I'm more impressed with the UPLOAD speed than the Download.

Seems like a good speed, though I'm unimpressed. They promised 230Mbps, and given that there isn't much traffic on their network yet, so why 55Mbps? Though there are other factors that may have been the reason for such low speed, like speed or antenna limitation on the tested phone, or the tested device is not LTE-A capable, among others.

Not all 4Glte phones will work on their network. Only those that support 1800 or 900 lte bands will work. Also, to take advantage of its LTE-advanced, your device needs to be LTE-advanced capable, plus it needs to support both the above stated frequencies/bands.

I don't know much about mobile data plans in the Ukraine. But Ukraine is known to have some of the cheapest wired connections in the world. I have a friend who, for $10/month, his ISP gives him unlimited data, with a downlink speed of 100mb/s, plus one dedicated IP address, and some other perks. Similar wired plans in US and Canada cost over $100/month.
