Sahara Reporters Publisher, Sowore Shares His Account Balance, Says 'My Accounts Have Been Frozen' The unguarded information flying on the socials today is really alarming. Recall that here's an on-going court case between Nigerian Senate President, Bukola Saraki and Sahara Reporters publisher, Omoyele Sowore which led to a court ruling to freeze the accounts of the Sahara Reporter publisher, Sowore. Now, the New York based publisher has taken to social media to share screenshots of his bank accounts in Nigeria and America saying, 'Please understand that my Nigerian accounts have been frozen via a kangaroo court order obtained from a Jankara judge in Ilorin, Kwara state'. See his full post below... Folks: Let me just act goofy today by declaring all my private bank accounts publicly just so that so some of you can get some answers you need. It is important to let you know that the Bank Of America (BOFA) bank account summary being bandied around by Bukola Saraki and his minions yesterday was manufactured since last week. I do not have a personal or investment account at BOFA. However, after hitting them hard yesterday revealing their fraudulent legal judgements in Ilorin, they had to resort to something. These screenshots of my accounts both in the US and Nigeria were taken today. Please understand that my Nigerian accounts have been frozen via a kangaroo court order obtained from a Jankara judge in Ilorin, Kwara state. My confirmed cash balance across two (US and Nigeria) continents as of this morning stands at $6,213 minus $6, 100 and debit card balance of $100 frozen in my GTB account. My account balance in Naira is less than N2,000. My available bank cash today in the US is approximately $13! I also have close to £10 left from funds that I exchanged while in the UK his weekend. Mind you I am not seeking anyone's sympathy, there is no need for it. Screenshots below,.... More @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/08/sahara-reporters-publisher-sowore.html cc lalasticlala mynd44

Former governor of Edo State, Comrade Adams Aliyu Oshiomhole, has admitted that President Muhammadu Buhari is sick. He however, said the sickness was not as worse as many people may believe. He said the recent visit to the ailing president was a clear indication that those wishing him death have been put to shame. Speaking with Vanguard on the development, Oshiomole described Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti as a mad man who is out to disgrace others. In his words: “President is sick but it is not as bad as what people are saying. Some were carrying rumor that he was on life support but people have seen at least that, that is not true.” “I don’t like to discuss Fayose because when he makes his statements, it only reminds me of an Igbo proverb which says that if a responsible man is having his bath after a hard day’s work and he removes his dress in a local bathroom and a mad man carries the dress and the man bathing, seeing that the mad man has carried the dress, he runs out naked pursuing him, people will see two naked people running and they will say two mad men. So, sometimes, you just allow the mad man to carry your dress and go rather than joining him in his madness. “One of my very good friends wrote something in the papers criticizing the pictures taken during some APC governors visit to the President, he said maybe a broadcast would have been better. But I ask, if the head of a family is sick and some people went to see him, first there is nothing unusual about that.” more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/07/adams-oshimhole-admits-that-pres-buahri.html

He is arguably the funniest man in Nollywood today and despite the fame, John Okafor, aka Mr. Ibu, has revealed that he is always seen as a foolish and stupid person by most people as a result of the roles he plays in movies. Mr. Ibu commands a huge fan base and is one of the most popular actors in Nigeria. The comic actor, who is not entirely happy about his status, said that even when he had something meaningful to say, people don’t take him serious. According to him: “A lot of people think I’m stupid and foolish because of the roles I play in movies. “At times, when I have something meaningful to say, people don’t take me serious as they think I’m cracking jokes. “People also think that I’m an illiterate but that’s not true. I come from a humble background and I struggled a lot while growing up. “My parents weren’t well- to-do so I had to hustle to get whatever I wanted by myself. We were basically living from hand to mouth and our situation was quite pathetic. “However, despite our lack, I still considered education as a priority and I always had it at the back of my mind that I would keep learning. “I attended the Institute of Management and Technology for my tertiary education, though I was a part- time student. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/07/people-always-think-i-am-foolish-stupid.html cc mynd44 lalasticlala dominique

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu has boosted that IPOB will sack Rochas Okorocha as governor of Imo State in 2019. He spoke in Owerri on Friday, insisting that there would be no election in Anambra State in November and in the other four South-East states in 2019. In his words: “Restructuring does not have any meaning.” “We are in the land of Biafra. I have come to Owerri to spread the good news of the coming of Biafra Republic. I don’t want you to be deceived. Restructuring does not have any meaning. I want you people to go and tell Ohanaeze Ndigbo that. There is no freedom in Nigeria. All their children are abroad studying and enjoying a good environment. “Only a referendum can solve the problems of Nigeria. Power devolution is not the solution. Resource control is not our problem. What we need is Biafra. They are going about deceiving our people in the name of restructuring. I want to say it again that there will be no election in Anambra State. There will be no election in 2019 in Igbo land. And there will be no election in Imo state. “Tell Rochas Okorocha that I am a child of God. I want people to tell him that he will leave the Government House in 2019 and go back to Jos where he came from. Let him get ready.” more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/07/ipob-will-send-rochas-okorocha-out-of.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 dominique

