Yeyeboi05:For the first time, I'm seeing someone who's not stingy with passes, someone who isn't interested in scoring when the coast isn't clear enough but assisting to making it happen by laying passes to others. That's team spirit. There's a popular ex international who can dribble for Africa but always interested in taking the scoring glory all alone by attempting to score and in the process, the team loses because he deliberately threw away scoring chances, which could have been converted into goals by his team members. |
Freestar:It may not happen now but believe me, its going to happen some day. I hope their eyes are clearer now |
oneman2k7:Two things are retarding the growth and development of Nigeria... 1-Religious Bigotry 2-Ethnic Bigotry Unless we are ready to nip these in the bud, Nigeria will never move forward. Had the ruling party done the right thing in kogi after Abubakar Audu's death, Kogi would have been a state to be reckoned with today. The late audu had a joint ticket with his running mate and they had even won massively in many areas. Instead of allowing him to continue, they now went and picked yahaya bello who came second and had moved to the pdp to support the aspirant and replaced the audu with him...such can only happen wherever the aforementioned are being practiced. Now, see kogi today,.its not a state to behold despite it's potentials of being as rich as Lagos. Had the pdp guy in nasarawa been a muslim, he wouldn't have been so unfairly treated. It would have been a done deal and the supreme court would have affirmed his victory. Only a few South west states do not practice the above and everyone can see how developed these states had become, though we could have been much more developed, save massive systematic corrupt system in place. The same goes to a state where the Christian is on the majority side and there are Muslims who can do even better than their Christian counterparts, if elected into office but were ignored. Any attempt to allow a muslim to lead could instigate the anger of a christian group, same applied to a non indigene of a state showing interests in governance in the state where he had lived and jointly developed. That's when he'd be made to know where he comes from. Until we grow past this menace of bigotry, we're still playing. Religion in Nigeria is a sect and culture, rather than a faith or religion. Last week, Saudi Arabia, the pillar of islam has permitted the sale of alcohol, what they used to destroy in kano, after using their taxes to develop their states, what a joke. |
Freestar:I'm Obidient for life. You must have mistaken me for someone else ![]() |
Salubata:I'm not sure he's angry. Our military have been adulterated with men pleasers and politicians, who have corrupted the great institution. I want all the terrorists neutralised for peace to reign in the land. Unfortunately, the antecedents of the military have made people lose trust in them. Circumstances behind the late Tolulope Arotile alone can make one lose trust in them. Had i not known that place in kaduna, I'd have believed their lies. You can't run in that place freely or smoothly because of the kind of speed bumps you'd meet, built close to each other and it was done on purpose, for security reasons. It's that same place they claimed Tolulope's old fiend reversed and hit her in an attempt to greet her and the force of collision led to her death, just imagine. Not even if Tolulope was lying flat on the floor would a vehicle overrun and kill her in that manner. Where wouid the vehicle see soeed in such a place? The person accused, where is he today? They just cooked the whole thing up. Theyve told several lies in the past. Only God can judge in such a situation. You can imagine them helping bandit kill civilians according to the revelation of the bold Plateau CAN man. All we are hearing could be a.mere media deceit. I hope its true. |
Beremx:They've never been trusted by me, especially since the days of buratai. Na boko haram fit burst their bubbles. Cos if any civilian tries to expose them, na DSS net him go land and put from there, he fit enter prison sef. I'm still wondering why they've not invited the CAN man yet. Useless people |
Kennyg290:You can say the emboldened again. I don't like discouraging people..they'd think you're an EOP. Let them go and see things themselves. Canada really messed up by not being able to prepare well in advance for the surge. Even those with job permit aren't seeing the job they desire. They need to address this asap. Go to Canada, come back and apply for your PR, that's the fastest route. Asylum seeking no dey click anymore cos they're wiser now. |
How can you apologise for what you did deliberately |
I like that caption how they can win lol I hope they can prove me wrong. |
PedigreeCity:Yes, it's still within January but to be on a safe side, why not just print another one with a more recent date. Though, what's more important is how frequently it's being run. Max of a 3-week old statement is still valid. If it's actively run with a reasonable credit balance, you're good to go. |
aderemi166:Thank you. |
Adez1:Thanks |
Kennyg290:Na so I see am jare. All the same, it ended well and programme is still in a few months from now. Tnx |
Fear don dey catch am |
