And how will the resignation letter be documented. The cake cannot be filed or kept in a folder. He still needs to write a proper letter. |
Lagos is just riding on the advantage given to them by the mistake the FG made many years ago which they are now paying for. And the mistake is concentration of infrastructure and development in one place, at the detriment of other states. On a level playing field, it will amaze you the governors that will be rated higher than fashola.
Story story, I am 100% sure you just Came to Lagos. Lagos was once the dirtiest city on earth. Even when the FCT was in Lagos. Now you can spot the difference. Look Lagos has been developing before Nigeria came in existence. |
I repeat fashola is not the best governor in nigeria. If you can list just 100 projects executed solely from the govt coffers, then we will know who is the best, last has comparative advantage which other states dont have, we are not jealous, we just dont like the attitude of fashola towards the federal govt despite benefitting the most from the FG,
Why don't you other governors. I know you will shout Okpabio hehe. |
Emmadani: u think say lagos get money to survive on its own?90% of fg revenue is from d niger delta tru oil money, wat do lagos produce dat can yield billion of dollars in a day?D high revenue lagos are gettin is because of d major fg govt aided firms, companies,d sea port, air port dat yield money 2 d economy...,if nigeria is divided 2day,my dear lagos is as gud as finished. Most especially d SW region..,is it d money made from cassava dat is used 2 develop lagos? When 90% of d country's revenue is from cruide oil..,i even want make dem divide d country let ma region start 2 av 100% revenue from its oil. With out oil thr is no lagos. If u think of dividing the country import n export within usa wil end in lagos n it wil move to places like, calabar, rivers, akwa ibom...Ma guy, with out oil no lagos o.If u say u want 2 divide nigeria 2day it wil benefit d south south most,n it wil take lagos 30 more years 2 complete dat eko athlantic.Think b4 u comment. My friend think b4 you comment. Is Ondo part of SS. You people always think about oil and SS. The SW has abundant hydrocarbon reserve. Also remember AWO developed the SW with agriculture. |
sheyie2007: i'll find you and i'll kill youMumu |
Nigerians are so hypocritical. Dali,Odi and Bags has one thing on common. Militants where attacking military and civilian . And the actions against those communities are wrong, because most of those militants and terrorist usually escape, leaving innocent civilians . |
djon78: Today I found out the Intelligence level of eko ile is sub standard, infact he is a stark illiterate, am really dissapointed. This news shows the level of intelligence of these guys laundring this propaganda, nothing upstairs and these are the people ruling us, ah its a very big shame.I don't know why you are angry about this PORT. Are you peeps saying the sea port in Lagos haven't generated that much. I am sure most of you don't even where the LFTZ is located. This seaport is located inside the LFTZ filled with other business facilities. |
@op what will you do if a pregnant woman slaps you. The slap is not out of hate but ragging hormones. Its a normal female reaction. No need to return the slap. |
Insincere Nigerian I am terribly disappointed in you. After all your bashing and accusation of sahara reporters as an organisation full of lies you still had the guts to post an article by them...geez
Don't mind that guy. |
Development has nothing to do with oil deposits, or manufacturing plants. e.g. Texas vs New-York. NY is more developed than Texas. But Texas got more investment in manufacturing and oil. The major qualities of a developed state is Trade, financial markets and property markets This is why Lagos,Anambra and Abuja are theost developed states in Nigeria. A developed city is a highly urbanized city. |
ypzilanti: Mind your business and the US government will leave you alone. I will quote a good American friend of mine:That doesn't mean Americans can fight their government. Do you know the hunt started when they killed a COP at MIT. It took hours for both the media and police to realize those COP killers are thesame Boston Bomber. Never try fight any Security agency in US, they will come after you with everything. |
ypzilanti: I doubt you are actually living in America. Which American general is going to turn his country's weapons against the citizens of America? You can't even get the rank and file soldiers to follow that order. Americans are fiercely independent and follow the major parts of the constitution like a religion. If you are really living in America, I'm sure you are living in a commune with another dozen anarchist militants who think the government is 'out to get them'.What weapons will Americans use in fighting their government. US is the most secretive and Powerful country on earth. They don't joke with NATIONAL SECURITY issues. Shot a COP and thousands will come after you. Americans fear their government. |
Typical Nigerians comparing America with Nigeria. You think all these armored cars and men wearing scary gadgets actually mean strength? All na demo! The good old AK 47 in the hands of a tactical officer is better than all these armored tanks.
