Will they be inside an office building with air-conditioners? |
The same people are regrouping to continue from where they stopped. |
Lol... You should probably find another caption. Interesting to who? To you the blogger or the married person? Does someone need to be told when they're no longer interested in something? Bro, you don't tell people signs that thier marriages is no longer interesting. When they start losing interest, they wouldn't need to read any blog to know. Maybe you mean "signs that your partner is no longer interested"? |
DavSagacity:Actually, he didn't put on social media. |
We do not care. You've br creating the same thread for a week now. I know you're a Chinese bot but I'm replying this so your creators can see that the anti-American movement ain't working. |
omolawale:I don't understand, did you read this thing you pasted? Where did she say the touch woke him up? She said she taught it was her husband until she accidentally touched her husband. Then she said she immediately woke her husband afterwards. If the touch had woken him, the part in bold wouldn't have been necessary. Or did she wake him twice? She woke him up after she realized he wasn't the one touching her. Besides, I never said she screamed for sure. Read my comment again. I said she didn't mention how she woke her husband. She didn't say if she hit him or she screamed his name. So the theory that she didn't act appropriately is baseless. While she could be cheating, you can't say that for sure. It's also possible she was actually raped. If you decide to ignore this possibility despite the fact that the accused has accepted his guilt, then you're obviously biased. |
MrBrownJay1:She said she woke up her husband. She didn't mention if she tapped him or screamed (which would likely be the case). She also didn't mention if she attempted to push the man away while at it. It's very obvious she supplied a certain level of detail. She's not compelled to go beyond that cause the accused is not denying it. He blamed it on alcohol. What's not obvious is why you're more "surprised" by her reaction than the fact that a man went into another man's home to rape his wife in his presence. Talking about first reactions, the fact that your first reaction after reading the story is to point out what the victim could have done differently is surprising too. So forgive me for expressing surprise as well. |
MrBrownJay1:Let me guess, you're blaming the woman for being raped or, at least, for not acting the right way when she woke up? Or maybe she planned for the man to come and have sex with her in the presence of her husband? Whichever way, let's talk about what she did wrong and ignore the man who is the real culprit here. |
Newton2024:When you say "resolved", you mean it's been proven that he actually lied about his age? You don't think that casts a shadow of doubt on his story as well as his motif? We are just supposed to believe he's been honest about the issue of consent? Hhmm... OK. |
I wanted to say "pray for China" then I remembered that would offend China. I hope they get through this. I'm sure they will given thier wealth and skills. |
superCleanworks:Drive down the gender lane? Lol... You obviously don't know the meaning of the word "misogyny". Otherwise, you would have known from my first comment that it has always been about the denigrating comment you made about the female gender. Now I see why you gave the reply of "I complimented her". I was wondering what complimenting her beauty had to do with the misogynistic statement I called you out for. Now, look up the word, then go back and read my first post, and you'd see that the reason I called you out in the first place was because of the comment you made about the female gender which is very common here. From the conversation I'm not not surprised you don't know her gender is her identity. I don't even know how to approach you anymore. This proves thar most you that go around insulting women are not intelligent. |
superCleanworks:Of course... sliding your negative energy in-between compliments is supposed to make it less negative. How does calling her a fine woman justify the denigrating comments you make about her gender? Do you really think it's a compliment if someone tells you "you're intelligent unlike people from [insert your hometown]" You can't compliment someone and disparage thier identity, and think it's cool. We have "useless" girls just like we have "useless" guys doing yahoo, scamming, rituals, raping, etc. You know this, but you'd rather call out women because you can't deal with the fact that your life resolves around them. |
OboOlora:See as you're embarrassing yourself thinking you're being "manly". Even on a thread where a woman is doing great, you still find a way to display your misogyny. You lot that go around typing this kind of trash must be living a very sad life. A happy person would never think of denigrating others. You only put women down cause it makes you feel better about your own limitations. But guess what, regardless of how many nasty comments you make on Nairaland, you'll still be where you are. |
superCleanworks:Hhmm... Your type will always find something "negative" to focus on. |
Dc4life:I never implied your huskies are not well fed or not well taken care of. Feeding has nothing to do with what I wrote. Besides, my message was more for the potential buyers who may not know the peculiarities of the breed. If I were the one selling, I'd also want to sell to someone who can take care of the puppy and bring out the best in it as the breed is more entertaining when they have everything they need. But it seems you don't fancy the idea. Sorry for interference, no harm intended. |
rumenase:Not anymore. But I had one, sir. |
elkharpone:While they prefer the cold, caucasian shepherds do well in extreme temperatures as well. Enough shade and water are usually sufficient. This is because of two primary factors: it originated from a region that hardly goes below 0°C and, the main reason, the thick coat is waterproof/insulated. Huskies don't have these thick coat and they're far more likely to get dehydrated. Besides, yours was not born here. It was imported from the north pole. That's another factor. I'm not saying they'll die off (dogs are generally very adaptive). I'm saying they wouldn't be very comfortable, especially in Nigeria where many dog owners don't keep thier pets indoors or don't even have AC. A dog is more likely to acclimate to cold weather than hot weather. Again, like I said, s. husky owners must have ways to deplete thier energy regularly (outdoor activities) or they could get really destructive as they grow up. They tend to require more training to contained thier excesses. Unlike other dog breeds, an s. husky is likely to run down the street non-stop once it's off leash and the gate is open. I'm not trying to spoil your market, sir. And I certainly mean no offense. I've had a few dog breeds myself, and I can say for sure that huskies are very entertaining and one of the most elegant dog breeds. I'm only trying to let potential buyers stay prepared or look for another breed if they can't meet up with the requirements. I'm sure you don't just want to sell, you also want to rest assured the dog is comfortable in its new home. If you feel my comments are bad for your market, let me know and I'd gladly delete them asap. |
