That Bolsonaro should cut the crap and fix the Amazon bush burning. If he can't he should dump his pride and let countries that are willing do the job. The Amazon forest produces earth's 20% oxygen so we are all concerned.
According to Jair Bolsonaro, Receiving aids isn't the problem, but those who give aids do use it as a means of interfering with the sovereignty of Brazil, reason for this whole madness. Somehow reminds me of Thomas Sankara's quote, "He who feeds you, controls you".

Good morning
And thanks for the respond . Actually, she already have a son for me and am planning for the marriage this November but to be honest, am feeling discourage for her character . Am a Yoruba boy and she’s Urhobo, Am from a polygamous home and I must tell you that the second wife, which happened to be the urhobo ruined the family and brought my father the level he is now and that’s what made my Mother dislikes the urhobo. At first, my mother rejected and forbided me from having an urhobo lady but it took me a whole
Year to convince her . But now, am beginning to see similar character in her for she easily raises her voice at me, she hisses at me over little issues, she barely listen to what I instruct her to do but rather, do what pleases her . I’ve been tempted several times to let my hands on her but I just ignore and this makes me a weaker man everyday to the extend if I instruct her to do something, she just shouts at me and I keep quiet like a bitch. Please help .
You are making it sound more like a tribal thing than a personal trait, which is not true, Ladies from that part of the world are great.

I think you guys lack understanding, you just narrated how you got into a fight with her because you left her hungry (Which wasn't your fault, because you didn't planned for that), but you should have texted her, she thought maybe you left her and the baby hungry while drinking with your friends.

I condemn her actions nevertheless. she has anger management issues, do you fulfill your duties as a man? things like that might really get her upset, before you think of leaving her, think about your SON, he needs you both together.

wishing you all the best.

When you're bashing religion know which one(s) to bash. Moreover this is about Islam and not any other religion so your bigotry and debasing of religion in it's entirety is mundane.

Christians and Christianity have provided the most developed societies and most inventions, most contributions to science,
technology, art, music, entertainment, etc so say what you know and know what you say.
I'm not ready for your dick measuring contest, this thread is about calling Saudi Arabia out for their crimes against humanity, the reason you mentioned me, I don't know.

And no, every religion had their fair share of contributions to science and technology; Christians, Muslims, Buddhist, Jewish, Etc. all made significant contributions to science and technology.

Even the Christianity you are trying to bring into this discuss has some negative effects on us (Nigerians), but I won't talk about that now. Face the topic at hand and let go of this religion supremacy, it hasn't helped anyone.

They rather waste millions to pray, than invest the little cash in our society, It is such a pity.

They have bombed thousands of Kids in Yemen in just a few years, they even bombed a school bus with kids on it.

I fear Saudi Arabia more than any country, last year they butchered a journalist, nobody dare cough. lol, that's to tell you how influential they are. But this won't last forever, very soon when their usefulness isn't needed, they will be given Iraq's treatment.

Christianity EtcRe: Maraji Preaches Jesus On Salah Day, Sets Social Media On Fire by Efewestern: 2:05pm On Aug 12, 2019
kakakii:
she is being insensitive on Salah day I'm not surprised coming from a female person ( not misogyny) . Females are known to be too emotionally attached to things especially Religion.

Most of us practice what we practice because we were born into it nothing more. We didn't choose our religion and she will obviously use Bible to back up her claims just like Muslim will use Quran to back up theirs.

all are borrowed religion at the end of the day and doesn't change the fact that you are a shitty person ( that's if you are one)

Religion thrives in fail states that's why we see thousands of Muslim going to hajj and millions of Christians going to church

That's why the well being of the country is being designated to pastors because we are doomed as a nation...

That's why people like daddy freeze want pastors to Use the church funds for basic amenities.. Had it been Nigeria is not doomed would you expect pastor to be doing the work of the government? And the truth of the matter is that these religious leaders are the one carrying some countries because the leaders are crap!

Also Christians are rich, because it's one of the earliest religion and the leaders had so much money then so they had the money factor to use to attract the members so as to be in the club even in the USA they have the power and influence..
Same as in UAE Saudi for modern Muslim

And guess what? As long as we have corrupt leaders religion will continue to thrive because if I receive aids from church today there is no reason for me not to go to church and believe in Christ..

Same as Muslim.. During Ramadan we see Muslims donating to people of Gaza, foods and supplies. How do you expect those people not to be a devoted Muslim because what's suppose to be provided by the government is being make available by religion, it's only normal to worship people who help you....

If Christianity has done so much in your life career wise and you have something to point to as achievements under the religion you have no reason to change or deviate

Same as Islam, if being a Muslim has done so much in your life, you have no reason to join another religion.

I have a friend whose mum is a Christian now, the mum is the only Christian in the family so we used to mock her for being a Christian ( we are very close).. But one day she said she become a Christian because of one terminal disease, it was Christianity that came to her aid when she needed money for hospital, prayed for her and donated money. So it's only normal for her to be a Christian... NOBODY HAS GONE TO HEAVEN TO BE SURE GOD FAVORS ONE RELIGION OVER others

See people Like Mohammed Salah he is a devoted Muslim Anytime he score a goal he bow and use head to touch the floor that's because he believes his success is attributed to being a Muslim

See people like Lionel messi he look up and do the Christian ish sign because he believes his success is attributed to Jesus Christ

See the owner of this website, he is successful so he believes he doesnt need any religion because it's working for him

Lastly see TIM COOK apple CEO who also doesn't practice anything..

