If she wasn't. . . . she would be deemed as "Non Caring". It truly depends on the guy and the vibes he gives off. Some men give no reason for a woman to be ultra clingy because he is faithful and keeps his eye on the prize. While others flirt in front of their woman, check out babes in the presence of her, so on and so forth. So you can you blame her for upping her degree of clinginess? i wouldn't blame her at all.
