gidgiddy:It is you who did not get it and not me. If you are not a terrorist, no matter what govt does, you will NEVER carry guns and weapons. You will find legitimate ways non terrorists use. As long as IPOB has started carrying gun, it means that they were just deceiving people like you. From day 1, they were terrorists. Period! Hope you get this. And if you still don't get it. So help you God. |
Onyedikachi231:What makes you think I'm a moslim? Lol. IPob is a terrorist group. Period! |
gidgiddy:I like your post; however, that he made a blunder and was partial with herdsmen's does not exonerate IPOB. But IPOB carry guns and kill now. If they weren't a terrorist group, they wouldn't carry weapons even today. So, the man was right about IPOB. IPOB is a terrorist group from day 1. Period! |
Konquest:You are clearly sick with your analysis. Get angry with sin and its appearance. Get angry with stupidity and its aids. So, when stupidity comes to my post, I blast them off. Know your lane. Again....get exposed. Then, you will see how careless you are. Again, I will say it....stop trying to make assumptions. Only a fo.ol does that. Again, you don't correct an adult. Leave that person. Yet, I see that you still want to be the Nigerian man. I will slam you on the floor yakata. If you are too stubborn to unfollow me and let it be, you will be shamed. I promise you. I don't know why people are this stubborn. You want to correct an adult like you are his father. And I am sure you will prostrate if you meet me. It's not your fault at all. Very funny. He wants to correct an adult. You will surely be shamed when you don't respect yourself. Stay in your lane and back off. I repeat...back off. I don't allow the appearance of foolishness, stupidity, and ego around me. I rushed at the Nigerian men "over sabi" ways. Back off. In your life...don't....I repeat...don't ever say you want to correct me. Correct your future children. You will get a dirty slap if you continue like this. I am telling you. You are a bloody liar. That video, I watched it again now, and he never said anything about Nigeria. He said there is no BSc law ....period. You are a useless person because you are a liar. I hate liars. Again...stop this crap about trying to justify your stupidity. I pray that you will get worldwide embarrassment like that in the name of Jesus. Then, you will know how it feels. Bsc law or no ....is that a good reason for the canal man to disgrace her like that? I can see that you are not well at all. You are sick. I only pity your spouse cos you....you...mehn...you will rattle her, confuse her, manipulate her...and battered here. It is showing here how you can twist and then quickly accuse one first of twisting things. I say it the way it is. You are the liar. Go bring out your video where he mentioned Nigeria. Liar! Lol! You follow someone you share no value with. It means you don't know yourself yet. Did you write that you are mature? Nope. I had to treat you like a primary school boy for you to shut up a bit...all for you to boldly tell another lie that your pastorpreneur mentioned Nigeria. You have no value at all. This is the typical Nigerian man with damaged values, yet boasting in them as if they are things to be proud of. May you get worldwide embarrassment. Amen. Jesus told those who said they casted demons and healed the sick...(they are padtorpreneurs) that....depart from me o ye workers of iniquities. Why? The moment pastorpreneurs saw people lacking, they exposed them. They didn't feed the hungry but got tithes from them. They thought they were gods while on earth. The Twitter community did well by covering her shame. If not, that pastorpreneur will do absolutely nothing. He only tried to save his source of income and not to genuinely repent. If you still don't understand, then you can never grow. Never. And you can't be addressed as a mature person. I am glad wisdom has told you to shut up cos I have told you to shut the crap up and wrap off the convo. Perhaps you need to be shamed also before you start growing. |
ufotunang:Your excuse that he is a human is the reason he should be blasted like a hunan being and not an animal. He is just a careless "pastorpreneur" who doesn't have the Holy Spirit, not to talk of listening to Him. If you doubt me... check. do you ever think Pastor Adeboye would do such? He acted rascallly. On top...put a useless letter of notice out after he knew he fumbled. I don't have regard for such proud humans with that kind of ego. Na the mumu way dey go his church I blame. See them still talking. Will you shut the crap up. Listen... you will be embarrassed worldwide like that too. And then, we will say the pastorpreneur who did it is human. You guys don't even want us to say the truth and scold him. Just look at the boldness, ego, pride...the man rushed to disgrace the lady. Worldwide ooo. Na because no be you ...you dey write this rubbish. That lady is far better than the pastor. As in she still forgave him. But that man reluctantly went there to save his ministry and not to genuinely apologize because his letter was out of it. I have no respect and regard for him. Listen, this is one of the sayings of Jesus: depart from me o ye workers of iniquity. But in your name we cast our demons, we raised the dead and bla bla bla. Still depart from me. Have you also heard that the first shall be the last, and the last shall be the first. This is an example. |
OLAADEGBU:Says you also. I pray God provides a way for you to leave Nigeria and get more exposed. All you holy at thou people. When you are exposed, you will see many thing wrong in Naija. After that return and tell me if there is no BSc law. Una think say we all don't know things. Una go just talk with boldness, and trashes come out. Will you get out of my mention? |
Konquest:You are sick. You better unfollow me. I don't understand how Nigerians made these people "gods". Would Jesus ever make such mistake? Answer me! You better know your bible well, else, you will continue to be slaves to pastorpreneurs. As if the man is a god. Will you get your chrisitian life upright? And stopped being pastorpreneurs' followers? Again...I repeat... your ignorant pastor said there is nothing like BSc Law. And he didn't say ..not in Nigeria. You pastor meant there is absolutely nothing like BSc Law. This is where he is an illiterate. Yes. He got it wrong. If I was him...despite the woman said BSc, I understand what he meant. Listen very well...if your pastor is filled with the Holy Spirit, he will never make such a blunder. Do you ever think in your life that Pastor Adeboye will make such mistake? OK. She lied. Fine. Send people to interrogate her after her testimony, and if she was wrong, then, come on stage and warn members. But he got up and started saying absolutely rubbish. Is it Holy Spirit that led him to talk rubbish? He refused to listen (I am not even sure he is truly born again and has the evidence of the Holy spirit cos his action does not portray such) and acted in flesh. If the social media is not there, he wouldn't apologise. See... you should be disappointed in yourself for being a pastorpreneur worshipping. You better unfollow me. Rubbish! Whether you are a Muslim or sango worshipper...the man made a serious blunder. Period. Call a spade a spade. You didn't see anything wrong with the manner of insult the man gave the girl. Public shame..and you are saying I insulted him. Can you gaddam compare that with that evil embarrassment the girl got? She only has a forgiven spirit. So because he is one pastor somewhere, you don't see the wrong in him. Don't ever in your life tell me about corrections. Just imagine. Nigerians always feel entitled. You that is gaining from my wealth of experience come on board to say absolutely rubbish. You better unfollow me and move on with your life. Never say such again. Just imagine...he wants to correct me. Are you really OK? I don't need to correct you. Why should I correct an adult? Get exposed. Live outside Nigeria so you can understand living with your neighbors. Not this Nigerian style that is absolute upside down. He wants to correct me. Person way go shake if he meets me. Lol. If I "booze" you a slap, you will