I'm sorry if I have offended anyone by being insensitive..
Live a good life and make sure what you are doing is not having negative impact on your fellow humans
I still don't understand why people hate others because of religion, not that any religion is the right one anyway. Live and lets live, respect my religion and I will do same to you, we have too many problems in this world and these religious fanatics are making things more difficult.

Thanks for this wonderful piece. let LOVE lead!

Not really.
The Anioma-Igbo group has a total of nine 9⃣ local government areas. Whereas the Urhobo, even when combined with the Isoko only have eight 8⃣.
So it is clear which of them is the majority.
Combined with Isoko it's 10 LGA (excluding Urhobos in Warri South), besides when does having more LGAs translate to population? Urhobo LGAs are densely populated and highly urbanized, and the average Urhobo man is polygamous in Nature, reason for their population.

Indigenously, I think it’s Urhobo, but Anioma land has seen the influx of igbos from all over igbo land come an join them over the years. This has boosted the population of Anioma igbos.

Asaba saw the biggest influx but other surrounding anioma towns and villages are also witnessing the influx of igbos from all over.

We need Anioma state which should have been created 30 years ago.
You are correct about the influx of Igbos in Anioma, but even at that, the Urhobo population still beats that of any group (Including those from other states), 7/11 of the densely populated towns in the state is highly populated by Urhobo and are in Urhobo land.

Our armed men should be well equipped, air force should be readily available to support the ground forces, but with the level of corruption in Nigeria, I don't think this will happen anytime soon.

what you wrote above is what qualifies one for heaven. But sadly I’m beginning to believe it’s a fairy tale. I believe there’s a God, a superior being, not the Christian God, not the Muslim God, not any other God but the one and true God that governs all souls on earth.
I believe in a Supreme being (God), but I think he doesn't interfere in the affairs of men (Humans), most things happening here on earth are results of the decisions we humans made in the past.

Heaven is probably an illusion (Sorry to my religious folk if I sound offensive), that's how i just see it. So I'm living life the best way I can, loving those around me and trying to do the little I can for humanity, nothing is too small, just put smile on people's face.

Yeah! That is just it, the administrative centre u call Ubinu is not indigenous to the Igodomigodo people.

The way u use the word Bini should be measured becos Igodomigodo people and Bini are totally unrelated until 12th Century wen Oranmiyan invaded and destroyed the Ogiso dynasty by war.

Bini was imposed on them and foreign.

Before the coming of Yoruba Oba in the 12the century and then elivated by the portugese in the 15 century via slave trade, the Igodomigodo people now refered to as Bini had an indigenous King called Ogiso. The kingdom was refered to as Idu.

U say Edo but that is a corrupted word of a Yoruba Prince called Ado from the 12th century.

Itsekiri are mixed with Igodomigodo people and Ijaw. They originally were full blooded Yoruba but not anymore.

They came with the Oba in 12 century as fighters.

In fact Ondo state is a mix of Igodomigodo, yoruba and Ijaw.

You said the Igbodomigodo people are not related to Bini until 12th century? first time I'm hearing this, Oranmiyan only brought his unique style of leadership to Igbodomigodo, he met with the Enogie's daughter and they birthed Eweka 1, Igbodomigodo Was later renamed to Ubinu by Eweka 1.

You view about the Itsekiri's is wrong, the itsekiri had no contact with the Ijaw people until they settled in present day delta. There are some autonomous communities in itsekiri to this day who traces their own origin to Ijebu. Like I said earlier, Itsekiri is a direct offshoot of various Yoruba clans, those from escravos migrated from the present day Ilaje, The itsekiri only adopted a Bini prince to rule them, thus the Olu of Itsekiri dynasty was created. So they are mixture of Yoruba and Edo.
FoodRe: Made Cooks Food With The Rat He Caught (photos) by Efewestern: 6:30am On Aug 04, 2019
legitnow:
There is nothing like bini, the real people are Igodomigodo.

Bini is the word ile ibinu, given after the Yoruba conquest of Ogiso territory and established the bini territory.

Samething with Ado. The word Edo is derived from Ado, which is the name of the First Yoruba prince of Igodo land.

This is where many people get confused and start thinking Urhobo or Igbodomigodo people are yoruba becos Oba is yoruba. wrong!
There is no such word like "Ile Ibinu" in ancient Bini history, it was recently coined when the Edo and Yoruba supremacy battle started. "Ubinu" was the right word and it was used to describe the royal administrative centre of Edo kingdom. Ubinu was later corrupted to Bini by Portuguese speakers.

Apart from the Okpe clan of Urhobo who traces their origin to Ile-ife, the Urhobos have always maintained, from ancient time that they are from Bini, no one can even link Urhobo to Yoruba, you can do that with itsekiri, which is a direct offshoot of various Yoruba clans, not Urhobo.

Igbodomigodo is the first name given to the Bini empire, it was named by the first Ogiso, so Igbodomigodo = Bini, since we are referring to a people living in a given territory.

Bini and Yoruba shared a lot in common in the past, so its normal for both to steal some words from each other, reason for the Oba tittle I guest.

The only way that is possible is if he intends using nuclear weapons, using nuclear on Talibans will bring many criticism to US and US might loose their moral stand against others who intend having nuclear weapons for self defense, that action alone might lead to a new nuclear arm race.

If he doesn't want to use Nuclear weapons, then I don't see him clearing Talibans in a long time, Afghanistan is a mountainous territory, one suitable for a defensive battle, sending more troops to the country won't solve anything.
