PoliticsRe: Buhari Not In Support Of Open Grazing - Garba Shehu Clarifies by eeetuk(m): 5:41pm On May 26, 2021
Garba Shehu: "President Muhammadu Buhari is opposed to open grazing of cattle "

Garba Shehu is a provocateur. Most of the statements his office made public unbehave of president Buhari come directly from him, not president Buhari.

That is why he backed track president Buhari position on open grazing.

Garba Shehu likes to say things that provoke public anger against president Buhari.
And when it backfires, he quickly retracts the story. That is what is happening on open grazing.

He needs to stop that because some of his statements has cost loss of lives and destruction of property.

Abubakar Sadiq Malumfashi : "The Fulani are a minority tribe attaching themselves to the Hausas as strategy for survival , they mischievously introduced the word Hausa-Fulani without making distinction of being Hausa or Fulani. it’s today used as a fraudulent canopy to deceive Nigerians."

The fulani are a minority attaching themselves to the Hausas as strategy for survival---sounds like a premeditated scam.

I wonder how many people of Hausas tribe are aware of this piece of history and allow it to go on.

I am scared now to travel to northern nigeria because it is like living with your enemy.

Are the people of Hausas tribe powerless?
They are not fighting back in my view. That is why I asked this question.

I call for division of Nigeria into 12 countries--- with boundaries drawn according to 1967 12 states creation. The presence of fulani anywhere in Nigeria posed a serious threat to the lives of all Nigerians.

I cannot take it anymore!

I disagree!
The constitutional rights of Nigerians are not the same for cows and cattle. Mr. Malami is Nigeria attorney general and minister of justice. He was the first to claim the rights of Nigerians to move is the same as those of cows and cattle. It is not the same. Someone needs to tell president Buhari that his attorney general is not a lawyer but a bigot. I have read section 41 of 1999 constitution of Nigeria-- and that section never said movement of people is the same as wild animals.

Please, Mr. president, hire yourself a new attorney general you can rely on because Mr. Malami cannot read or write

Why not all Nigerians instead of east?
Easterners [by easterners I mean ibos] are just as bigotry as the fulani. What about ibibio, Edo or Ijaw?

Ibibio, Edo or Ijaw provide Nigeria with 98% of money Nigeria spends annually, yet, they are left out in every thing. I am outraged, but I don't complain like ibos.

When you meet ibo person, you have met black Americans. Ibos and black Americans think the same way. Both complain about discrimination every day. Black Americans think they are being discriminated against if they don't eat in the same restaurants as white. If black Americans don't go to the same school as white, it is due to discrimination. If black Americans don't drive the same car as white, they are being discriminated against.

I write to ask ibos to stop blaming fulani for what every ethnic group in Nigeria is experiencing. We're all victims!

I disagree! Not several factors are going to be considered for the appointment of Attahiru's successor. I think given the past record of president Buhari, only one factor will be considered. And that factor is successor must be a northern Nigerian muslim.

President Buhari was born a bigot and has lived that way. And what makes Buhari unchanged man is he is illiterate. An illiterate person doesn't accept change, all that matters is what they believe. That is Buhari!