Uganda government and stringent laws; last week, the Ugandan government female single mothers from registering and attending schools after birth and this time around, the have moved a step further through the ministry of Public Service to ban female public servants from going to the office with cleavage barring outfits. In a circular tweeted by Observer Newspaper, it says women are not allowed to show their cleavage nor wear dresses or skirts that are above the knees. Sleeveless blouses or any clothing made out of see-through material are equally not permitted. Women's pant-suits are allowed, but female public servants will not wear any tight-fitting clothing. Flat, open shoes are also ruled out, except in cases where one can prove that it is for medical reasons. The circular further states that accessories should be modest, and women should not have bright hair colour, braids or extensions. For the men, they are required to wear neat, long-sleeved shirts, jackets and ties, trousers that are not tight, keep their hair short and neat, and also not wear brightly-coloured clothes. The circular, derived from the 2010 Public Service Standing Orders on dress-code, was forced to be put in place following the high rate of indecent dressing in the office. The ruling party, APC, Kogi State chapter, on Tuesday, July 4th, filed a suit before a Federal High Court in Abuja against the Independent National Electoral Commission, (INEC). In the suit, the party asked the court to stop INEC from activating the process of recalling Senator Dino Melaye. The Senator's constituents had submitted a petition and signatures to INEC, demanding his recall from the Senate. According to Pulse News, the Commission informed Melaye about the petition against him and announced that it would begin the recall process on July 10. The Senate had dared to stop the process but INEC insisted only an order from a competent court could stop it from proceeding with the recall actions. The suit prayed the court to "declare that the recall process initiated vide a purported petition against their sponsored member of the Senate by some of his constituents, pursuant to Section 69 of the 1999 Constitution, is illegal, unlawful and of no effect whatsoever for being contrary and in contravention to the rules of natural justice and constitutionally guaranteed right to fair hearing under section 36 of the 1999 constitution." Other plaintiffs joined in the suit marked FHC/ABJ/CS/601/2017, are Alhaji Haddy Ametuo, Hon. Shaibu Osune, S.T Adejo, Comrade Yahaya Ade Ismail, Chief Gbenga Ashagun, Ahovi S. Ibrahim, Ghali ND Usman, Isa Abubakar, I. Molemodile, Abubakr M. Adamu and Daniel Sekpe. The plaintiffs, all APC Chieftains in the state, are seeking a court injunction restraining INEC from commencing the process of recalling of Melaye. The suit is yet to be assigned to any judge. more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/07/apc-drags-inec-to-court-seeks-order-to.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3

Truth is, is not always easy to make it property business. But the only thing I think is capable of lunching you into the business and hence making it big, is credibility. Forget about every other thing, once you are trustworthy and credible, you have made it. Stop shady business and fraud mentality. Tell your clients the real truth and you are good to go. Though some people use metaphysical means but don't do that. |

Jesus Christ God abeg ooo, make I pack they go Ghana before this Animals scatter this country. In another news, Michael Okpara University's VC, Sack More Than 400 Workers http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/07/michael-okpara-universitys-vc-sack-more.html |
There was tension on Monday at the Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia State, as the institution’s management terminated the appointment of over 400 academic and non-academic staff employed by the erstwhile Vice Chancellor, Prof. Hilary Edeoga. Punch reported that the affected workers were being owed six months’ salary, and the remaining 25 per cent of their entitlements. The incident caused panic and chaos in the area as the workers protested after resolving to take the matter up with civil society organisations including the Nigeria Labour Congress and the Trade Union Congress of Nigeria. The sacked workers also added that they've lost confidence in the Academic Staff Union of Universities to protect their welfare. The decision to sack the workers was said to have been taken at a recent meeting of the governing council of the MOUAU. Some of those affected by the purge said they were shocked to receive the letters terminating their appointment because they attended the regularisation interview conducted in 2016 by the former VC. According to them, they did not collect their letters of regularisation before Edeoga was sacked by the Muhammadu Buhari administration. One of the workers, Chidi Nwankwo, said that immediately Prof. Francis Otunta assumed office as VC, he allegedly declared the regularisation interview inconclusive and mandated all affected staff to reapply with good reasons why their appointments should be renewed. He said, “We all reapplied, although we were apprehensive that the new VC wanted to sack most of us and replace us with his kinsmen and friends based on previous experiences. “We were not surprised when news broke out that the Governing Council of the university decided to sack all of us. We had been complaining about it right from the day he declared the regularisation interview inconclusive. “Some of us were offered temporary appointments, while others were head-hunted to join the university from other universities. Majority of us were interviewed after sometime, which is a standard civil service rule, in a bid to regularise our appointments.” Nwankwo said the former VC did not have time to sign the letters of regularisation or authorise the registrar to do same before activities marking his pulling out commenced. However, a member of the governing council of MOUAU, Prof. Ike Nwachukwu, and the ASUU chairman, Prof. Chinyere Echendu, told concluded that the decision to sack the workers was final. “It is a management decision and so it’s the VC or Public Relations Officer of the university that can respond to your enquiries. I don’t have any authority to do that. I am not denying the fact that I was at the meeting. But, after the meeting, there are statutory people who respond to such issues,” Nwachukwu said. Echendu said, “They should be up to 400 of them that are affected. But no worker was sacked. Anybody who told you that is not telling the truth. The group you are talking about are people who were given letters on temporary basis. And that automatically terminated after one year.” Also, a former ASUU chairman in MOUAU, Prof. U.A.U. Onyebinama, said there was no provision for renewal in their condition of service. He said, “It is not easy to sack a worker. The problem we have is that there were people who were on temporary appointment, which, just on its own, automatically elapsed. So, it is not about the university sacking anybody.” more @ http://www.exlinklodge.com/2017/07/michael-okpara-universitys-vc-sack-more.html cc lalasticlala mynd44 missyb3