refine your brain. As in ...are you for real? Such a worldwide disgrace? You are not OK at all. Yes. You are not. Don't let me lay anger on you. Perhaps if you are disgraced like that you will understand. As in are you really OK? Put your gaddam self in her show. Worldwide TV embarrasement. I swear....you are not OK at all. World wide shame. Don't you know the magnitude? See...you pissed me off. Finally...I pray you get a worldwide embarrasement like that so you can know the gravity since you have decided to not use your head also. Even the girl lied...I repeat...that's not the approach. You Nigerians are too full of yourselves. Please, Never in your life say you want to correct me. Go and correct yourself. I can't correct you cos you are an adult. It is your life. Again....don't ever in your life say that rubbish. My blessed old father is the only one who can correct me. Who are you? I am sure I am far older than you. Do you know arrogance? You mentioned it. You are arrogant. Yes...you are. And I pray you repent. So, cos he is a pastorpreneur, we should not lambast him? Thank God for people who blasted him. Your head no correct ooo. Cos if it is...did you read the useless apology his secretary released? Honestly....you guys amaze me. Anyway, na the naija style you know and you are used to it. But that style os barbaric. Trust me...it is. Please, get the crap.... I repeat...the crap....craaaaappppppppp outta my mention. Buzz Off! |
Konquest:It is not a question of where, but what. He said there is nothing like BSc Law. Simple! He did not specifically refer to Nigeria. Na you dey use over sabi manipulate what is not there to cover up. Whether it was the school, their website or the woman that made the mistake, it’s immaterial. It may not matter all what you wrote here, but it matters to disgrace someone in front of Nigerians. The lady said it that assimilating is hard...she just wanted to thank God for the grace to have a law degree. But the man just embarrassed her. The degree leading to one’s admission into the Nigerian Law School which will ultimately lead to their being called to the Nigerian Bar to practice as an advocate and solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria is not a BSc.Lol! Bla bla bla bla. But there is still BSc law. You only need to be exposed yourself. Local man! ![]() BSc means Bachelor of Science. Is law one of the sciences? Then you also needs to get exposed outside Nigeria cos of this rubbish here. Just try ....please! And God will help you. That is all I have for you. Stop sharing screenshots from here and there; use the screenshot from your commonsense.Yo! Are you OK? You that is a local Nigerian man that has not gone out to anywhere .... . It seems you attended the church. Lol. Dem don wash your your brain inside a calabash. ![]() And you think the rubbish you posted here is from a screenshot with common sense? . Chai! A mad man does not know he is mad...he calls other people mad fellas. Same with someone with common sense. He thinks he had it, but na indomie full the brain. ![]() That woman’s spoken English and presentation was below average for someone who studied law.Lol! But she had the degree. If you and your useless pastor exercised enough patience, you would hear that she would mention it that...her capacity to assimilate is low...but the point is she had a law degree. So, like I said...you need to be exposed a bit outside Nigeria cos you are a bloody local man. She no fit speak English well, but she had the degree. So? Keep your yeye English to yourself. She is a graduate. Period! Far more is expected from lawyers and law graduates.Lol. But she gat it. E pain you. Wetin you study? I am proud of her, and you and your pastor disgust me. She has a law degree, wetin you get? To make matters worse she couldn’t even remember the appropriate title of her degree.Hahaha. But she is a graduate whether you like it or not. You need exposure. If you have it, you will understand what is called stage panic. The pastor just came up started bombarding her questions...someone who has no confidence before. Get exposed. Cos if you have had such exposure, you would have known that professional teachers and leaders don't act like a mad man your pastor portrayed. And that you wrote this rubbish....just get exposed. Naija has made you to have no common sense. But is this enough to question her credentials and call a liar outrightly? I don’t agree.Shut the crap up. After the rubbish you wrote. Shut the crap up. You used "common sense" on me. With this rubbish you wrote, you need common sense yourself. If you have common sense, you will know that despite her bad English, it is still possible to do something with the degree. And if she does not, it is called self fulfillment. What is hard for her, she did it. They won't teach you Maslow law of hierarchy in your local Naija school na. Cos if you understand it, then, you will get the reasons she thanked God. Yeye dey smell. With your English...you are dull. I would employ that lady before you cos you just have no common sense. Again.....shut the crap up. You are a nonsense somebody who need common sense. You dey use common sense on me. If you allow me descend on you....you will not like yourself. So, shut the crap up! |
Righteousness2:I pray God heals you of your sick spiritual life. Hope that makes the girl happy. May you be embarrassed in front of Nigerians too. I don't get it. Nothing about Christ in you. You are just a church goer....shouting the Lords Chosen. Is that how Christ would behave? If you see Israel news now....na to dey pretend you are religious. I pray you humble yourself and see yourself for who you are. Peace! |
OnionBandit:Wetin don do? He is an illiterate himself. He said it confidently that there is no bsc law. Lol. Medical doctor turned pastorpreneur. ![]() |
Shaking my head. I don't have any regard for this man. As in, I was shocked myself. Anyway, medical doctors only know medicine....so, he can't know there is BSc Law. And he said it confidently. Lol. That lady seems more educated as far as I am concerned. And she seems more of Christlike than the so call whatever. |
I respect this guy called Kanu ...Papilo. Wow! If you watch this match, it was before they discovered he had a heart problem... and Inter dumped him after before Arsenal picked him. After his surgery, he knew he could not run like before. So, how he quickly adapted amazed me. If this guy's heart is OK... I swear, he will rattle the whole football arena. But God knows better. He still went for another heart surgery. But really, he would just move the ball slowly and make a fantastic pass for him to turn around.....and blast goals inside.. He is highly gifted....no doubt. Theiry Henry cannot stand this guy .....but as he knows he can't over do his heart, he too slowed things down. What a fantastic player! |
What Should I Do If I Don't Have The Time To Do Gardening I am aware that a lot of people are too busy with life to accomplish this. I understand you, but you just need to get this thing done. Your life will undoubtedly be shortened by cakes, sugar, pesticides, bad fat, growth hormones, antinutrients in grains (I hope you are aware of how much these poisons are present in wheat flour used for baking), etc. I guarantee you. So, just give your body what it needs. Indomie noodles are one of the "baddest" poison around. Please, I beg you, just do something NOW. Find a farmer who can raise 40 birds for you (50 chicks in a cartoon with 10 motality) and then process them to make products made from chicken meat. Sausages, kalbasa, barbecue, etc. Preserve some in the freezer also. If you truly find anyone who can grow for you without using commercial feed and antibiotics, you are on your way to live very long. Also, find a farmer who can grow fresh vegetables without using chemicals. There are still some of them around. Salads, Nigerian green leaves, roots: carrots, potato, yam, beetroots, ....super food like cauliflower, brocoli, cabbage, etc. And kindly spread the word to save a lot of people so that our age group will be around when we get old. There is no benefit in living long in boredom. This is what Dantata (Dangote's billionaire uncle who helped Dangote to start) presently. I read about him that he said he is just bored. There is nothing to do again. Please, don't let them start calling those of us who want to live long "grandpa grandma" without people who can still call us by our name cos of same age range. If you need help on how to get started, I will show you the way - where to buy seeds, quails, broiler chicken for meat, layers chicken, or duck for eggs. I will write about meat and sea food. Do you want to check it out and see if it is do-able, reach out to me. Please use Nairaland to send me a message, as I will never share my phone number or email on this site. |
