Biodun556: I think the family has being in Nigeria for donkey years. Don't be surprised that some them might be carrying Nigerian citizenship.
There are some foreign families from Gambia, Sierra Leone and Lebanon that have become part Lagos. For example, the Shingle family, their father was part nationalist struggle in Nigeria. Hhmm... Interesting... |

If it's the later, I'd say we can't make decisions based on stereotypes. If this family is found guilty of anything, let them be persecuted according to their crime. If not, let them be and let us work hard to compete with them and thus provide more employment for our people. Isn't this what we tell South Africans whenever they come up with xenophobia? |

Elder010: but i don't think i am smart. I agree, bro. Regarding your question, we should all be praying for smart partners. Partners that will give us the right advice. There's no IF here. Don't mind anyone conditioning the whole thing with "if you're equally smart...", those are the kind of people that don't last in marriage cause they are focused on out smarting their partners. A smart partner knows when to do what, a smart partner understands your body language. The combination of intelligence and smartness is not very common regardless of gender; if you find one, grab it with two hands. |

So if they are running genuin businesses here in Nigeria and paying their taxes, should we antagonize them just because they are not Nigerians? seunmsg: Twitter influencers with millions of followers would still be allowed to make political posts and promote candidates. That’s a loophole they should have blocked if they want this policy to be very successful. Politicians are smart and desperate to reach their targeted audience. If I want to pass a certain political message, I will simply pay a popular influencer to pass the message. Twitter will only end up losing revenue with this policy. Obviously, they knew they'd lose revenue even before taking the decision or you think their analysts are all dumb? The revenue they'd lose must have been accepted as an opportunity cost for the reputation they strive to build which is a non-cash form of asset as well. They might be loopholes but that does not undermine the efforts they are making; it's one step at a time. |

Oyibo man dey criticize old African leaders but not ceremonial, everlasting seat of the Queen.
She even lords it over countries like Canada and Australia.
Oloshi! Her position is ceremonial. More of a cultural heritage. Besides, she does not have constitutional powers in Canada; they only identify with her. |

She has not constitutional power over there; only serves to maintain the cultural heritage. Canada is not under the British rule. |
