I am igbo but I am full supporter of El Rufai. He is the only one that can change Nigeria. He possess white men wisdom
El-rufai is the only one that I'm sure of, whom has the will and zeal to change this country. He would make a great president.

He does have a point. It's not all 4G phones on band 2,3 and 8 that get the ntel signal. My cousins iPad Air got a signal. Her husbands iPhone 6s didn't and neither did mine. Even at the ntel office they will tell you some phones are not yet supported. It's something they are aware of and are working on fixing. Let's be patient and see how well they fare. You have to admit though, some decisions they have made have been questionable at best, but I'm not one to judge without seeing the big picture. We dey watch to see who dem go epp
iPhones work, but a little tricky to get them working.

btw, there sim is not working on all lte/4G phones likehtc, iphone, i believe they've got a long way to go before they can....
Stop spreading falsehood. I have personally tested ntel's sim on a BB Q10 SQN 100-3 variant and Nokia Lumia 1320, and it worked well. And others have also testified on this forum.
Ntel's 4GLTE is transmitted over band 3(1800Mhz) and band 8(900Mhz). Your 4GLTE device must support either or both of these bands/frequebcies in order to work on ntel's network. To find out, Google the specs of your device.

I think the cases are different. The judge can be blackmail to subvert justice unlike the senator who can not take away a man's freedom.
Really? In case you didn't know, Senators are actually the lawmakers. They make the laws by which a country is governed by. So, in truth, a Senate president can do far worse than a judge.

^^This. Some people will not see the wisdom in what you are saying, but this is the fact. The people who committed atrocities in Uzo-uwani should be fished out and brought to book. For those who are advocating for unnecessary violence, trust me, it's your people that would suffer the most. If you think you know violence, then you have no idea.
PhonesRe: My Experience Registering My Ntel Sim by dustmalik(m): 8:45pm On Apr 26, 2016
I like the fact that Abuja is being giving priority by ntel, unlike other service providers in the past. I'm still amazed that Swift never found it business-wise to bring its services to Abuja.

Meanwhile I was charged 5k per sim today, actually 5333 Naira. Wey that the numbers I chose were bronze numbers and that in fact there are some numbers for 10k.

Have I been suaved!!!!huh
I haven't seen or heard anyone charged for the Sims. I got mine last week, and I only had to pay #1000 for the 3 day plan, which will take effect on the 1st of May. Earlier today, I was there with my mom and sister, and they got the numbers they wanted, and they only had to pay for #1000 for the 3 day, as well. So I'm surprised by your claim.

By the way, how does your number look like, and how do you mean by bronze numbers?

I haven't used DC unlocker for a very long time, but i'd hazard a guess that there is an option within DC app where you can select the port the mifi is attached to. Just make sure you select the right one.

Exactly. If he had more play time, say, he plays 90 mins, like CR and Messi do, he wouldn't be as consistent.

But, then again, we don't know for sure until he's given the opportunity.

El-rufai is way more popular than all those you mentioned.

Seriously 90Gig for 9,000 and you call them thieves.
Are you in this country? MTN is 7.5Gig for 8,000.
You may need to get new maths lessons.
N.B We have not yet subtracted the additional 300 mins, which if taken into account. The data plan is actually less than #7,000.
By the way, The supposed fair usage policy of 3gb during peak hours has since been taken down from their usage policy. They may have had a rethink about that. Some people didn't realize that it was supposed to be during peak hours only, not all day long.

Please, I need to get a new phone ASAP but can't decide between blackberry z30 and Samsung Galaxy s5. undecidedThe phone I use currently is a blackberry z10 and it hasn't been a pretty experience. It's highly probable that I got a defective one. cry

P.S: I download a looooot. So I need a phone that can still enable do this.
I wouldn't advice anyone to buy a BB10 device because there won't be much support any longer, given the fact that they have gone the Android route. Though I have a Z30, and I won't be disposing it any time soon.

The thing about Z30 most people don't know is its unique Antenna. That's why it performs pretty well in places where network is most shitty, compared to some of the latest and greatest devices. Using it as a tethered modem, I achieve twice the speed i get on S5. My point is, the only reason I still use the Z30 is because of its unique Paratek antenna technology. You should Google about Paratek antenna.

But if your choice is between Z30 and S5, then I'd advice you to go for the S5 because of Apps support and software support, by way of Custom roms and the rest.

By the way, if you have to get an S5, don't buy the G900H variant, because it only has 3G support, no 4GLTE support.

PhonesRe: 4 Things NTEL Must Get Right by dustmalik(m):

Nice one op. Like I've already said before, with this their approach I don't see them being the messiah. I'll be surprised if they can cover 15 States before going down. Maybe it is too early to say this but what we have seen so far shows these people don't mean business. From a shitty website to poor twitter and Facebook and people queuing for 4 hours just tobget their some card, plus it supports only 4g phones, and looks like they don't give a Bleep about voice calls..

Their plans are also questionable. For someone like me I'll gladly take the 9k monthly for unlimited, but majority out there are not heavy users. There are people that just want to use 3gb for the while month ...no love for such people? Majority out there can't afford to spend more than 2k per month on data and they expect to subscribe to their shitry 3 days plan? Wtf. They should review their plans so it favors everynone and not just the heavy users.
The emboldened got me thinking. If I understand the implementation of LTE correctly, voice calls can't be made over an LTE network unless the network supports VoLTE. Also, the devices, from end to end, need to support it. That is why when you try to make a call on networks that have LTE, 3G and 2G support, the network is automatically switched to either 2G or 3G. That is, if the network or device don't support VoLTE.

Now, given that ntel doesn't support 3G and 2G, I guess only those with VoLTE devices will be able to make calls. I might be wrong though, so I stand to be corrected.

I intend buying this phone with below details.
Will it work with ntel SIM card, or which 4G modem can one go for?
Help with ntel Abuja’s address, please.
According to the LTE frequencies, it should work fine with Ntel.

As for mifi modem, I suggest you wait. My understanding is that, Ntel will be selling the ZTE flare when they become fully operational. ZTE flare is an LTE-A mifi, and it performs better than most of the mifi in the market today.

The only collection location right now is at Transcorp Hilton.
