slimmsyyetty:Thanks for sharing. I have never seen it this way before. But I think if the passenger is not leaving the airport, there should not be any issue...my opinion. The best option is to clarify from the airlines or travel agent before making payment. In 2019, I noticed i was going to have a very long layover in Dubai on my way to Los Angeles so I approached travelstart to find out if there was going to be an arrangement in place cos the offer was about the cheapest, maybe cos of the long layover. It came to my knowledge that we were going to be lodged in a 3-star hotel inside Dubai, owned by emirates airlines. To benefit, we would need a visa to enter Dubai at the airport. I never knew about this until after making that inquiry. I later booked because of the freebies offered( free entry visa, free bus ride to and from hotel, dinner and free lodging). |
Goodmarlian:Sshhh! They said its explosives. Awon oniro. I hope our leaders would swing into action and prevent the reoccurrence. Na so boko aram enter Nigeria with suicide bombing and Jonathan was inactive. Now, they're everywhere |
slimmsyyetty:Airfrance is my fav. They don't stop in 2 European countries on a trip. It all depends on the route you're taking. If you're to stop in AMS, then you're going with the KLM(Airfrance/KLM) Alliance but if Paris CDG is where you're going to have a stop, you'd go by Airfrance. Airfrance and KLM code-shares. You can't stop over in CDG and then proceed to AMS to have another stop. The routes are different and they follow it that way from the beginning of your trip. Whichever you choose, no transit visa is needed. |
Military rule is far better, if not their excesses and abuse of power. Who dares kidnap or does yahooyahoo under Military regime? You're ready to meet your ancestors be dat. Democracy has been grossly abused in Nigeria. When a leader steals public money without conscience, followers too would find a means of stealing and that's why we're in this mess. Kudos, our gallant soldiers |
All embassies in Abuja would soon relocate to Lagos. This is Terrible. A whole army Estate ![]() |
MuslimIgbo:Don't mind them. I won't watch super chickens until they advance to the last 16. We don't have a team yet. If not for the penalty, nothing for them. Useless peeps who bought Jersey to disgrace Nigeria all the Time. I blame the NFF who sells Jersey to the highest bidder. |
Omihanifa:1330/1,341 as at today, na for where you see 1,500? |
hafeeanubasy:Thanks for the correction. BTW,you don't have to sound sarcastic, when trying to correct someone. We're all prone to corrections as human. Try and be civil next time. |
rhymesnoni:If you want to have a voice in 2027, support Peter Obi to lead the soon-to-be-formed mega party and alliance. Jettison pride and tribalism. You need the southern votes desperately to win and Obi will deliver that and parts of the North. The era of block votes from the north is long gone. Obj did that by splitting Nigeria into geo-political zones. Only Obi will be like obj who's not a tribalist. He'd give to each region what's due them and your people know this already. They know he's a fair man but you see that tribalism heen, ati religion... they are the things retarding the growth and development of Nigeria. Tinubu understood you better by selling a muslim-muslim ticket to you. He's a political Maradona and you fell for his tricks ![]() If you like, field atiku again in 2027, it's an automatic ticket for Tinubu to come back. Power dey im hand, remember. Tinubu is a political spender. He can spend his last card to get whatever he wants. He may unleash sufferings on the masses, trying to recoup all he's spent leta oo, but he will ensure he achieves his aim first. Ask us who live in lagos, we know him better. |
When I was saying if care isn't taken, bandits would soon enter Abuja, that the city was sitting on a timed bomb, some peeps were taking a swipe at me. Now, e don happen before our korokoro eyes....same way terrorists invaded Nigeria and they became a part of us. Again, if care isn't taken, bandits would be opening fire openly at the heart of Abuja and lawmakers wouid be kidnapped at the National Assembly Complex and there's nothing they'd do to take them off. Fear who no fear death. Our leaders aren't proactive so sad. |
lilytender:Good and sit down. Egun people should take hold of badagry and environs. Badagry is just a fraction of lagos. Where would you put the aworis? |
Una don dey wake up abi. When we told you to join hands with us, you were busy shouting awa lokan, celebrating someone who came all the way from iragbiji and suddenly became lagosian by default. |
Eaglestsr:Yes, always do it yourself like i said. Read widely and research on your own. Agents have misled a lot of unsuspecting applicants and their lives have never been same again. |
Bobloco:Scam, scam and scam. They dwell mainly on propaganda. Are you aware they still pay subsidy? |
LocalFARMERS: ![]() |
SalamRushdie:Don't mind them. Bandits are at work, simple. I pray there's no reoccurrence, that's when they'd keep quiet. I hope they'd fish out these bandits before they destroy our region. Our government too dey lie, ha! Awon oniro. Bodija, down to Akobo-oju irin is a residential area for the elites in Ibadan. There's no single mining site there. It's a decent area, just like we have lekki or VI in lagos. Where exactly is the mining site, mtchew |
coputa:Which illegal miners, in Ibadan? Lol. Make una dey play |
Nickelodeon93:withdraw your application if you can. Go meet him and tell him you need access to your profile and if he refuses, tell him or her you're withdrawing your application and he//she should help you do that. Be there while he's doing that, just to be sure. Now, do it on your own and before submitting your documents, share with us here to peruse for a necessary guide. |
Gboom:If he truly commited the crime, he should face the music. Nobody is crying over anything and LP abhors fraud. It will be an effort in futility, mark it. Its another distraction in the making. They should rather deal with the issues I raised, instead of all these needless distraction. Nigeria is bleeding |
coolcharm:So you believe that lie too? Dey play. Where's that mining site in Ibadan, tell me. I know Ibadan wella. I remember Jonathan saying Nigerians love to enjoy life, when the first suicide bombing case was reported, saying it was mere explosive. After subsequent scenarios, he kept quiet. I pray it doesn't reoccur. This needs to be thoroughly investigated and if they cover it up, their relation could be next in line to be hit. Nobody can disturb our peace in this region |
They're yet to say the truth. There's no known mining site in Ibadan. This is really sad. |
