Thank you for this, have related all the information have gathered here to her and they are doing the needful already, i pray the baby should stay a bit longer in d oven grin, and COPR should be out this week, they plan to fly immediately.

Bogini:
I know a family that relocated to Canada in 2016, and the wife gave birth 2 weeks after arrival. So I know it's possible to fly even when you're heavily pregnant. I just think you need to get more info from the airlines. The issue now is to hope she gets the COPR like this week, so she can fly nextweek

In my opinion, it’s not necessary since investment is in your name, but in other to sleep with two eyes closed after AOR a simple LOE can just mention the source. Just keep it simple you are good with the investment in your name.

Adeime:
Hello Fam, my POF is stashed away in stanbic money market and Renmoney since mid June this year as I intend to use both, now this money was given by my husband but investment is in my name as the PA. Please advise if I have to add any other document to show the origin of the money

thanks a lot i will relate this to her
tolfa:
The best way to go about it is for them to speak directly with the airlines plying Canada from Nigeria.Based on the feedbacks, they can make their decisions.

ok thanks for your contribution

Prisscindy:

I think it's better she puts a call through to the airline she wants to fly with because usually, they do not carry pregnant women who are over 32 weeks but some do till 36 weeks, it varies

Hello house please can anyone assist with this my inquiry, my cousin got PPR 2weeks ago and have submitted her passport, she’s heavily pregnant and her EDD is less than a month.

Please is there any airline that can fly her with this condition? She plans to give birth in Canada but i told her most airlines would not want to fly her. They are ready to fly immediately they get their passport back. Its a family of 2. Please anyone with useful information should please share as regards my question. Thanks in anticipation.

Yes bro am not saying it invalidates the previous one, I fully understand they got into all this out of ignorance when the husband got PR. Nobody holy pass I don’t want to continue on this topic so I don’t get into what I don’t intend to. But its left for them to know what to do about their social media if they choose to get married again. It’s never illegal to re-marry same spouse again under the law.

ednut1:
this does not invalidate the previous marriage. If cic get to find out through background checks during her application e g social media that they married . Both are in soup
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Eraytee: 3:31am On Nov 15, 2019
Have you heard of renewal of vows? Please it is never illegal to marry your spouse more than once, you are not married I guess so you might not understand. When i get to canny if I choose to renew my vows with my spouse. It is allowed. So go and do your research well and com back. If you like marry your spouse a mil times it’s never a problem. If you ever been to the marriage counseling process in the court you will know that you can renew your vows under the law. Lols @bold am the husband... don’t get confused about my name am a man.

Silversurfer1:

Under which law is it allowed please? Doing this would be even worse than failing to inform them about the marriage before he landed. That would be clear cut misrepresentation with the intent to deceive to change their outcome. Let us not use this platform to push wrong/illegal activity.
Plus I suggest you keep the fact that you have two marriage certificates to you and your husband. Such information can land you in trouble

PNP is the best shot considering age and level of education. If the spouse is way younger with better age and work experience then the spouse could be the PA, let him/her use the CRS tool to simulate these assumptions and choose whats best for him/her.

Yummie81:
Please Guru in the house what advice do you have for some with the following details

Age: 40
Education: Bsc
Work Experience: 6 years
Status: Married
IELTS: LSWR 8,7.5,7.5,8
No relation in Canada at all

What can he do to get ITA?

Thanks as I await your opinion.

they should go back and re-marry again at a registry different from the initial marriage, that would give them a new certificate.... its allowed to marry same person as many times as possible (NB: I have two marriage certificates with same spouse). na your money kill am. my opinion. else if IRCC get to know he was married before landing and never informed them, his PR status would be revoked.
CC @Queenwoman

ednut1:
shocked he was supposed to inform cic when you guys married before he landed. His status will be cancelled if this comes to light. But which kind risk be all this one biko.

I have personally responded to this check my post on page 121, anyways all you need is to notify IRCC, follow the instructions from them which might be updated POF for new addition to the family, nothing affects your point of invitation round.

KayLayChi:
So no draw today.

I'm so unhappy...
Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Eraytee: 6:12pm On Nov 13, 2019
am not worried at all, draw soup will come if it will come, so why worry when you dont have power over the draw soup, all we can do is clean our plates and be ready to be served grin

Cryptomania:
Why is everybody so anxious and on the edge already. We should relax small biko before some of us have high BP. There s no stipulated time when the draw is done, but we all know draw will take place today within the hour or few hours from now. So let us all just observe rather than creating anxiety on the thread.

Why not take the chance of the BCS diploma program, its 6months or even less. Next exam is March. Msc na long thing, the diploma program will go a long way, search the thread for this.

yes to bold, in addition to that you can invest it in TB or fixed deposit over a period of time between 3-6 months, my opinion though. this is just to validate the POF availability.

Good Evening All.

thanks this had been clarified by @ednut1 and others... we move on!!!

gsade:

Unless something has changed in the way CIC handles applications. I am sure your age is frozen at ITA and not AOR. As such, a subsequent birthday before AOR will not impact your app even if score after birthday is lower than CRS points at ITA. It is always stated in the ITA letter as such. Unless things have changed ooo!

Answer to your question on that page is YES account type is never an issue the major thing is what the account carries as POF

it has no effect, age is locked in at ITA, all confusing state clear grin

KayLayChi:
Yes it will.

This was discussed some pages back.

Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Eraytee: 3:40pm On Nov 12, 2019
Noted!! thank you so much smiley

Adeime:
That’s not true.....it’s after ITA.... see a clause that comes with every ITA mail

NOTE: If you had a birthday since we sent you this invitation, and the change to your age decreases your points total, this will not cause us to refuse your application for permanent residence.

Travel / Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by Eraytee: 3:39pm On Nov 12, 2019
ok good, thanks for all clarifications today @ednut1, na to get ITA before birthday be that ooo grin