Daily Intake of Essential Nutrients: A Guide Carotenoids: Carotenoids are a group of pigments found in many fruits and vegetables. They act as precursors to vitamin A and offer antioxidant benefits. The recommended daily intake for carotenoids is not established as a single value but rather based on specific types. For example, the Institute of Medicine (IOM) suggests an Adequate Intake (AI) of 3mg for alpha-carotene and 7mg for beta-carotene [1]. It's generally recommended to obtain carotenoids from food sources as conversion rates to vitamin A can vary. Reference: [1] Dietary Reference Intakes (DRIs): Vitamins https://nap.nationalacademies.org/topic/380/food-and-nutrition/nutrition-dietary-reference-intakes) Vitamin C: Vitamin C is an essential water-soluble vitamin crucial for immune function, collagen synthesis, and antioxidant activity. The RDA for vitamin C varies by age and gender, ranging from 75mg for adult females to 90mg for adult males [2]. No recommended daily intake exists for these vegetables specifically, but they are encouraged as part of a healthy diet. Green Tea: Green tea is a beverage rich in antioxidants and may offer various health benefits. However, there's no established daily intake recommendation for green tea. It's generally considered safe for moderate consumption. Bilberry and Grape Seed Extract: Bilberry and grape seed extract are sources of antioxidants. While research suggests potential benefits for eye health and circulation, respectively, no recommended daily intakes exist. Bromelain: Bromelain is an enzyme found in pineapple. It may have anti-inflammatory properties, but there's no established daily intake recommendation. Alpha-Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, and Glutathione: These are antioxidants involved in cellular energy production and protection. While research on their health benefits is ongoing, no established daily intakes exist. Consult a healthcare professional for personalized guidance if considering supplementation. B Vitamins (including Cofactors): B vitamins are a group of water-soluble vitamins essential for various bodily functions. Each B vitamin has a specific RDA that varies by age and gender. You can find a detailed breakdown of B vitamin RDAs on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Office of Dietary Supplements website [2]. Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol): Vitamin D is crucial for bone health and immune function. The RDA for vitamin D varies by age, with adults typically needing 600 IU (International Units) daily [2]. What I Ate When I Started I really considered what I could readily produce with varieties to extend my life. Now, I am about to show you an overview of what I started with. Of course, I have increased the variety, but try my first approach and see if you do not want something similar for yourself. Wetin we chop? Rice...e eno good...beans...e no good...what exactly can I eat mehn! Every time I write about this topic, someone attacks me. But really, I don't care. If I was you, I would not find a way out. You are so dogmatic and have accepted your fate. Good. I don't blame you. That you accept to eat what businessmen have popularised now does not mean some of us cannot find a way out. We just went out of our way to make things OK. I guarantee that you will do yourself a great favor if you have any gut issues, including the fatal Chrohn disease, gastritis, ulcers, hpylori infection, small intestinal fungus overgrowth, or gastritis. I am not saying you should do this exactly, but, you can create something. I am sharing here what I created for myself. Quails, Chicken & Vegetables I researched deeply but could not find good meat. I saw ads for organic chicken, and I moved closer, and I realised that even those promoting it on NL are not doing organic. If you want to know, ask them the kind of feed they use. Of course commercial feed. None of them could produce natural feed for their birds. Also, they use a little bit of antibiotics. I said...no way. I am not buying from these people. Then, 1 kg of a dressed chicken was around N2,500, but they are selling at N6,000+ per kg. Now, it is around N4,500 to N6,500 per kg, I am sure their price has shot up also....maybe to N12,000 per kg. So, na me go give you double the price of what I will get in the market and still get birds fed with commercial feed. Capital letter N - O. No way! To help you understand the cost of what you are about to undertake, I will write out the specifics of my approach and include some calculations. Attached are pictures of what I made. Kindly note that I got these pictures on the Internet just for illustrations, but they are exactly what I produced. The items are: 1. Vegetables Cucumbers - It takes 30 days to start producing fruits, and I harvest every 5 days for 3 months. Before my plants die, I always replace them with new ones. Tomato - I started with beefstakes tomatoes, but later did 1 full plot. I turned everything into - tomato paste and ketchup. Pepper - As above Others are Cabbage, cauliflower, broccoli, radish, eggplants, beetroots, and lettuce. Local veggies are ugu, water leaf, bitter leaf, etc. Herbs: Lemon grass, aloe vera, bay leaf, peppermint, spearmint, etc. 2. Poultry I realised that I had to buy from the hatchery 50 chicks per carton. Hmm! I had no choice, and I went for it. 50 broiler day old chicks and 50 quail chicks. Feed: I researched deeply, and I adopted a grass-fed poultry approach. This is different from organic chicken. Nope. Grass-fed birds eat grasses and insects. And I gave them exactly that. Because of the problems with grains, I decided to stay away from them. And I tell you, my birds kicked. So, 38 birds grew up together for 6 weeks and wow (12 died)...I got massive meat. It was massive. Two people cannot finish the whole meat in a year. Anyway, I devised methods to process my chickens and egg from quail. Here are some of the products: 1. Raw chicken meat 2. Quail eggs 3. Mayonnaise, Ketchup, and paste 4. Sausages - for making sandwiches, hotdogs, etc. 5. Jerk slices - Nigerians call it Kilishi ......but made from chicken. 6. Nuggets 7. Then, I found a way to preserve some other that did not spoil for a good 6 months. It can last 1 year or more. And that is it. I made all my meat at once, and that is it. You may have to do it 3 times or 4 if you have a big family. If you are too busy and would like to hire a very competent organic farmer or gardener to do it for you, I can write up the specifics of how I approached the entire process and suggest a reasonable price for it. Remember that the price of the so-called organic is times two of disgusting frozen chicken sold around. And naturally produced meat (my style) and dairy prices are more than double that of "organic" chickens. I will state the reasons for you. You will see it. So, don't ever compare the quality of the meat you get in the market with my recommended approach. Never. I pity those who even go for old layers chicken. Wow. Dem get mind sha. Also, in Nigeria, we have an irregular power supply and you think frozen meat have not unfrozen and refrozen again and again? That's poison straight up. They are grown with growth hormones because they have to make a profit. The cost of commercial feed is high, and it takes over 90% of the cost of total production such that farmers cannot make a profit, but they always find a way out. Some inject the birds, and boom! What have I not seen? And you think you can live long eating such. Good luck! Here are some images to help you understand some of the items.