Abidemi Rufai, the Nigerian citizen accused of stealing more than $350,000 as part of Washington state’s $650 million unemployment fraud, reportedly was also a government official in his home state of Ogun.
According to European and African media accounts on Tuesday, Rufai was a senior special assistant on housing in the Nigerian state of Ogun and an aide to Ogun Governor Dapo Abiodun.
Rufai, of Lekki, Nigeria, was arrested Friday evening by federal agents at New York’s John F. Kennedy airport as he prepared to fly first class to Nigeria by way of Amsterdam, according to federal law enforcement officials.
Rufai, 42, appeared in federal court in New York on Saturday on charges that he used the identities of more than 100 Washington residents to file bogus unemployment claims with the Washington state Employment Security Department during the COVID-19 pandemic last year, according to the federal complaint. It was the first “significant” arrest in that fraud, federal officials said.
On Tuesday, federal prosecutors with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Washington in Seattle filed papers arguing that Rufai presents “an extreme risk of flight” and requesting that he be held in custody until his trial in federal court in Tacoma.
Rufai’s attorney, Michael C. Barrows of Garden City, New York, said his client “denies any involvement in these transactions.”
ADVER
A spokesperson for Gov. Abiodun told the Nigerian newspaper The Vanguard that Rufai has been suspended from his post. “We received the very disturbing news of the arrest of one of the governor’s political appointees, Mr. Abidemi Rufai, in New York over alleged unemployment benefits and fraud in the United States, this morning,” said Kunle Somorin, Abiodun’s chief press secretary, according to The Vanguard.
On an Instagram account, since made private, Rufai posted photos mentioning his government position. He also shared photos of his candidacy for the Nigerian House of Representatives in 2019, which included flyers with the slogan “Ready and Committed to Serve with Trust and Ethics.”
Rufai also owned a sports betting company called Ecobet, according to a profile in a Nigerian business magazine, which described him as “a young business turk,” “a philanthropist of note” and a “gregarious and enterprising dude.”
Rufai was arrested almost a year to the day after Washington officials announced the temporary suspension of unemployment benefit payments, following the discovery that criminals had used stolen Social Security numbers and other personal information to file bogus claims for federal and state unemployment benefits. Other states reported similar attacks.
The federal complaint alleges that Rufai arrived in the United States on Feb. 19, 2020 and left on Aug. 9, 2020, “and was therefore apparently present in the United States during the period of the fraud.”
Federal investigators initially identified Rufai through a single Gmail account he used to file 102 claims for pandemic-related unemployment benefits from the ESD, as well as claims at programs in other states, according to the complaint.
ADVERTISING
According to the complaint, fraudulently obtained unemployment benefits were transferred by Employment Security Department and other state unemployment agencies to online payment platforms such as Green Dot, as well as to bank accounts operated by accomplices known as “money mules.”
Bank records show that between March 3 and Aug. 2, 2020, $288,825 was deposited from multiple sources, including Green Dot, into a Citibank checking account in Rufai’s name, according to the complaint and federal officials. Additional funds were transferred to the account of a second individual, the complaint states.
The email and banking tactics allegedly used by Rufai appear to link him with a Nigerian crime organization known as Scattered Canary, which has been blamed for much of the unemployment fraud, according to an expert who has studied the group.
News of Rufai’s arrest and suspension touched off a flurry of posts on Nigerian social media bemoaning the country’s reported problems with corruption. Nigeria was ranked 149th out of 180 countries on Transparency International’s 2020 Corruption Index.
In August, around the time that Rufai departed from the United States, he was appointed to the post of senior special assistant on housing in Ogun, according to Michael Orodare, a Nigerian journalist with Neusroom.
With the arrest, the Abiodun administration appeared to distance itself from Rufai. “While the governor cannot be held responsible for the actions of a full-grown adult, especially outside the jurisdiction of Ogun State and Nigeria, he has since suspended the suspect from office to enable him to answer the charges leveled against him,” Somorin told the Vanguard.
ADVERTISI
Investigators say Rufai returned to the United States at some point after his August departure.
Federal officials acknowledged that Rufai’s presence in the United States probably was unusual in the unemployment fraud scheme. Many of the fraudulent claims that filed in Washington were likely filed from outside the United States, according to the complaint.
At the peak of the fraud last May, up to 13,000 fraudulent unemployment claims were being created per day. Nigeria was the fourth-highest source of internet traffic accessing Washington’s unemployment system, up from 64th previously, according to internal state employment department communications released under public records laws.

After initially paying out many of the fake claims, Washington officials moved to block the foreign scammers — at one point blocking all internet traffic from outside of the U.S. and Canada to the employment department website.
In January, a federal judge issued a warrant to Google, which operates Gmail, allowing investigators to search Rufai’s Gmail account, according to the complaint.
Although the Gmail account used Rufai’s alias — Sandy Tang — a Nigerian-based cellphone number linked to the Gmail account was traced to Rufai’s 2019 U.S. visa application, according to the complaint.