blowjohn:What this means isn't about how much they made in decades, but how much the fed govt has lost in taxes. You can't record such a huge loss and think the federal government wouldn't have a share of it. With all these big companies leaving and those staying recording huge losses, it means, the fed govt would find it pretty difficult to pay workers at the federal level in coming days, unless they keep borrowing. December salary wasn't paid before they left for holiday. Also, more unemployment looms shell wanted to sell their stakes recently before leaving and some people kicked. Make dem dey play. They'd still leave and there's nothing anyone would do to stop them. Propaganda and corruption do not develop a nation , honesty and transparency do |
Enough reason to leave Nigeria. I passed there today. It's become a ghostland. My friend who's a senior manager had left for another company before they relieved him of his job cos he had seen it written all over the wall. This is one of multinationals who had paid taxes which our govt spent on developing Nigeria. What of employment both direct and indirect? Anyone seeing this development and still thinks it's alright with Nigeria needs to visit yaba kiakia, for neurosurgical examination |

dafeoroyo:mojisolani and edafe parts 1 and 2 . Make una rest abeg. |
crossfm:I keep saying this. I blame Jonathan for allowing the likes of Tinubu ride on propaganda to unseat him and gain power. I'd not tell the public what I'd have done to him till I complete my 8-year term before I release him. Every future politician must learn from the cluelessness of Jonathan. He caused all the mess on the ground |
iwaeda:Calm down, dollar never reach that. I bought at 1,405 yesterday at alien. Though, apc is the worst thing that has ever happened to Nigeria |
I wonder what this guy is still doing there despite the obvious. He has good ideas yes, but nobody is above the law. He really disappointed many, including my humble self. |
The man who genuinely cares. When a leader is genuinely voted into power, he cares about his people and wouldn't let them down for putting him on that seat. But when a leader finds his way there through the back door, he doesn't give a damn. If you like sleep on empty stomach or you get displaced from your homes. I listened to that plateau man exposing the complicity of law enforcement agents in the killings of his people I almost shed tears. The day we shun tribalism and bigotry of sort in Nigeria, is when we'd be truly ready to develop Nigeria. |
Dansakimotors:You can apply from any part of the world if you're doing so online, so long as you have all your scanned documents handy and you pick Nigeria as your country of residence and citizenship. You can even apply while in your village on top of a mango tree, just anywhere. Nigeria is your country of residence and not USA. You're only a visitor there with the hope of returning home. Likewise, Nigeria is where you have ties, not USA. When applying for a visa, we should be asking ourselves...if I were a VO, would I approve a visa application, based on my claims and the documents I'm submitting? If only we could be asking ourself this, most applicants won't end up being denied visa. But out of desperation, most applicants' expectations and hopes get dashed. If you were asked of country of residence on that IMM form, I'm sure you won't make mistakes of making any reference to America in which you're holding a B1/B2 visa. There's a limit to what you can do with that visa class. Please don't abuse it. |
Karlifate:Despite all these, they still voted him. Some people are born perpetual slaves ![]() 1 dollar is 1,405 today and they're are keeping quiet over it. Propaganda doesn't develop a nation, honesty and transparency in governance do. Anyone who still stashes naira in his account these days is worst than mumu. What that money could buy last week can't buy it right now. Fx rates keep going up per day but they don't care. People keep dying as a result of insecurity but they don't care. How would they care, when they're not voted into power but found their ways there through the back door. When a leader is genuinely voted into power, he cares about his people who put him there because he wouldn't want to let them down. I'm thinking of converting all my money to dollar now sef. E no dey drink water. Let it be in my dom account and let naira keep hitting the rock. |
While mama oyelude, the first Miss Nigeria took advantage of this great opportunity and went to England to study Nursing, this woman returned to the village...deep! This brings to mind the book of Ecclesiastes 9:11. And I returned and saw under the sun, that the race isn't to the swift, neither the battle to the strong, nor yet bread to the wise, neither riches to men of understanding, nor favour to men of skills...but TIME and CHANCE happeneth to them all. Only the wise would understand that great bible verse. |
Adaisback:They may lift the trophy. Go and ask Brazil and their best loser destiny. Once they qualify as best loser, know the victory is sure for them. For the first time, I refused to support our boys. You can imagine someone getting a pass and he's staggering as if he wants to fall, even before he kicks the ball. Dem.go do them siege for this round of 16. |
Lagos hasn't attained its true status yet. She's still under bondage. In near future, the whole world will be interested in visiting Lagos on tourist. Ambode, the Mr project made me believe its possible with his massive achievement in such a short time, touching all LGAs in Lagos and someone wasn't happy cos he didnt see money so steal. Power must change hands for this to happen |