Nigerian Grains Are Deadly Poisons Se una dey go soon bombard my thread that I am writing rubbish. Right? Hold on. I was at the market a few weeks ago because I want to make wheatgrass microgreens. So, I bought a derica of wheat grains. I got home and tried processing it...mehn... day 1, day 2, day 3, day 4....grains did not sprout. I was like wet in dey happen." I returned to the same person and decided to buy corn, millet, pear millet, and white and red sorghum. I got home started again...and I was dazzled that non sprouted again. I said...it is over. Definitely, this seller or whoever he is buying from is using a dangerous chemical to store grains in the warehouse. Imagine ooo. GMO seeds plenty for market.....farmers bombard GMO seeds with chemicals. Na these ones we still dey shout...now...those traders who bought from farmers and store in warehouses use chemicals on these food items again. So many banned products abroad are what they use in Nigeria. They must make a profit. I can NEVER again in my life eat Nigerian grains again. NEVER! Palliative rice....OMG! Hahahaha....Na Pallative knockout dem suppose call am. Lol. EU has placed a total ban on Nigerian Cowpeas (Beans) since 2013 I remember vividly that the first warning was in 2008 that Nigerian beans always have above the recommended pesticide residues. Nigeria refused to do anything about it until 2013 when a total ban was placed. 11 years later, Nigeria even gets worse in this regard. That is beans oooo! See eh! Continue eating Nigerian fresh grains na. Hehehe. Wet in we go chop? No worry! Continue. Keep chopping cancer and autoimmune diseases. https://gazettengr.com/u-s-eu-ban-on-nigerian-beans-export-remains-fg/#:~:text=In%202015%2C%20the%20EU%20banned,pesticide%2C%20considered%20harmful%20to%20health. https://www.premiumtimesng.com/agriculture/382584-cowpea-nigeria-to-come-out-of-eu-ban-in-2021.html?tztc=1 https://www.premiumtimesng.com/agriculture/382584-cowpea-nigeria-to-come-out-of-eu-ban-in-2021.html?tztc=1 https://guardian.ng/news/nigeria-loses-362-5m-yearly-to-dried-beans-ban/ Audu Ogbe failed "excellently" and wasted billions of Naira when he started his yam exporting program Sebi dem talk say Audu Ogbe na correct farmer. Lol. Baba no find solution to am ooo. Lol. https://www.thecable.ng/us-rejects-nigerias-yam-export-over-poor-quality/amp/ Instead of the failed old man to accept his mistakes and correct them, he defended himself by making it political. Lol. See how dem dey play ludo with your health. Lol. https://punchng.com/reports-about-rejection-of-nigerian-yams-in-us-uk-political-ogbeh/?amp OK. US is political, and Britain asked him to bring them. Instead of malam to correct his mistakes, na slap the British slapped him. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2017/10/britains-rejection-nigerian-yams-fg-wont-relent-export-initiative-ogbe/amp/ But check am out na. Those rejected food items are what you consume, and you want to live long. How? As in how? Those generals and politicians who stole our money too and destroyed everything also are suffering it except those who relocate abroad or import their food. I know many politicians who import their food. Poultry farmers have stopped formulating feed It is always cheaper to formulate feed for livestock instead of buying commercial feed. Let me tell you something....by the time farmers add our soy for protein and maize for energy, their birds don't grow. I can't find a research paper to back this up, but go out there and ask. Even there are commercial feed that they use and ....for where? I deliberately fed some birds Nigerian grains and Ipersonally conducted autopsy on such birds...if you see the gut of these birds. Mehn! Kidney don dey black. As in, I saw cancer inside these birds. Guys and ladies, all the grains in Nigeria....maize, millet, beans, ofada rice, soy.... any grains you can think of...forget it. I am not talking about anti nutrients in these grains for now cos you may want to rush into saying this. Forget it. The pesticide residue in our food items is too much. Period. Leave antinutrients in grains aside for now. Na style a take dey eat party rice and moi moi. Lol. A don return home to flush out my system 2 days after the food digests. This is my style now. If I eat in your house, just know that I am glushing my system later. Not because I feel you don't know how to cook, but I know na poison you give me. But how a wan do am na? I can't spoil my relationship with family and friends. So, a go chop am... but straight to flushing them out 2 days later. I don't want you to die prematurely, and this is the reason you are reading this. Please, I beg you in the name of God.... pray for wisdom on how to go about it and correct it. I know it is not easy... but you just have to do it. Option 1: Get ready to start a garden and start producing your food. That 1 plot you want to put a house on so you can collect rent, you better think twice. That place won't be developed in the next 5 years na. Delay that project and go start your garden there now. If you have a backyard at home, no matter how small it is, you can do something. I am here to guide you. Ask questions if you feel concerned cos this is an urgent matter. Option 2: If you are busy, raise your food budget and decrease other things. I think the minimum you can go is times 10 of what you are presently spending. Yes. Exactly, yes! I laugh when I see couples walking around Shoprite, Spar, bla bla bla...picking packed food. Corn flakes....tin tomatoes...lol. a beg, na later we will explore this. I deliberately spoke in a language key and went to enter that your coconut head in this post. Raw Naija pidgin Engrish. So, if research papers I have been posting do not make sense to you...a don put links here. All links are Naija newspapers...and also. Look at the pictures below. I know many of you are damp lazy to read further...na "sharp sharp" things you want. See...a go write epistles oooo. Na you go carry yourself commotion and go die your die cos a go write epistles here. Why? Una want boredom finish me when all una don kpeme? Make dem dey call me grandpa grandma here and there. Nope. I need many to tap into this and start. Let's live long together. My second post stated that one of the factors for longetivity is a good social life. So, I am doing you well and doing myself good too.