Nice dog but to me, having a Siberian Husky in Nigeria is not fair. From the passport, you can see the dog is from one the coldest regions on earth. There's a reason they're not bred in Nigeria. They even struggle to survive in moderately cold areas and now y'all are keeping in them in Nigeria, a very warm country. That dog will never be comfortable (even without your AC). When you see how these dogs live in snow, you'd understand what I'm talking about. That said, the potential buy should be prepared always walk the dog or have his home torn apart. Lol |
Hmm... I didn't hear about it. |
Lol... maybe football is interesting after all. ![]() |
I don't know why it's extremely hard for Africans to understand individual differences. |
Michelle70:Hhmm... but why can't he argue with the Cameroon man? The Cameroon man knows thier president while the guy you quoted knows Buhari. No one's opinion is more informed than or superior to the other. |
Even before opening this thread, I already knew it would be this guy. I like the guy a lot. In fact, he has taken blows for Nigeria more times than I could count. But I'm not sure about Buhari being better than Paul. They're both the same, old and tired (no offense intended). |
Corridon:Lol... How do you think dogs and cats became domestic? Today, we've succeeded in domesticating wild birds like parrots. It's the nature of man, I guess. |
Kosoco:He's not doing it for joy. He's doing his work which is to promote his principal and disparage other candidates. |
ModestGal:@bolded: It's not that deep, man. We all have what we like and dislike about every country we live or have lived in. It doesn't mean we don't like the country itself. So calm down, Canada is not your father's property. |
While others might be subjective (especially the issue of boredom), I strongly agree with number one! Like, I have worked so hard to finally be amongst the top income bracket, and guess what, it makes little to know difference. Your periodic net pay at the end of the day hardly changes. In Canada, it's all about wealth distribution. I liked it before. But now.... lol. ![]() |
Shapeaso:Threads like this are the reason why they don't comment on on here anymore. Regardless of what they do, you guys will always be on thier neck. Left, right and center, you guys are attacking them, and you still want them to be commenting on threads? If they were the ones commenting on all threads like y'all do, you'd still call them jobless for always being on Nairaland. Now, you guys are the ones jumping from one thread to another fighting each other, and yet the ladies are called the jobless ones cause of one thread. Would you also say the men are jobless cause of the high concentration of men on the thousands of football threads created everyday on here? What did you even go to the BBN thread to do? If you weren't jobless yourself, would you be on Nairaland looking for females and creating stupid threads? Sometimes, I wonder if you guys are teenagers driven by hormones or hopeless men who feel better about thier own shortcomings by disparaging women. Or maybe misogyny wipes away your sense of reasoning? I mean, what kind of men do we have these days? You spend all your time talking about women, and then later, you start looking for shortcuts to wealth. Even when these ladies have left the space for you, you still find reasons to call them out. Shame. |
Long Post Alert!!! Let me guess, it makes your heart beat increase sometimes as if you just received some sad news or you're about to enter for an exam you didn't prepare for. It makes you lose interest in things that used to excit you, and you can hardly concentrate when you're working or reading. It makes you procrastinate while your list of pending tasks keeps growing. It makes you think of things you did in the past and how you could have done better. It makes you wary of the future and makes you think of the different ways things could go wrong. You don't feel the need to get out of bed. Sometimes, you feel like you need to explain yourself or your past actions to someone for validation or emotional support. In summary, you're just EXTREMELY sad up to the point of tears, and yet you can't pinpoint the main reason. It's just as if your heart is going pump out of your chest. If these things describe you, you're probably susceptible to anxiety/depression. Sometimes, it's hereditary, but most times, it's caused by environmental factors, medication or even a change in diet. Did you get a new job? Did you move to a new state or country? Did you just get married? Any major change in your life at the moment? Break-up? Death? It's also caused by the absence of sunlight. This is why there's seasonal depression in the West during winter. And if it's hereditary, you'd still need to know your triggers and avoid them. It could be temporary (a few days) and it goes away when you go to a new place or do something exciting with friends. That's normal. But if it goes beyond that, then you need to take some steps to keep it in check. Identifying it and knowing you're susceptible to it is a major step towards making sure it doesn't get to the advanced stage. Nigerians don't think of mental health as something worth taking care of. They take seeing shrinks as a sign of weakness and they believe depression is a white man's thing. But know that you're neither alone nor different. Many are in your shoes and there are proven steps to combat it. Do your part. Eat well, sleep well, exercise regularly and get enough sunlight everyday. These things work like magic especially the last two (exercise and sunlight). Also, find someone you can talk to. You'll sound incoherent when telling why you're sad. Don't stop talking. Just be saying it as it comes to your mind. It does wonders to the heart. In West, we have artificial sunlight used indoors (same radiation as the natural one) and we also have paid listeners for such cases. Not sure if you have those where you are. If these things don't work for you, see a shrink. Ain't no shame in taking care of your health. |
Lol... it's good to appreciate your culture and other people's culture. |
You go online, search for and find pictures of girls dressed in a certain way (probably in line with thier prostitutional career), and then bring it here for your likes to start calling ladies names. Do the girls you see around you dress like this? Do your sisters, cousins, etc. dress like this? |
