in a dancing contest that she was aware is recorded and she decided to twerk to win 30k. What did she think would happen? A recorded video nowadays is coming out on social media. Did she consider her family's honour and reputation before she did these things on video?

The reaction to have her father lose contracts is in my opinion too much but I wonder if any of them came with a good behaviour clause. It may be that the father wasn't performing and this was used as an opportunity to get rid.

In short for me - I wasn't aware of this entire situation till I saw this thread. I avoid watching certain things and I sincerely pray that my children and others do not show the lack of judgement or thinking this girl did.

I don't get what is wrong about army removing checkpoints. Is there further information that is not being shared?

Tuchel also flopped at PSG, didn't he - based on your logic. Emery has coached in France, Spain and England. He has won trophies with French and Spanish clubs. He is a 4 time Europa champion. Arsenal in their history has not won more than 3 European trophies. Their record is mediocre compared to Unai's in Europe. His record at Arsenal despite the way he was treated and disrespected by that club shows he was the last to lead them to a final.

Your salary is not confidential. It is also not illegal in Nigeria to discuss your salary. If an employer to be asks you this question, you can tell them. It is not bad HR practice.

Depends. I have had a positive situation where someone in the same company found out about disparity in salaries and that led to salaries being balanced in a positive way. Would I advise you to do this with people not in your company or on your level - No!! Be very careful with that information.