When I decided to make a change, I decided to use scientifically verified case studies and not just information from blogs and YouTube channels. I don't understand how someone posts an ad here that what he is selling can cure almost everything. Lol. And you buy into it. Seriously, I don't get it. But I don't blame you....you are just desperate, and these sellers played on your desperation. Next time, seek knowledge. And this is the next time. Pay attention to the details, and then, you can formulate your strategy. My approach is to give you principles, and then, use your head to get it done. If you are confused about anything, feel free to reach me. Blue Zones: Unveiling the Secrets of Longevity The world holds pockets of populations with exceptional longevity. These regions, dubbed "Blue Zones" by researcher Dan Buettner, have captured scientific interest for their remarkably high concentrations of centenarians (people living past 100 years). So, I said to myself: these people living in these zone no get two heads na. If they live up to 100 years in good health, why can't I? Wait ooooo! It means that Nigerians dying at 53 years are so unfortunate. Just imagine what you could have achieved for another 50 years. What a tragedy! Yet, many don't care...until it is too late. I always say it that....Las Las...we go chop your akara and say RIP. And what next? We move on. Lol. Life goes on. You are the one terminated prematurely. Period. So, continue your lifestyle and keep eating junks. Na your die. I always say this. Let's talk about the lifestyles and diets that characterize these Blue Zones: 1. Sardinia, Italy Lifestyle: Sardinians prioritize strong social networks and family bonds. They practice a concept called "centoporte" which translates to "100 doors," signifying being welcome and supported by multiple households. Additionally, many Sardinians engage in daily physical activity through occupations like shepherding [Buettner, 2012]. Diet: The Sardinian diet is heavily plant-based, featuring whole grains like barley, legumes (especially fava beans), and a generous amount of fruits and vegetables. They consume dairy products moderately, primarily sheep's milk cheese, and meat in smallportions, typically sourced from wild boars [Blue Zones, n.d.]. 2. Okinawa, Japan Lifestyle: Okinawans practice a philosophy called "ikigai," which translates to "reason for being" and emphasizes finding purpose in life. They also prioritize social connections and belonging, with a strong sense of community. Additionally, Okinawans tend to have a natural movement routine incorporated into their daily activities [Buettner, 2012]. Diet: The Okinawan diet is renowned for its focus on longevity foods like sweet potatoes, seaweed, and minimally processed soy products like tofu. They consume moderate amounts of fish and very little meat [Willcox et al., 2006]. 3. Nicoya, Costa Rica Lifestyle: Nicoyans live a life of "pura vida" (pure life), characterized by a laid-back and stress-free approach. They prioritize strong social connections and a sense of community. Their lifestyle also incorporates natural movement through daily activities like working on family farms [Buettner, 2012]. Diet: Nicoyans' diet is rich in plant-based staples like beans, corn tortillas, and various fruits and vegetables. They consume meat sparingly, typically chicken or pork, and in small portions [Blue Zones, n.d.]. 4. Ikaria, Greece Lifestyle: Ikarians prioritize daily walks and physical activity in their natural environment. They also maintain strong social networks and a strong sense of community. Additionally, Ikarians practice regular afternoon naps and stress-reduction techniques [Buettner, 2012]. Diet: The Ikarian diet is heavily plant-based, featuring vegetables, whole grains, legumes (especially lentils), and olive oil. Fish and seafood are consumed moderately, while red meat is a rare occurrence [Sofi et al., 2014]. 5. Loma Linda, California, USA Lifestyle: Seventh-day Adventists in Loma Linda practice a strong emphasis on faith and a plant-based diet. They prioritize regular physical activity, abstain from smoking and alcohol, and emphasize the importance of rest and relaxation [Buettner, 2012]. Diet: Loma Linda residents follow a predominantly vegetarian diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, and legumes. Meat consumption is very low [Fraser, 2013]. Commonalities Across Blue Zones While geographical and cultural differences exist, some key lifestyle and dietary patterns emerge across Blue Zones: Plant-Based Focus: All Blue Zones prioritize plant-based foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, and legumes. Moderate Meat Consumption: Meat is consumed sparingly and in small portions, typically favoring lean options or fish. Daily Movement: Blue Zone residents integrate natural movement into their daily lives, often through work or hobbies. Strong Social Ties: Social connections, a sense of community, and belonging are crucial aspects of life in Blue Zones. Stress Management: Practices like napping, spending time in nature, and strong social support networks contribute to stress reduction. Please note that these lifestyle and dietary patterns are not quick fixes but rather long-term habits that contribute to a healthy and potentially longer life. I have adopted these into my life, and I am seeing the results. Listen to me....it is extremely very hard to follow these principles in the urban settings. This is the truth. So, the ball is in your court. You either find a way out anyhow, or you "die your die prematurely." Period! You will NEVER pay attention to garbage promoted on NL again. This herb....that herb... The old women sef selling them...are they healthy? Are they not among those dying 53 years. I call them old because they look extremely older than their age. Yet, you buy rubbish from them. I pity you. One small boy go just dey post nonsense products here, and you sef dey fall for such. Na wa ooo! I have developed a program based on blue zones, and this is what I am sharing with you in this thread. Here are the areas I am going to cover: 1. Plant-based diet. The right quality. If you dey buy vegetables and salad from market.....na your die. Period. 2. Meat & Poultry. I will share a few tips if you are ready to change. If you want to take it to a greater level, a dey ground and a full am. I will give you tips on livestock and birds you can easily raise. No more "ebi n pa wa" during this Bola Tinubu era. Lol. But I know 99.9% of you will not make the attempt cos no time and no space. Na your die .... I repeat. You are not as busy as I was, but I had to re-evaluate my life, and I let many things go. After some months of letting some things go so I can focus on this journey, I realised that those things were hindrances. Do you want to hold on to your busy life? We go chop na. Na that chop dey drive you on 200km/hr to six feet below. If you like, don't change. 