You think that the Yoruba, Ijaw, Edo and Hausa people that allow your people to open businesses in their communities are stupid and lazy, those ethnic groups have created an enabling and accommodating environment for all ethnicities, yet you abuse their generosity with your arrogance of "No man Land" and Igbo's superiority.

If Igbo industries and finance are developing Lagos and the SW, who is benefitting from the investment? ... The investors and the Lagos state government that can utilise the ROI to develop the SW and Lagos state.

It takes a lot of tact and diplomacy to encourage outsiders to invest in their communities. The Igbo man that built a large supermarket in an Edo village, will not do that unless he is satisfied that the Edo community is accommodating and there is a ROI.
My brother, there are some big Hausa man DAT do biz in east, but dey won't invest in the said region. They make dIA money and go dIA state, hence not contributing to d state economy.
An average iboman in the north, will pay rent for shop, house rent, gov. tax, NEPA bill etc
But an average aboki in the east, wouldnt pay for anytime. I know an Hausa man DAT do bring trailers of yam from the north to east (Enugu). In one week, de man dey sell about 6 trailers or more. He stays in Enugu often, the man don't one property to his name in Enugu, a state where he makes his millions. The said man have an estate in kano, filling station. Money he made in the east etc.
But an IBO man will build a mansion in the kano, where he makes his money, if you go his home town, u will be surprise he don't have any single building to his name.
So tell me who is more patriotic Nigerian

It's this level of arrogance that force other ethnic groups to dislike Igbo's. If Igbos are this good why don't they develop Eastern Nigeria.
I bet you, all big market and building in the east is100% dominated and own by Igbo's. But you cant say that in other region. When I was serving in abuja, my friend from Edo a Muslim told me, the biggest supermarket in his village is owned by an Igbo man. The time I traveled to jos for a job interview the hotel I logged was owned my an IBO man, one big pharmaceutical shop across was owned my an IBO man. I had seen I mansion built by an IBO man in kano, if u go sabo gari in Kaduna na rich IBO men dey dia.
An Hausa man or Yoruba man can never build a big mansion in the east or a massive investment.
Make I tell you one things abt IBO's. Dem no dey stay one place, if Enugu no favour am, him go move to Lagos, if Lagos favor him go move to Kaduna, na so him go dey move, if gombe come favour, him go make dia him deck. Build mansion, learn dia language and culture,
Dat where ppl normally use did analogy
"Anywhere u go, if u no see an ibo man, run dat place na nonsense".

If its anything trading. Leave it for the igbos. I wont argue about ovation magazine or banks . None of the Nigerian banks in ghana is more than 18 years there. Highest 2003.

When did Ghananians start importation? Its not been up to 25 years.

They all go to togo to buy cars from Nigerians and lebanese. Till date the still drive cars with togo numbers, because its cheaper in togo and they go and renew the papers at the border periodically.

Go to togo asei and asigami markets. Tell me how many yorubas are there.

Hahahahahahahahaha. Yes. Cause when one can't speak about one's activities with high level of intelligence, it means there's rottenness deep within. That's why no matter what he does Arsenal won't sell the club to him so he can white wash his image

He's stripping Nigerians to the bones but just few know it.

Cement should not be more than 2500/3500 Naira per bag.

When Dangote mentioned interest into Tomatoes, the market got destabilised, same Tomato that had revolved around 40/60 Naira for decades skyrocketed to 150/200 Naira

Now let me go deeper into the underlying econometrics of this.

If Tomato is farmed, processed, cost of maritime, haulage to Nigeria and the price steadies around 40/60 Naira for a decade, Home based productivity that benefits the masses should go below the import/retail price for the same size and not Quadriple it.

Which makes me beg our local outfits when they write stories why don't they get experts to run intelligent analysis on issues like this?

How should Tomato farmed in Italy/China cost five times lesser the proposed Nigerian price. And we want to maintain a strict almost closed market structure around it

The same thing is being done to Milk as we speak and will begin to roll out over the next few years

Local productivity isn't just about creating jobs if it's not going to result into subsidised reduction or close in prices to Imported goods, then should we bother about home based productivity atall?

The insult as a macroecononist that I am is Many average Nigerians will say fluctuations, light, power this that and that. Forgetting these guys mostly use casualties labours, generate huge finances from the stock market which in itself ought to be a stabiliser against sudden spikes in production chain

So I beg to wonder where are the elites

If I'm wrong, why is Milo still the same price inspite of different economic realities in the past 5 to 10 years. Kiln maintained the same price for over a decade. Nut No, Dangote must spike prices 50 times every 2 years, yet Nigerians are the ones financing it realistically and getting terrible Dividends that doesn't reflect profits his overall financial standings continue to reflect

I don't think Nigerians have professionals in the media. I doubt.
klin didn't maintain their price. as of klin 120g increase from 2100 to 2300. quantity wholesale. Milo maintained dia price for over 5 years now. but peak 16g (fullcream) skyrocketed from 9200 to 11300(quantity price) just within the space of 6 months.

Let me start with transportation... Transportation is very cheap in Abuja. Cheaper than both Lagos and Portharcourt.

Food is generally cheap in Abuja. You should not be surprised about this because Abuja is in the north and food is generally cheap in the whole of the north.

The biggest problem with living in Abuja is accommodation. Accommodation is very expensive in Abuja.

You mentioned Jabi. Let me remind you that Jabi is one of the districts in Abuja that are considered highbrow. One of the reasons is because these districts are close to the city centre. So, if you want to stay in Jabi, you must have a fat pocket.

Accommodation is cheaper in places like Kubwa or Lugbe (Airport road) which are not too close to the city centre.
Kubwa no cheap o, unless say na kubwa village.
Baba if you go FO1 for kubwa. Baba house way ppl built there ehh, Nigerians get money I swear, good road, street lights you go think say u dey maitaima

Hmm.
Very costly ooo.
Rent is very costly,Abuja houses are overpriced.
Food is relatively cheap when you buy and cook but if you enter restaurant, wetin you see,you take.
Things like clothes, drugs, provisions etc are also costly.
Govt schools are nice,of good quality and almost free. But if you carry your pikin go private school,it is very costly.
Transport is relatively cheap and smooth.
Overall, if you are not a big time businesswoman or man and the job you're doing isn't a type you can collect bribes, don't come.
Which transport is cheap. From jabi to wise is 200 naira. Abj get transport? Abi u wan pack yourself like sardine for el rufai bus. Abuja na cab or taxify if you wan enjoy transport and na ur money kill am
