the rule that governs business of the nation is not the same as that of the 'business world'. so, yes you can work for the same government and criticize it. its is patriotic and gutsy to do so instead of being a lackey and kisser of the shoes of your superior. congressman Paul Ryan of the US is an example who had and still openly criticizing the US governance and it is such a value of allowing such act that differentiates real strength from suds on the surface of the ocean. moral conscience should guide those in corridor of power. self correcting can come from those who are your subordinates and openly criticizing you.

it depends on d height... it it's 20ft downward use galvanized pipe but anything above 20ft I will advice u to use steel pipe....in terms of cost, pipe is far cheaper than concrete but you have to make sure it is bein constructed by a competent welder.., and the installation should be carefully done also

in as much as d exterior looks beautiful, I wanna see d interior... are there enough hostels to properly accommodate d trainees? or will they still be 20 in a room? kudos to d govt for swift reaction and kudos to channels tv for bringing govt attention to it. I will not fully blame d govt cuz we all see money provided for such project in d budget but nothing is being done. govt should set up a committee to ensure proper utilization of budgetary allocation in every ministry. this kind gesture should be extended to all military and paramilitary organizations throughout the country, you can't train people in God-forsaken environment and expect them to be best of their kind.