SoNature:He doesn't belong to their clique. That's why they don't like him. He's one of the few among them I respect so much, maybe because he grew up down south. His ideology isn't as crude as those elites among them. His emirship must be restored asap. |
foleskay:LOL @ burukutu gulping. |
Smile4mee01:It's not a bad thing to share your thoughts on the social media but I'm sorry to say this...you may never get a solution here. I don't know your faith but regardless, all prays to God for a divine direction. In the olden days before the advent of major religions, our great-great grand parents had their way of communicating to God through Ifa and other means. That's why they never got it wrong not because they were illiterate. There's no illiteracy in marriage and no wonder we never heard of divorce or barren cases among them and not because they had no western education that would have liberated them. Don't forget bro, all women are same, illiterate or educated. But when God is a pillar of your marriage, you'd be just fine. When entering marriage, you do so because of some basic things viz...companionship, intimacy and child bearing. Once God is involved, even if your wife is 45 years, she'd still bear children for you. Early 90s, there's this uncle who lived in America he was in his late 30s as you, he believed God and never wanted to go wrong in marriage. He kept praying. There was a program in usa which he attended. Pastor Adeboye was invited. After the programme, he approached him and said he should pray for him. In short, he told him his wife was between lagos and Ibadan toll gate in Nigeria. In same vein, there was this lady who was still single at 38. She had been through a few broken relationships. What caused these was mainly cos of sexx. Whenever the man asked for it before marrying her, she'd cut off the relationship and that led to her delays. One day, she came for a program in our church and my pastor told her during counselling..don't worry, your husband is at challenge Ibadan and you'd find him soon. To achieve this, you must start selling pure water at challenge. She said, what pure water, a graduate, beautiful lady like her? What would the people who know her say when they see her? Reluctantly she picked a bag of pure water, went to challenge and sold everything. One day passed, nobody came, 2nd week, a month after, until the 2nd month. One day she was about going home so she rembered she needed body cream. She went to a supermarket at challenge called crown supermarket/chemist. As she picked up the cream, it slipped off her hand and fell to the ground. Meanwhile, the man too came to Nigeria, chartered a cab to Ibadan from lag. Getting to Ibadan toll gate, he saw no woman. He now said to the driver he'd need to buy water before returning to lagos as he was thirsty. He now said they should go to town and see if there could be a supermarket to get water. In the 90s, na pure water full everywhere and the man preferred bottled water. Maybe he'd have bought pure water instead and returned to lag from Ibadan toll gate In short, the cream fell on the man's leg while looking for where they stocked water inside crown supermarket where he entered to buy water. The man picked up the cream and looked at her. He said you must be my wife and the lady too said yes, you must be the husband. They had both been told the features each of them had to be able to identify each other by both men of God who didn't even know each other Your own story may be different but just pray to God. If she's the right one, you'd know and if she's gonna be a liability, you'd also know. Many failed to realise that, it's not only when a woman or a man is poor that he/she'd be a liability in marriage...what of health issues right from the early part of life, potency, bad character, etc? All these can make marriage boring and less interesting. I pray you find a great woman of your bones brother. I was a little younger than you when I met my very petty wife who was a virgin all her life at 30. Good luck |
Atiku would just be shaking his head while reading this. This is the same party who accused him of planning to sell the NNPC, should he become president. Like I've always said, I blame Jonathan for being soft on these guys. If I were him, I'd ensure most of them were sent on exile or jailed. They used propaganda to ruin his administration. He too allowed them to get him due to his cluelessness. Every future politician should learn from Jonathan's cluelessness. He's the cause of the situation we are in today as a nation by allowing these guys enter power. |
tubolancer:Rather, it's our leaders who are sick because they have failed those whom they're supposed to protect, which was why they voted them into power(to protect them). So, after declaring the curfew, did they deploy army and police to the affected area or they just declared the curfew and nothing else was done to secure lives of the innocent in that area? Did the police and army deployed run away on sighting the gun-wielding boko haram nicknamed bandits who are hell bent on taking over the lands which belong to plateau people all in the name of fake conquest? These are the questions begging for answers. |
