The Osun state police command has confirmed the arrest of the owner of Oduduwa university and chairman of Hilton Hotel and Resort, Ile-Ife, Dr. Ramon Adegoke Atobatele Adedoyin, in connection with the death of one Timothy Adegoke, a master's student of the Obafemi Awolowo University.

Recall that Timothy's decomposed body was traced to the hotel several days after he was reported missing on November 7, by his family. He was said to have travelled from Abuja to Ile- Ife on November 5, 2021, to take an examination at the OAU distance learning centre in Moro, Osun State, but never showed up at the exam venue and his family members could not reach him either.

Six people were later arrested in connection to his disappearance and the owner of the hotel and proprietor of Oduduwa University, Dr Ramon Adegoke Atobatele Adedoyin has been confirmed as one of the suspects in the murder.

According to reports, when the police question the hotel management about the whereabouts of the student, they vehemently denied having the student as a guest, but upon further investigation, the police were able to establish that Timothy had lodged in the hotel for the night.

His body was eventually found in a blood-soaked bedsheet/blanket belonging to the hotel and buried in a shallow grave at the hotel premises, with some of his vital organs missing in a case of suspected ritual activities.

In as much as preaching abstinence has not really worked fully in stopping illicit sex among the genders, I think it's a lesser evil if those involved in illicit lifestyle make of some kind of protection against terrible shameful diseases that goes with such lifestyle. Some temptations are very very hard to overcome....Here is what happened to me 10mins ago

I was on my way back from work not quite long with absolutely nothing in my stomach n nothing in my wallet n no hope of going to work tomorrow,i was pretty much thinking how i will cope tonight without food,na to just lay on bed dey count ceiling o till sleep carry me go oo,as soon as i reached my busstop,From bus top to my place is far n normally i was supposed to carry bike home but because sapa don choke me,i decided to cut corners n trek home

I haven't walked 5mins when i entered one corner n saw a little girl of about 15years holding bunch of 1k notes n counting them n at d same time searching her body frantically,i saw her almost reduced to tears,my guess was she lost part of d money used to send her on an errand,i just walked past her n mind my business n left her searching
.
Suddenly,i looked down n saw 1k note,i bent low n picked it,with this 1k,I'm sorted for tonight n tomorrow,i will just get like 3h food for tonight n will ahve enuf for tomorrow transport to work,i was happy within me,but then at d same time,I'm quite sure dz is d money this little girl is looking for,what will be her fate if she doesn't eventually see that money,what if she is beaten to stupor? What if d money is meant for something really urgent n serious??what if d money is tied to another person life?what if n what ifs??

I had to just call d girl n gave her d money,she knelt down n thank me n left....deep down,i needed d 1k,but then I'm really glad i wasn't responsible for another person tears....i just smiled n walk on....this is a temptation that is hard to overcome but I'm really glad i overcame it

I noticed that my personal fund has been going into the business to keep it moving and now that I have exhausted my options, I am being left with the worries of paying my workers month end, because they don’t care and they will collect their pay whether there is work or not.

Today early this morning a client paid her cumulative debt of 25000 into my account and I was smiling Cos I know that I will be able to pay one rider month end. However, to my greatest, it is on this same day that my riders have brake pad issues, the need to change oils and the most annoying of all is that my phone fell off my hand on this same day o, so 25k in 25k out, I no even see shawarma bUy inside the money Cos I had to immediately go nd fix the screen of my phone .

A little boy was seen attending to his sister in the halls of a school environment while their mother sat for a test, IgbereTV reports.

In a video shared online, the boy is seen carrying and feeding his sister a bowl of pap.

The boy, who has obviously watched his mother do it multiple times, is seen taking spoonfuls of pap and tasting it first to check if it isn't too hot, before feeding his sister.

A childhood friend who works in the financial sector invited my family and I for his child's dedication. I honoured the invitation with my family but I observed that a section of the hall that was reserved for his colleagues was almost empty.

He was also not popular in church hence, only few members were present. The hall was about 20% filled. Thank God I went with my family at least we occupied space.

After the ceremony I asked his wife if he didn't inform his colleagues, she said " they hate him at the office, they hate him because he is in control/audit ". . She also said that " a lady has threatened my life once because, my husband investigated a case involving her and recommended that her services be terminated".

Hello guys,
am sure almost everyone here knows me (pretty boy) but none of you guys know wea I live and wea I came from,actually I live in jos Nigeria,but originally am a nìger boi (Arab).

So recently, I have decided to visit my country for the very first time mehn....
it's really fun,but I most be sincere 'Nigeria is still far better' infact none of the few cities in nìger can be compare to Lagos neither abj,anyway am still very much proud of my country.
I will be dropping some little pictures just little coz hav not been able to move around mehn am still tired like seriously,the journey was too long.

My observations-- children don't really know the value attached to education, like most don't even bother going to school atall.
-- Men marry alot of wives like 5,6 and so
--they don't really wear designers dress,they just put on jalamia,hijabs and all sort of scarfs
-- herdsmen over here are very peaceful,like they live like the normal Yoruba people in Nigeria