3. What about food that can last many months? If clean, why not? You are busy. Eat good meat that has been preserved like in the olden days instead of buying "evil fresh meat and poultry" in the market. Preserve your clean eggs instead of buying so called fresh but are produced with antibiotics, chemicals, growth hormones, and they have bad fat eggs.... express road to high blood pressure...no traffic.....no go slow. Hahahha! Chai! If you understand how eggs are produced in Nigeria...mehn! You will never touch them again. If you have to pay times 10 for every product you eat during this program, go for it. Close your eyes and go for 1 year straight up. Then check yourself afterward. Good health needs huge investment. Invest heavily in your health. Biko! But if you wanna die by 50 years, then, 10 times the price of the food you buy presently is rubbish. If you cannot afford to buy, then, do everything possible to produce them yourself. But you can't still produce them. Lol. Keep on eating indomie and "bad fresh eggs". Load bread Wella! Dash off to mama put every break time to eat round-about, panmo, and bla bla bla that are deadly produced. Na your express road to six feet below. 4. Clean fish. You dey buy dried cat and tilapia fish from evil farmers, and you think it is OK. Hahahhahah! Na your die. Funny! You think you are eating healthy fish and on top pay premium price for them. Hahahhaha! Go and see how these people use antibiotics and chemicals to grow these things na. Ha! No be me. These things I am mentioning here are worse than American SAD. They are far worse than clogging your gut with fatty bugger, pizza, and sausages. Yes. Believe me. What am I saying? Over 99% of the food (vegetable, grains, flour, seeds, meat, dairy, fish, etc) we buy from the Nigerian market or from some random farmers are all poisons. If you disbelieve me, go to Agric section on NL and check threads on how to raise chicken, fish, goats, ram, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, corn, legumes, etc....go and see the disgusting and killing chemicals they use. Introduction Nigerians need to buckle up to survive the challenges we are presently facing. If you are over 35 to 60 years old, I am sure you understand what is called educational frustration in Nigeria. The days of "aluta" when schools were closed anyhow. If you are around 40 to 55 years old, you didn't have Internet or you went to cyber cafe in those days. Those who are 55 years plus did not have Internet at all. This is what I call Nigerian dark years. "Only rich pikin dey go abroad na. Abi a lie?" But these days, kids japa anyhow. Write SAT, TOEFL, and bla bla bla....that's it. Scholarships here and there. (Germany, US, Canada, EU, etc.) Now think about this. After these struggle and you give up at 55 years. Ha ba! I am sure many of you reading this who are 35+ ...if you never "kpeme", you are nursing something you don't want, and the "sh*t" is rubbing you off money you suppose to use to enjoy your life. Ha ba! What if you can try to correct these issues you are facing? It is possible. Though, I don't promise anyone 100% guaranteed method, but my suggestions will likely give you a better quality life. It is all about these two areas: 1. Lifestyle change 2. Diet The State of Health in Nigeria Nigeria faces a complex health landscape. While the country strives for improvement, several challenges persist. Here's a breakdown of key areas: Life Expectancy Life expectancy in Nigeria is lower compared to developed nations. According to the World Bank, in 2020, it was 55.7 years for males and 54.6 years for females. This is influenced by various factors like infectious diseases, malnutrition, and limited access to quality healthcare. Sadly, it dropped in 2021 to 51 years and 53 years for males and females, respectively. The latest data on the World Bank website is 2022, so just imagine the present rates in 2024 that most are shouting "ebi n pa wa." Chai! I don't have any data on suicides in Nigeria, but you and I have been reading several occurences on NL front-page, and we can see that it has been on the rise recently. Why? Frustrations here and there. Cancer Cancer rates in Nigeria are on the rise. A 2020 study published in the Nigerian Journal of Medicine found an increasing prevalence of common cancers like breast and cervical cancer [Afolabi et al., 2020]. This highlights the need for improved cancer screening and treatment programs. High Blood Pressure High blood pressure is a significant public health concern in Nigeria. A study published in the International Journal of Hypertension in 2017 estimated that nearly one-quarter of the adult population suffers from hypertension [Ifegwu et al., 2017]. This can be attributed to factors like unhealthy diets, lack of physical activity, and low awareness. Autoimmune Diseases Data on the specific prevalence of autoimmune diseases in Nigeria is limited. However, research suggests a rising trend. A 2019 article in the Annals of Medical and Health Sciences Research points towards an increase in cases of autoimmune diseases like systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and rheumatoid arthritis [Olusanya et al., 2019]. Further research is needed to understand the reasons behind this rise. Here are some other autoimmune diseases of concern in Nigeria, though data on their prevalence might be limited: Psoriasis Sjögren's syndrome Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) Type 1 diabetes Multiple sclerosis Myasthenia gravis Addison's disease Hashimoto's thyroiditis Graves' disease Nigeria's healthcare system faces challenges like understaffing, limited infrastructure, and unequal access to healthcare across different regions. These factors contribute to the burden of these diseases. Note Most of my suggestions will be backed up with already published materials and accepted online statistical websites. Also, I will give tips on how to do many simple activities that will have a positive impact on your health. Feel free to ask questions. I am not a doctor, and I am not suggesting you should abandon the health care methodology you are presently following. Nope. My suggestions are only for educational purposes. Please consult with your physician before you do anything. Please, don't say that you will abandon your medications because you feel positive towards any suggestions here or because you are convinced by a paper I will be posting. Na beg a dey beg you sirs and mas oooo. I am doing this because I was bombarded with private emails via this forum due to some previous posts I made about the importance of diets and natural lifestyle eating habits. If you want to keep doctors away, the secret is behind a healthy lifestyle and diet. Just remember this. Sources Afolabi, O. O., Olugbenga, O. O., Adebamowo, C. A., Adejuyigbe, O. A., & Ademiluyi, I. TUANKU:Nice analysis. Please, look at the bolded part. Kindly give me sources I can use to investigate what backs world currencies. As in to know the one for each country. And also charts. Also, what is gold's price directly or inversely correlated to? |
Bornchamp30:How have you been managing it sir? Have you found help for your condition sir? |
happney65:Lol! In a way your comment is the truth. Now look at what Tinubu is doing. Repositioning Lagos again. Honestly, Ijaw, SS, SE lost a good opportunity. Goodluck messed up. Lol.. |