Late last week, federal officials learned that Rufai was preparing to fly on Friday night from JFK to Amsterdam with a final destination of Lagos, Nigeria, according to a federal affidavit filed Saturday. An arrest warrant for Rufai was issued Friday.
Federal agents arrested Rufai after he arrived at JFK at around 7:45 Friday evening.
If found guilty, Rufai faces up to 30 years in prison.
Rufai is scheduled for a detention hearing Wednesday in New York. Barrows, Rufai’s attorney, said his client doesn’t represent a flight risk, in part because Rufai has given up his passport.
Further, Rufai could be prevented from fleeing through “less restrictive means than having him remain in jail,” including travel restrictions and electronic surveillance, said Barrows.
He noted that defendants accused of substantially larger financial crimes have avoided pretrial detention. “You have white-collar criminals [such as] insider traders who steal millions of dollars who are released on their own recognizance,” Barrows said.

Federal prosecutors contended that Rufai does indeed represent a flight risk.
In Tuesday’s filings, federal prosecutors noted that Rufai was attempting to leave the country at the time of his arrest and that he has “strong ties to Nigeria, and no ties at all (apart from this fraud) to the Western District of Washington.”
Rufai also has economic resources “that could facilitate his flight from prosecution,” federal prosecutors said. Although Rufai told law enforcement authorities he had just $16,000 in his bank accounts, he “was preparing to board a first-class flight to Nigeria with five debit cards and two credit cards in his wallet, a luxury Cartier watch, seven pieces of luggage, and three smartphones on his person,” federal prosecutors noted.
Further, if Rufai were able to “escape to Nigeria, extradition will be extraordinarily difficult or impossible because of his ties to the Nigerian government,” federal prosecutors added.
According to a recent report by the state auditor’s office, fraudsters filed tens of thousands of bogus claims worth $646.8 million. (Not all of the impostor claims were paid; many were stopped by the employment department before funds went out.) Of that, the state has recovered $370 million, according to the audit.

"Cross River State Governor, Sen. Ben Ayade has converted the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) Secretariat in Calabar to the All Progressives Congress(APC) Secretariat."

A clear sign of a desperate man! Instead of governor Ayade trying to solve problems to people he was elected to serve, he is fighting over who should control the building---that does not belong to him.

It is laughable!
An educated man is becoming a thug !

So, my advice to PDP is to go to court to get your property back. The history of the building will show, it belongs to PDP. Governor Ayade will not win the ownership of that building in court. And APC will not win ownership of that property in court. That is the truth!

Laughable comment by Governor Umahi!
Behind this comment is his presidential ambition. His hope is RIP in my view.

In 2023, PDP will win the presidency of Nigeria. And that means Governor Umahi hope will dash-- mark my word. APC won presidency because Buhari was able to mobilize all the 19 states in the north. In 2023, Buhari is not going to be on the ticket and that means all northern Nigerian states will be up for grab. In this circumstance, PDP will mobilize old machines to pick up 10--12 states to win the presidency.

After PDP wins the presidency in 2023, Governor Umahi will defect to PDP. I know Governor Umahi. He loves sweet talk, but at the end of day, money is his interest.

Impeach Shehu Abubakar Malami
By eeetuk

Shehu Abubakar Malami is Nigeria attorney general and minister of justice. His claimed that banning open grazing as ordered by Southern governors’ conference is unconstitutional makes him a liar. The 1999 constitution of Nigeria provides no law on grazing of cows and cattle. That leaves power to state governors to regulate on the issue of grazing.

Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa is a senior of Nigeria. And here is what Mr. Adegboruwa told Vanguard newspaper regarding Abubakar Malami claim to the constitution to support open grazing: “The proponents of open grazing support it with the right to freedom of movement granted under section 41 of the Constitution. This section cannot be interpreted to violate other constitutional provisions, especially section 43 that grants the right to private or public property. “You cannot deploy the right to movement of person and cattle to violate the right of another citizen to own property, such as land or farmland, or else you become a trespasser. It is in this regard that I disagree with the Honourable Attorney-General of the Federation when he said that the ban on open grazing is unconstitutional. That cannot represent a proper interpretation of the Constitution, with all due respect. “The AGF is a member of the Executive arm of government, under section 5 of the Constitution. The Constitution has not assigned any role to the AGF to make proclamations for the country. To that extent, his comment is ultra vires, being beyond and outside his office as a Minister. The role of interpreting the Constitution is the exclusive preserve of the Courts under the Constitution,” he said. The activist SAN charged the Houses of Assembly of the States that have proscribed open grazing to go ahead to make laws to support their declarations. “It is only after then that the AGF can approach the court for judicial interpretation.” [ From Vanguard, May 20, 2021 “Prohibition of Open grazing is constitution, ]

How can Abubakar Malami equate right of movement by a person to that of cows and cattle?

That is what Abubakar Malami is relying on to support open grazing—a move that could lead to another civil war in Nigeria. I know President Buhari is not going to fire Abubakar Malami because like Buhari, he is a Northern Nigerian Muslim. So, that leaves the responsibility of removing Abubakar Malami from the office to the Nigerian senate to conduct hearing for impeachment.

Will the Nigerian senate hold hearings to impeach Abubakar Malami? Given the history of Nigerian lawmakers—they only come to congress to make money, I can assure, nothing will be done. That leaves me to call on Nigerian State governors to act.

State governors in Nigeria need to stop asking Buhari administration to provide them with guidelines on handling herdsmen and their cows. Instead, the Nigerian state governors should rely on 1978 land act. This act gives every state governor in Nigeria exclusive power to determine who should come to their states and who should not. That means citizens should blame their state governors if action of herdsmen hurts local people.
Who disagree?

PoliticsRe: Joseph Bassey: Ayade’s Defection Has Crippled PDP In Cross River by eeetuk(m): 4:45pm On May 20, 2021
Joseph Bassey: "We just have to help Cross River residents by aligning with the centre. Cross River receives the least allocation from the Federal Government and this is not good enough"

I think it is a dumb argument to suggest that defecting from PDP to APC means aligning with the center. The real reason Cross River state PDP is defecting to APC is the government relies on federal government for funding.

APC is not a center government, it is a radical jihadist movement--with closed ties to Boko Haran. Over the past few years, Nigeria records 500 more people killed every day, 15 million people driven out of their homes.

Is this a center government?
I hope the people of Cross river state reject this move by governor Ayade. I think this defection puts the lives of all Cross River state people at risk. Buhari is a tribalist. His policy is built toward helping muslims and taking down Christians. In month of February 2021, president Buhari appointed 13 muslims and no Christians as judges.

If that is what governor Ayade subscribes to, he can have it. Bottom line is governor Ayade is a failed leader.

Nigeria 2023 Presidency Should Come from South/South
By eeetuk

Ibos have announced plan to contest 2023 presidential election in Nigeria. Similar plan has been made by Yoruba and Hausas, but none has come from Ibibio, Ijaw and Edo people, and I want to know why indigens of South/South geopolitical zone have no plan to jump into 2023 presidential race.

Nigeria composed of over 400 tribes—none which is majority. Yoruba wants other Nigerians to think they are majority. Ibo and Hausa portray themselves as majority tribes as well, but unfortunately, Ibibio, Ijaw and Edo get stigmatized on the basis that they are minority---a label that makes people to think they have limit to what they can become.

That raised this question: Are the people of South/South geopolitical zone satisfied with being labeled as minority?