Am sure you have not see an AK-47 before, so you don't know its limitations. |
honeric01: Don't be brainwashed easily. You people are here with your conspiracy theories. |
BH does not want amnesty. They already declined on the amnesty deal. You should rather say, the northern politicians wants amnesty for the BH.
What is the difference between Northern Politician and BOKO-HARAM. |
Now I see why BOKO-HARAM wants amnesty. GEJ is paying militants BILLIONS to secure pipelines. 9IJA WE HAIL THEE. |
Why do most Atheists fight Christians. Are Muslims, Buddhist and Pegans not also call God? |
Timehin: Instead of arguing unnecessarily and calling NOI names why not ask yourselves if you are CORRUPT or HONEST & HARDWORKINGAre you saying all PDP, ACN,ANPP and APGA politicians are just 1%. |
Orikinla: When NIRA makes domain names as affordable as N5000, we will patronize NIRA for .ng.com names. My friend .com.ng is N1500 per year. |
Is she saying majority of Igbos will get government jobs if done on MERITS? So other tribes don't have qualified manpower. I senses something going on here. |
Quaritch: Letter to West Africa magazine on the origin of the name Biafra. Nov.1968Let me keep this for reference. So BIAFRA is IBONIZED lol. |
nap2: Now, let's take a look at some passages from the telegram.I suspect the High Commission, I fully involved in that coup. The British and Americans always want corrupt dictators in Africa. |
Orikinla: I agree.I am 100% sure she didn't die of that Mystery lighten. It might be electromagnetic shock, that is why most buildings and electricity installation need good EARTHING. |
splashbaby: @OP the so called "ebos" were all over Africa from Ghana to Angola, Haiti to America without evidence of speaking the Igbo language in their new abode...This article of yours were just a compilation of your wishful thought as you go about relating the word "ebo" in different culture as Igbo. All the people with Yoruba ties outside Nigerian speaks Yoruba. From Togo to Benin, Trinidad and Tobago to Serria lone, Brazil to Cuba, Haiti to America. I don't know of any place where Igbo is spoken outside Nigeria. The OP is another delusional Igbo man. See him claiming Igbos live all over Africa. Thesame man will come here claiming Igbos are Jews. |
Thankgodifeduba: yes you can see that i'm quoting history books by professors. Its there in the libraryGuy this you claim is wrong. IGBO means bush in Yoruba language. Every word and names got full meaning in Yoruba land. |
And were is NWODO hiding. |
dc555: this is the consequence of being promiscuous. but that happiness is aBut the ladies are more promiscuous. Yeye single mothers with kids fighting over a Corper. NA SO DEM GO DEY CARRRY BELLE FOR EVERYMAN. |
pro01: Therein lies the defect in your argument. English doesn't "just happen to be" the language of instruction. It IS the language of instruction for just about any course in Nigeria - including "scientific" and professional disciplines. If you cannot communicate effectively in the language in which you learnt whatever you claim to know, then it is difficult to convince anyone about how you managed to gain such knowledge (considering that it was taught in the same language that you struggle to communicate in).Sorry, ENGLISH IS A LANGUAGE OF INSTRUCTION, if you live in Francophone country you will read, write and communicate in French. How do you think an English Professor will perform in Portugal. That is why Mathematics, and other scientific courses has universal standard irrespective of language. |
mike404: I expect lagos wannabe like tifnubu and fashola to keep quiet when a REAL lagos boy like Ambassador Musiliu Obanikoro s talking...he really opened their yarnshIs that thesame OBANIKORO who burnt down CITY HALL. And who told you that Fashola is not a Lagos boy. |
@op those areas you mentioned should be in Alimoso . |
Sincere 9gerian: I dont have time for EXCUSES. Save your EXCUSES for 2015 for you'll surely need them againLearn to read and understand. Who cares about your 2015. |
Sincere 9gerian: "GEJ is not the threat here"PDP demolished, Buhari this happened both during OBJ and GEJ era. Try see the bigger picture. Did you notice how Yaradua was used by OBJ against the Northern elites. Thesame way GEJ was used to change the political structure. When most SS governors are against GEJ. Buhari will never be allowed to rule. Nigeria needs a real revolution. |