They think they can bring LP down? they're playing. Abure isn't tinubu, Pa Apapa and his cohorts, please take note. That merger would work and you should tell your lame duck propagandist to begin enjoying his remaining stolen single tenure while it lasts. Nigeria is in the hands of wrong people. Killings here and there, bad economy, military commiting suicide and those who can't are resigning while the ladies among them are crying on the social media for help. Is that a country? Economy is so much in bad shape. The poor are dying , even those defending them are suffering and smiling, scandals here and there and stealing of the downtrodden's money by moving it into a private account for them to loot...or is it posting and diversion of contract money into their company's account we want to talk about?. Truth be told, Nigeria has entered one chance. She must be rescued. Abuja has now become the dens of kidnappers, killing innocent kids cos ransome wasn't paid. Where are the police? What were they doing when they invaded the FCT? Till now, they've not told us the true story behind the explosion in Ibadan, which had killed innocent Nigerians. They're always fond of causing needless distractions to cover up their shame. Nigeria needs help. We warned them |
Eaglestsr:You, Nickelodeon93 and a host of other naive applicants were the reason I posted that long epistle yesterday, out of my very tight schedule. There are useful tips on this thread, right from the beginning, if only you guys could exercise enough patience and read back to back and internalise them, you'd not need any fuckingg agent to help you in filing your application. Annoyingly, the majority of them don't know jack, when it comes to visa application handling. The few of them too come here to learn, secretly and they suddenly become visa pro. Imagine, he used a wrong state of origin for you..that alone is implicating and a clear proof that, most of them are as good as agberos and touts you see on the street shouting owo mi da. You're much more knowledgeable than they are but because you don't have that patience to read, you always fall prey each time. Is it the possibility of wasting the money you spent that one would be worried about , or the panick modes they would put you into, or the anxiety...this alone can be killing, especially when others are receiving good news about their application while agent is turning his back at you, after putting you on a long wait. Or is it the risk of being banned by the country you're applying to by submitting fraudulent documents? Sadly, you'd not even detect all these fraudulent activities because the majority of them would deny you access to your profile. No agent has ever taught me how to go about anything. I read widely. Before NL came up with such a useful thread as this, I had exposed myself to Indian threads, quora, etc on useful visa and travel tips and they've really helped me. STOP PATRONISING AGENTS,. Its for your own good. Always DIY! |
ogugwa1992:Sponsored. She's a gonner |
Ogun and sports on the world stage heen... Anthony Joshua Tobi Amusan and now Oshoba Congratulations |
Who takes this propagandist seriously? We lagosians know better...do as I say not as I do |
Goodnewsforlife:It has never happened in Ibadan before. Its not just one place, several places. I have 2 brothers living with their family in oke ado, near tribune house, off imalenfalafia. One of them works at a bank at bodija. Seyi cited explosives sto calm the situation... in bodija of all places? Have you been to bodija before? Its the VI or lekki of ibadan, after oklluyole Estate at ring road. I lived there for 12 years. Most of you guys raining insults blindly on social media don't even know what you're talking about. Gov Seyi said a normal thing a leader should say. After all, Jonathan said the same when suicide bombers were first reported in Nigeria, that it was a mere explosive and an average Nigerian loves to enjoy life more than taking their lives, and the rest was history and he later kept quiet. I hope a stern warning would be sent out to prevent subsequent attacks. The owo massacre is still fresh in memory. Maybe because it happened in a church, they didn't say it was explosives . Now, the people of Ifon in Ondo State are being attacked by bandits regularly, Google is your friend. When bandits killed Ms olakunrin, daughter of pa fasoranti, they said it wasn't bandit, then they attacked pa falae's farm and people working there, then the owo church attack, and now, Ifon in Ondo state. Aren't they here already? Our leaders must act fast and now! |
Terrorists have invaded our land, oh God! When we said we should break away from these people, you guys refused. Isorite |
garfield1:Nasarawa in history has never voted along ethnic or religious lines. Christians had always voted Muslim leaders in the state, check it. So, your claim that Sule is from a xtian majority side doesn't hold water here. Same people voted him the first time, remember. The issue of religion came to the fore this time simply because a christian aspirant seems to be having an upper hand, which was quite unprecedented in the history of the state. Muslims had always led them, despise being a Christian dominated state. The governor according to Nasarawa people hasn't done well. The loan obtained by almakura his predecessor couldn't be accounted for. They're not seeing what he's using the allocation for. On insecurity, they said he's done nothing to curb it. It's not an issue of religion at all. Both Christians and Muslims voted the pdp guy |
Our military go through a lot. That's why I salute the courage of that lady who expressed her feelings a few days back. That's much better than suicide. She should be celebrated. Nigeria government is uncool. I wish i was a senior military officer, I'd have treated their fukck up in a bloodless coup. How can you be buying brand new expensive SUVs and the civilians would continue to live in abject poverty? How can you be paying the money that belongs to the downtrodden in the society in the account of a private being sonyou could share it and give them peanut? What of the military who are less renumeration? If not for these guys, terrorists would have taken over Nigeria by now |
descartes400:Hmmm. Isis and al-qaeda are American citizens too, they're not arabs. They're also the ones sponsoring boko haram, ISIL in Borno, armed bandits and militiamen operating in some parts of Northern Nigeria. Wonderful! |
Righteousness2: . Exactly what's supposed to be done in the middle East by sane ones among them, (to raid terrorists hideout), instead of finding Istrael trouble, the people who didn't do them any harm but provided them with water and electricity. |
