Pregnancy is not a direct consequence of marriage and so I'm not sure why you are blaming marriage for your body changes (which can be inspired as much by gluttony as they can by hormones). Also, your pregnancy does not benefit your man any more than it benefits you.

Same applies to sex (you get more pleasure from the act) and cooking (you eat of it even if you may not know where the money came from).

Argue all you wish, you ladies are the main beneficiaries of the social contraption called marriage.

Aunty, pregnancy is natural and is not exclusive to marriage. Your body changes because your body changes (and gluttony) not because you are married. What's more, your pregnancy does not benefit your husband more than it does you.

It's also a myth that wives are slaves to their husbands. It's the picture you ladies try to promote so it would be easier to manipulate the unsuspecting husbands. If anything, majority of their men slave for their families all their lives, never getting any sort of appreciation because "it's their duty."

Imagine having to pay through the nose to marry a lady so you can continue paying through the nose to provide for her and future kids while your kids prefer her to you because she's the one that gets to feed them the food you struggle to provide.

Marriage is far more beneficial to women. Doubt me? Go to churches and see how many of you are praying hard for a chance to become a "lifelong" slave. Ask people in long term relationships and find out which gender is more desperate to tie the knot. Also find out which gender is more likely to be broke and jobless and still get married.

About gold-digging, we both know that women rarely ever marry/date below what they perceive to be their own class. There's a reason terms like 'hypergamy' exists, and your attempt at denying it does not change it.

These aren't my opinions, they are facts, well researched and documented. Careful observation around you would confirm this stance.

The graph below shows the peak SMV for women is around mid twenties. Peak SMV for men is between 35-45.