Lavor234: ideatoprince18: proeast: helinues:No matter the tribe you come from, you should condemn AirPeace for this stupi.d act. Yes, we know know that AirPeace is trying lately to be of help, but this action is bad. So, it means Air Peace may just be pretending to be good in some areas, while they aren't good in many areas. Hmm....Perhaps the cost of being cheap is one of these. And trust me, people will start avoiding them and will rather go for expensive ones that can meet their needs. No one who has been flying will read this and not frown at it no matter the tribe of the person. The only issue here I can see is that you guys have not flown before. You don't have any serious business or engagement that you need to do frequently that involves flying. See.....pray poverty out of your lives. These are my suggestions for you. Your comments should be deleted on a normal day. Anyway, pray very hard. Your comments show more hatred towards the rich than even tribal effect. You cannot afford that money so you hate him. So, you see nothing special in downgrading him from business class to economy without prior notification, and they refused to refund him. Ha ha! If you go buy N100 bread and dem give you N30 bread, and on top, dem no refund you N70, na you go first open thread dey call mods to move am to the front page. Pray hard oooo. Poverty must die in your lives. |
Sapasenator:Dey play! How do you know even those with cancer did not inherit good genes? Buy the best car, keep using bad fuel, and see...that car will break down faster than expected. But that cheap car will last longer with good maintenance. If you don't have a major genetic deformation, and you eat well, you will live long. 99.9% of humans should live to 80 years easily without any major sickness. Cos of tech and exposure to screens, wearing eyeglasses and some other health lifestyle changes should be the only issues. High blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, etc are caused by what you eat. There is nothing like good foundational genes. |
Warrior247:Being a soldier is not prerequisite to good health and longevity. Most Nigerian soldiers like civilians die. That they were agile at a time, does not translate that they will be afterwards. As soon as chemicals in the food they eat (if they eat badly), start eaten deep into their system, dem go die fast too. Baba is able to jump because: Number 1: Main reason....he eats organic food from his farm. This is the real secret to longevity and good health. Number 2: He still exercises. Many ex soldiers cannot again because of bad health. Many have pot bellies, taking medications for diabetes, hbp, etc. How can such be agile again? Number is will not be possible if Number 1 is out of the equation. And baba does not do hard training again. Any civilian who at least can run, and do press up will be fit if Number one achieved at the early stage. Good luck! |
Good. The secret of his good health is simple. Baba has a farm, and he eats mostly produce from his farm without usage of chemicals and pesticides. Also, baba exercises a lot. If you like don't set up a garden, and keep saying it is hard to do. Na your "die", no be mine. The food industry does not really want us to be healthy so we can purchase their drugs and supplements. Think about it. |
Ogaonos:I am not so interested in answering you again, cos naturally, I am not attracted to "show off". And when one doesn't understand and subject and keeps trying hard to get his side out and not listen, that person can't be taught anything. Just some recommendations for you: 1. Stop that mentality of "white, white white". We use so many Israeli innovative equipment in our projects, but it doesn't mean that the right man should be one or a white man. I am going to repeat it...and take to correction...get someone who understands the tropical weather, who knows about tropical seeds and dealing with diseases, pesticides, and other issues. Listen...that person must have worked extensively in Africa. Else, you will lose your money. That expert or you can always contact equipment producers when you have issues. And can be done over the Internet, or in the worst case....fly him down to fix the problem, and he leaves. Period. There are extremely brilliant Nigerians who are valued even outside the country but are willing to return if Naija gets better. So, stop this "white, white, white" mentality. I would rather get a good guy from Thailand or Malaysia if I desperately need one, rather than getting the so-called "white, white, white", you are always mentioning. It is why I said that you are still a learner. All that you have mentioned, and you are repeating....private farmland, database, and bla bla bla bla. Listen carefully, many suggestions have been passed to the government. Nigerians have the brains to do everything, but the only disturbing factor is corruption. Period. So, cry till 2090, if Naija does not remove corruption, sorry. I know what I wanted to discuss with you, but your "gra gra" just keeps me irritated, and makes me not want to go further with you. A humble heart and a teachable personality will learn so much. Stay humble even in your posts. I am thriving despite these challenges, and my strategy is: to operate excellently in challenging situations. I don't have Dangot's kind of backing. If not for corruption, Dangot would not be like that. You will know there is a gang of people who just use our money anyhow. If you want to know them, go check the burial of Wigwe, the former Access Bank CEO. Put Dangote in a fair play with everyone, and let's see after just 1 year, he will still be number 1. I am using Dangote here cos you kept referring to him. Corruption is the only issue we need to deal with first. We are telling you from experience...Nigeria needs: 1. Power to attract producers 2. Kill Corruption 3. Empower of women (there is a reason for this) Do these three things above, and you will see excellent policies around. I am not new to policy formulation and administration. NiN is enough for the so-called database you are talking about. But see how much has been looted with it. It started during Obasanjo's time. OBJ kicked that crazy man that time. I don't want to mention his name. Then, the root continues. But thank God we have it. Go check how Nigeriens are moving to Nigeria anyhow. To battle that region will take wisdom. Northerners don't want it addressed cos they use them during elections. See, if I was the president, I would just register as many as I could that can pinpoint where they are from. Then, stop it. Massive deportation to Niger, Chad, Benin Republic, and Cameroon will start. When they see that, no one will tell them to not register. And then, close it. Make it extremely hard to get it again. You don't have it, you must produce your passport of Ecowas from your real country to enter Nigeria. Simple. Can you easily do this in the North? Nope. They will never accept it. They will start wahala. But it has to be done. You cannot solve the whole problem of Nigeria which is a foundational issue. The amalgamation of Lord Luggard is a mistake. So, we either separate or we come together to fix these issues. So, while these things are there, what can an individual do to still make way? And these are things I am doing. Guy man, these farmland estate and Agro brokerage issues are two points I like which I have been trying to implement also. It is not as easy as you are saying it. So, if you are interested in getting some of these things done, find a way to still operate amid the Nigerian factors. For Agro...yes, I can use Israeli technology to use less land. That's what they solved. If you know how much just 1 acre can generate...you will be shocked. If you know your coins. Buy that 1 plot in the city, fence around, and do your thing. You have solved security. Use technology and achieve a yield of 10 acres or more on that 1 acre. The challenge right now is finding honest Nigerians to work with. No producer can do anything about it, other than the ones who are already rolling with financial looters. They can arrest anyhow. They intimidate their workers and nothing happens to them. Period. But the majority of individuals can do nothing because the Police will even milk you. How do you produce without workers? How do you produce when they keep stealing from your farm? These issues are deep. You aren't into it, so just stop making noise. These issues are extremely deeper than all your shouts. |
