I hope the flight details in the picture below reveals more to you that it is possible to have a stop in Amsterdam aside Paris, occasionally.

The bone of contention on my side is that once you are having more than one stop in an European country, then transit visa may be needed. Except if the rule has changed.

REGARDLESS OF THE EUROPEAN AIRLINE, ensure it's one stop and NEVER ASSUME. The flight details screenshot below is showing two stops with Airfrance departing from Nigeria.

They wouldn't let the passenger board from Nigeria without any schengen visa anyways, when having more than one European country stop over.

Thanks for sharing. I have never seen it this way before. But I think if the passenger is not leaving the airport, there should not be any issue...my opinion. The best option is to clarify from the airlines or travel agent before making payment.

In 2019, I noticed i was going to have a very long layover in Dubai on my way to Los Angeles so I approached travelstart to find out if there was going to be an arrangement in place cos the offer was about the cheapest, maybe cos of the long layover. It came to my knowledge that we were going to be lodged in a 3-star hotel inside Dubai, owned by emirates airlines. To benefit, we would need a visa to enter Dubai at the airport. I never knew about this until after making that inquiry. I later booked because of the freebies offered( free entry visa, free bus ride to and from hotel, dinner and free lodging).

Please, when having a stop over to any European country, don't let your stop be more than 1. If you are having more than 1 stop in any European country, then you may require a transit visa, except if this rule has changed

For instance, if you are taking air France, sometimes, they have 2 stops...Paris and Schipol(Amsterdam). For you to be eligible to fly on this ticket, you must have a transit visa because it has more than 1 European country stop over.

Stick to the airlines listed for you earlier but ensure your stop in ANY EUROPEAN COUNTRIES ISN'T MORE THAN ONE.

Try to avoid Ethiopian airline because I've heard series of cases where passengers (especially Nigerians) trying to board en route to Canada from Adisababa had issues because they were on visist visa. My friends and families have used Air France, Qatar, KLM and Lufthansa airlines perfectly well on visit visa without issues.

Again, just stick to one "stop over" flight if you are using any European airline (KLM, Air France and Lufthansa)

If you are using Qatar, avoid putting any liquid in your hand luggage, even to toothpaste because they might trash it in Doha before boarding to any of your destination. Put whatever liquid you have (no matter how small like your smallest finger) in your bigger bags(23kg luggage). Don't bring it on board with you.

Airfrance is my fav. They don't stop in 2 European countries on a trip. It all depends on the route you're taking. If you're to stop in AMS, then you're going with the KLM(Airfrance/KLM) Alliance but if Paris CDG is where you're going to have a stop, you'd go by Airfrance. Airfrance and KLM code-shares. You can't stop over in CDG and then proceed to AMS to have another stop. The routes are different and they follow it that way from the beginning of your trip.

Whichever you choose, no transit visa is needed.

There are useful tips on this thread, right from the beginning, if only you guys could exercise enough patience and read back to back and internalise them, you'd not need any fuckingg agent to help you in filing your application.

Annoyingly, the majority of them don't know jack, when it comes to visa application handling. The few of them too come here to learn, secretly and they suddenly become visa pro. Imagine, he used a wrong state of origin for you..that alone is implicating and a clear proof that, most of them are as good as agberos and touts you see on the street shouting owo mi da. You're much more knowledgeable than they are but because you don't have that patience to read, you always fall prey each time.

Is it the possibility of wasting the money you spent that one would be worried about , or the panick modes they would put you into, or the anxiety...this alone can be killing, especially when others are receiving good news about their application while agent is turning his back at you, after putting you on a long wait. Or is it the risk of being banned by the country you're applying to by submitting fraudulent documents? Sadly, you'd not even detect all these fraudulent activities because the majority of them would deny you access to your profile.

No agent has ever taught me how to go about anything. I read widely. Before NL came up with such a useful thread as this, I had exposed myself to Indian threads, quora, etc on useful visa and travel tips and they've really helped me.

Nasarawa in history has never voted along ethnic or religious lines. Christians had always voted Muslim leaders in the state, check it. So, your claim that Sule is from a xtian majority side doesn't hold water here. Same people voted him the first time, remember.