No, I don’t think so, butYoruba, Hausas, and Ibo game plans are to put fear into what other tribes in Nigeria can do. They want to stigmatized Ibibio, Ijaw and Edo into believing that their population is too small to carry them across the victory line. I write to argue that Ibibio, Ijaw, and Edo people in Nigeria can win 2023 presidential election

So, in the coming months, I am going to be waiting to see if Ibibio or Ijaw or Edo indigens will announce their interest in 2023 presidential bid for many reasons. First, South/South geopolitical zone provides Nigeria with estimated 90% of money Nigeria spends each year. The Yoruba, Ibos and the Fulani who control all top political structures in Nigeria contribute nothing to Nigerian treasury, yet, controlled everything in Nigeria. That is outrageous!

Second, the control of Nigerian government by Ibos, Yoruba, and Fulani has not advanced Nigeria economically, politically, militarily and socially. According to United Nations report, Poverty rate in Nigeria among all age groups sits at 60.9%. Nigeria unemployment rate rises to 33% --that is a jump from 27.1% in 2020, second highest in global list (Bloomberg News, 2021). 70 million Nigerians who were employed to work in Nigeria for the year 2020, worked for less than 20hrs a week (Bloomberg economic Report, 2020).

Third, on security front, Nigeria is a mess. Armed violence posed by Islamic militant group, Boko Haram has led to loss of million of lives, and drove nearly 15 million Nigerians out of their homes, according to Nigeria tracker report. Mark Duerksen is a writer for Africa Center for strategic studies. In his recent article titled “Nigeria Diverse Security Threats” his report said “The Nigerian military’s withdrawal to “super camps” in 2019 has given Boko Haram and ISWA freer range to move through the region’s hinterlands.
And more recently, kidnapping of Nigerians for ransom has become the second most important threat against Nigerians after Boko Haram. In 2021, 317 school girls were kidnapped in Zamfara state. In Katsina state, 300 school boys were abducted by armed men in December 2020. And in 2014, 276 school girls were abducted by Islamist extremist group, Boko Haram (Ismail Alfa & Mikes Ives, New York times, 2021). This report shows poor leadership provided by Fulani, Yoruba and Ibo run government of Nigeria. It also called for a change of direction on which tribe should produce Nigeria next leader.

Why should people who have robbed Nigeria of opportunities to develop keep doing same thing every year?

PoliticsRe: NPA Looting: Reps Urge EFCC To Investigate Hadiza Bala Usman by eeetuk(m):
Minority leader statement: asked the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to immediately “take in the indicted Managing Director, Hadiza Bala Usman, and commence a system-wide investigation with a view to prosecuting her, if found wanting”.

I agree with minority leader called for Hadiza Bala Usman investigation, but I disagree on whether Efcc is the right ag[b]ency to conduct investigation against MS. Usman.

My concern about Efcc as a lead investigation in fraud cases is Efcc hasn't shown it can do the job. For over 20 years of Efcc existence, it has not convicted anyone accused of stealing government funds. Instead, Efcc has become part of criminal enterprise itself.

James Ibori was first investigated by efcc and ended up not able to get conviction. But UK convicted James Ibori in less than one month trial.

So, if minority leader really interested in getting into the bottom of how much MS. Usman has stolen, let appoint ibibio people from Akwa Ibom state to investigate MS. Usman and other NPA officials accused of stealing federal funds. I chose ibibio people because they are honest and can do job without being bias.

Appointment of ibos, Yorubas or Hausa to conduct investigation on missing funds at NPA will result in more funds being stolen.
You can not trust Yorubas, Fulanis or Ibos to do the right thing for Nigeria.

These arrests have become a bribery exercise. I wished Nigeria has genuine government-- which can recognize that Efcc as currently constituted is a fraud.

Governor Udom Emmanuel claim that an armed Fulani militia arrested in Akwa ibom State was released on order from the above showed why he was ill-prepared to lead when he became governor of Akwa Ibom State in 2015 for many reasons.

First, terrible excuse to sell for releasing armed militia. The evidence to put the armed Fulani militia in jail is overwhelming. The arrested guy is armed and he is a known militia. The authority in Akwa ibom State found this militia with a gun—which supposed to be punishable by dead or many years in prison, but let him go free. Hard to believe it.