Ogaonos:You ran away bah? Lol. All the questions I asked, you jacked out. Next time study the person you are dealing with before rushing to say what you don't know. Dangote has African specialists working for him. In fact, he was saved by a Kenyan during his tomato crisis. Israeli ya ya ya. You better look for someone good with the tropical weather. Let me educate you...The main Israeli vegetable seed and equipment company in Nigeria is Hazera with their specialists here at one time. Specialists from France outperform them here. Why? They created African farms managed by Africans. So ..that man from that desert understands your climate better. Dey play. You didn't even mention Thailand....Israel. lol. You are talking to a sustainability career person. You wan teach me agro-businesses. I was just smiling while reading your last message. I thought you wanted you discuss, but I see that you want show off. Show off with me? You will only wound yourself. You can't touch or answer anything I asked you. Ya ya ya ya ...Kenyans are cheap. Ya ya ya ya. They are good. Do you know how many projects I have been involved in with Kenyans. You know zero about agriculture. Just don't go there. He said Dangote employed Israeli. If I wooz you. nope....na professors from Iceland he brought to his farm. He even brought in beer talk to climatic issues. I give up. Goodbye. |
Ogaonos:OK. We have both agreed on electricity and insecurity. Let's try to see if ideas can flow to address these Agro related issues you have raised. For the Farmland here the issue with buying land for farmingWe can do nothing as individuals other to identify and avoid such communities. Which areas are you quite familiar with that are good to outsiders and those that are wicked. Have you been able to identify any? 3)govt lack of accountability(my brother a president or governor dnt know the number of farms they ask such data form the ministry of agric..in which the ministry can falsify figures and the governor or president can't verify bcoz is stressful ND impossible to.So, how can a president and governor still handle this case at least to get going in the midst of this wahala. We just must move ahead. WHAT IS PRIVATE FARMLAND ESTATE these are estate owed by a company bought from the communities ,planned into hectares or plot land, and sold of lease to you and I .This idea has been in my head for a long time, and in one of the points you made here, you wrote that Nigerians run others businesses recklessly. Leasing to people is dangerous in this regard. People will damage the land property. Some will even start planning evil to take over the land. Lets say one has 1,000 ha and wants to lease out to 1,000 ppl so these set can be saved from unemployment. Leave out development of the land cos you have said it too that a foreign consultant is the way way. Sure, one can still get in Kenya at a cheaper price instead of going to Israel. So, even 100 ha is a project one can still do with a specialist from Uganda or Kenya. So, tell me how one can employ 1,000 good people to use the land and have rest of mind. What is the process of employment? Govt Can easily track the agric subsidy like fertilizer, even the media Can easily do their investigative journalism on reckeetering of fertilizerI guess you are talking about using a database here. Right? Or is it the private farm stuff that is going to still make this happen? ON AGRO export BROKERAGE COMPANY is very vital.scam dey export.nigeria has bad reputation in scam.you need to boostI like your idea. It is good. Let me ask some questions. Now, lets read this below... SNAIL SLIME,ROSE FLOWER E GET ONE TREE DEM DEY USE TO PRODUCE VERY EXPENSIVE PERFUME OIL IN INDIA DON FORGET D NAMELet get real here. Drops of water form a mighty ocean. Let's say a private estate farm can work on 100 to 1000 ha and employs farmers...and lets say things work out well. It is still hard to get these things done. The hardest part is finding buyers by individuals who want to start agro brokerage farm. First, snail slime production does not need too much land. Rose flower can be done in a greenhouse. I think these two don't need large expanse of land. So, a private brokeage can be started like this. Small scale farmers come together to produce the products. The brokerage firm can easily arrange it if such directors can go for Agricultural production course. So, let's say the directors can produce these things...and let's say yoyr answers to employing good people works, tell me how such brokerage can easily find buyers. To me, finding buyers by individual brokerage firms is hard. Government is in better position to address the issue. Or what do you think? I think one can still produce in tonnes and meet demands, but the major issue to me is finding where such buyers are. Where are they? How can individuals locate them. FINALLY THE LAST PROBLEM MANAGEMENT.I agree. I mentioned above that Kenya or Uganda consultants can be used. Any reservation on this? |
cjfavour:Hahhaa. This man is from Anambra and still criticizing Soludo. What a pity? Tell me the state of the old commissioners' building.nCos you know nothing....you should know that your commissioners demand for excessive commission and pay on accommodation is too high. Na illiteracy no make you understand say Soludo built it to shut them up and cut down the cost of maintaining their expensive demands. Na waooo! And you stay in Anambra while we that dont live there sabi wetin dey go inside. Una go just dey beat chest and the follow wrong people. Whether you like it or not, Obi Pandora will not get Aso Rock. E dey pain you. Lolcjfavour:My response to the boded part: How do you know my people have ruled? Over 300 tribes in Nigeria. Lol. Igbo has ruled twice. What about the rest? Na only you? Why must it be you? We will barnish you like how we barnish Ojukwu if you do any nasty action...we will lock you up like Nnamdi Kanu...las las..you go beg like how Kanu is begging...Simon Ikpen is next. Lol. You are greedy and selfish. 300 tribes....ypu don rule twice, yet, you have the gut to shout marginalization. You too greedy. Cant Igbo support Tiv, Ibibio, and other tribes? Must it be only you? To the rest of your post: Come 2027 Obi Pandora will still lose. You will always produce number 2 at the best scenario if you dont change. But I will say it again...bring Soludo or Ngozi Iweala for a presidential election..those two son and daughter of Igbo, I will vote for them. So, take it easy....if not...na high block pressure...and na your die...not mine. We go say RIP and chop your akara. Still Igbo no go rule if you dont change. ![]() Goodluck! |