Second, governor Udom Emmanuel failure to read and understand the 1999 constitution of Nigeria is in full display here. The section of the constitution on 1978 Land act is the most important tool available to state governors to use to protect and save lives of their citizens. Let me be clear, the 1978 Land act of Nigeria gives every governor total power to control who resides in their states. Has governor Udom Emmanuel read land Act law of 1978? The answer is no---and that explained why he let Fulani armed to go free.

I wished Akwa Ibom state was a true democratic state. It is time for lawmakers to impeach Udom Emmanuel. His fitness to lead remained un answered. His leadership is a disaster. Rising lost of lives in Akwa Ibom state is mounting. Citizens of Akwa ibom State are totally unprotected. I know the so-called lawmakers in Akwa Ibom State are not going to impeach Udom, but if Mr. Emmanuel really loves the citizens of the state, I write to ask for his resignation today. Please resign, Mr. Emmanuel! You are not fit to be governor of Akwa Ibom State. You are a total failure. And stop blaming the Fulani people for your own failure.

PoliticsRe: Insecurity: Ndume Accuses Southern Governors Of Engaging In Blame Game by eeetuk(m): 12:39am On May 13, 2021
Senator Ndume: “As far as I am concerned, this blame game will not solve the problem. Governors are the Chief Security Officers of their states, so, why are they talking about the President without talking about themselves?”

I agree with Senator Ndume claim above—related to insecurity in Southern Nigeria. And here is why:
First, 100% of Nigerian governors came into office unprepared. They lack governing experience required to succeed. They do not understand policy. Policy provides guidance, consistency, accountability, efficiency and clarity on how organization operates. Because Nigerian state governors don’t understand policy, they get panic when crisis occurs in their respective states. We have seen deadly killings in Imo, OYO, and Akwa Ibom states. All these senseless killings would have been prevented had state governors in Nigeria were prepared before going to the office.

Second, 100% of Nigerian governors do not read 1999 constitution of Nigeria before they ran for governorship election. Land use act in Nigeria is the most important law available for every state governor to help state governors to protect and save the lives of their citizens, but not a single governor used it when President Buhari ordered state governors in Nigeria to accept Northern Nigerian herdsmen. Under Land act of 1978, a State governor in Nigeria has the sole power to permit anybody into their state. State governors in Nigeria should never have accepted President Buhari order to accept herdsmen in their state.

When President Buhari ordered herdsmen to go to any state in Nigeria with their cows and cattle, state governor willing accepted the order. Bottom line is Nigerian state governors are to be blamed for not protecting the lives of their citizens.

Nigeria needs free and fair elections to help voters to choose their own leaders. The current members of INEC are so corrupt to allow free and fair elections election to take place in Nigeria. That is why the lives of Nigerians are in danger today and will continue to be in danger. Nigerian law makers are dummies and the state governors are dumb.
Who can help Nigerians today and tomorrow?
You be the judge!
PoliticsRe: Hadiza Usman: How Buhari, Amaechi Violated Policy In Suspending NPA MD by eeetuk(m):
Premium Time reporter: "The allegations against Ms Usman remain unclear as of 2 pm on Friday. But this newspaper learnt that Mr Amaechi and Ms Usman had been at loggerheads in the past few months over the procurement procedures for at least two multimillion-dollar contracts at the NPA."

Another attempt to blackmail Rotimi Ameachi by premium time reporter. It is not going to work because Ameachi has the facts and number against MS. Usman. I am not a fan of Mr. Ameachi, but I take his side of the story over MS Usman. MS. Usman is both corrupt and illiterate fulani women. What was her experience before president Buhari appointed her to MD, NPA?

Don't forget what we are talking about here. We are talking about N165 billion of revenues not accounted for.
Do the math.
MS. Usman is corrupt.

And it comes down to this:
MS. Usman is a graduate of Almajiri education. All she knows is how to write Koran. Nonsense! She needs to go to her husband home, cook and bake chicken for him. She doesn't belong to an enterprise like NPA because her experience is too low .

And president Buhari needs to stop filling government vacant positions with illiterate fulanis because it is in nigerian economy peril.
PoliticsRe: The Amaechi Memo To Buhari That Led To Hadiza Usman's Suspension As NPA Boss by eeetuk(m): 1:21am On May 08, 2021
Rotimi Ameachi: " It has been observed from the records submitted by the Budget Office of the Federation that the yearly remittance of operating surpluses by the Nigerian Ports Authority from year 2016 to 2020 has been far short of the amount due for actual remittance (see the tables attached). In view of the above I wish to suggest that the financial account of the activities of Nigerian Ports Authority be investigated for the period 2016 to 2020 to ascertain the true financial position and the outstanding unrernitted balance of One hundred and sixty five billion, three hundred and twenty million, nine hundred and sixty two thousand, six hundred and ninety seven naira only (N165,320,962,697)."

Corruption in Buhari administration is insane!
N165, 320,962,697 is shortened in one government department. Imagine how much is stolen in other thousand departments.

President Buhari is illiterate. People who work for him don't respect Buhari at all. That is why lots of lootings are taken place under Buhari administration.

What type of lesson can Nigerians learn from the looting that is going on in Buhari administration?

I have one lesson to suggest:
In 2023 presidential election in Nigeria, any candidate who does not have at least a bachelor degree should not be elected president of Nigeria. Studies show that people who graduate from college are more likely to succeed than those who don't. This shows why Buhari is failing and taking Nigeria to wrong direction.

I am sick and tired of illiterate fulani people running nigerian government.
PoliticsRe: Osinbajo To Inaugurate FRSC Training School In Delta On Thursday by eeetuk(m): 6:49am On May 06, 2021
"Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, would on Thursday, inaugurate the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) Marshall Inspectorate Training School in Owa-Alero, Ika North East Local Government Area of Delta.

The project which was built by the Delta State Government has administrative block, auditorium, lecture rooms, male and female hostels, residential apartments, cafeteria, clinic, driving range and a football field."

Delta state governor is ignorance of Nigerian constitution!

And here why:

The 1999 constitution of Nigeria provides separate responsibilities between federal and state governments. State governors take credit for project they build for their citizens and the president supposed to take credit for federal projects funded by the federal government.

So, for Delta state governor to invite vice president Osinbajo to take credit for something that he did not do shows ignorance of how constitutional democracy works.

How did Delta state governor get elected?
Nigerians need to read the constitution before running for office. I am really ashamed to see a state governor allowing someone to take credit for something they don't do.

I wished vice president Osinbajo has turned down an invitation to commission this project in Delta state because he is stealing from the state governor. The full credit for project completion goes to the state governor.
PoliticsRe: Obasanjo: If Nigeria Breaks Up, Minority Groups Will Be Exterminated by eeetuk(m):
Obasanjo: “If the Yoruba can stand as a country, if the Igbos and the Hausa/Fulani can stand as separate countries, where do we want the minority groups to be?"

I disagree with Obasanjo's point of view above.
There is no majority tribe in Nigeria. And Nigeria does not consist of Yorubas, ibos or Hausa only. Nigeria consist of over 400 tribes. So, the notion that one or three tribes are going to dominate 400 tribes fall short of the truth.

Yoruba contributes nothing to national treasury of Nigeria. Ibo contributes nothing to national treasury of Nigeria. Hausa contributes nothing to national treasury of Nigeria.

I want to know if Nigeria breaks up, how will Yorubas or Hausa or ibos survive without oil money from ibibio, Ijaw or Edo state.

I pray Nigeria will break up sooner rather than later because I want to see how ibos, Yorubas and Hausas will survive.
PoliticsRe: Atiku Abubakar: The Time For A Total War On Terror Is Now by eeetuk(m): 2:09pm On May 04, 2021
Atiku Abubakar: “As a former vice chairman of the National Security Council, I am aware that Nigeria has a sizeable population of military veterans, who are alive, and were trained locally and internationally, and it serves no purpose to allow these valuable national assets lie fallow when there is an existential threat to our nation.

Call them up. Immediately. Mobilise them to the field. The time has come for us to put in all our effort and stamp out this menace from our nation.”

Game on! And stop this nonsense mobilization of former military personnel.
Nigerian politicians are con artist. That includes former President of Nigeria, Atiku Abubakar (1999—2007). All Nigerian governments had, on assumption of office introduced one program or the other to cure emerging problems (whether terrorism or poverty or corruption). But each time it happens; it paves ways for corruption.
So, Atiku Abubakar called for mobilization of former Nigerian military personnel to fight on going terror in Nigeria is nothing short of another corrupt enterprise.
Don’t forget, a Northern Nigerian Muslim will be appointed to head mobilization campaign if Atiku’s call is approved. And that means more money to Northern Nigerians and less for citizens of oil producing states.

So, I write to call on Atiku Abubakar to stop introducing corrupt program like this because it will drain our national treasury in favor of the rich northern Nigerian Muslims. Nigeria has too many of these new ideas to defeat terrorism, but none is working.
PoliticsRe: Shame On You - Mbaka Replies Garba Shehu On Contract Scandal by eeetuk(m):
Pastor Mbaka : "I don’t even know these people. They just came to Enugu and said, can I help them reach the government, that the level of insecurity in this country and how Nigeria has been shipping their oil out, refining and bringing them back, that we are losing."

Pastor Mbaka is a threat to the national security of Nigeria! I am now on the side of president Buhari after hearing pastor Mbaka side of the argument.

I think president Buhari Buhari should send security forces to arrest pastor Mbaka for using foreign mercenaries to sponsor terrorist attack against Nigeria.

How can a Nigerian used foreign spy to deceive Nigerian government?

Pastor Mbaka said " I didn't know these men "
This is in reference to the three white contractors he took to deceive Buhari over contracts.

Terrible statement coming out from the mouth of pastor Mbaka.

Why do you take people that you don't know to see the president?

Corrupt pastor! That is who pastor Mbaka is.

I think it is fair to accuse pastor Mbaka of being responsible for the ongoing terrorism act in Nigeria.

So, I write to call on president Buhari to have pastor Mbaka arrested and charged him with treason. I can now see why rise in terror activities have gone up up in recent months. These three white contractors are putting pressure on president Buhari to get contracts.
PoliticsRe: Fear Grips Diplomatic Community Amid Worsening Insecurity In Nigeria by eeetuk(m):
Foreign Diplomats : "If the capital city is threatened now you cannot even imagine traveling to other parts of the country."

Not accurate! The collapse of the Nigerian capital, Abuja will not end Nigeria. I think the collapse of South/South geopolitical zone is what will lead to the collapse of Nigeria.

Abuja contributes nothing to the sustainability of Nigeria. The South/South states are those which determine whether Nigeria remains a country or not.

The stability of any country is traced to revenues sources. All revenues used to build Nigeria come from south south oil money. That means instability in South/South states automatically brings Nigeria down.

So, anyone interested in keeping Nigeria as a country must build security around South/South states or be prepared to lose Nigeria.
PoliticsRe: Why I Visited President Buhari – Tinubu by eeetuk(m): 11:22pm On Apr 27, 2021

"On the chances of APC clinching the 2023 presidency, he said: “No, I don’t want to predict that one right now, I don’t want to do that subject now. The chances are as bright as a midnight star. We’ll continue to work for a better Nigeria and that’s what you need."

Is bola Tinubu seriously thinking about about entering 2023 presidential campaign?
Listening to what he said above is one indication he is all in. I pray Mr. Tinubu will not run for president ---- for many reasons. First, he is too old to do the job required of the president. Second, when he was governor of Lagos state, his tenure was a failure. Mr. Tinubu leadership created more slums than he founded. Third, he is too divisive and tribal. Fourth, Mr. Tinubu leadership will certainly lead to civil war in Nigeria. He will send Yorubas to control all the oil revenues from south south state--which will fuel violence and chaos across the country.
