The poster lacks what is called situational awareness and also tact.

1) Never ever struggle with an armed police officer anywhere in the world. Especially Nigeria, unless the IGP is there himself and press are there.

2) To live long you need to now know where and when to claim your rights.

Constitutional rights are violated all the time, even here in the US. Your backup is suing the individual police officers and department.

Nigeria doesn’t work that way you say? Then compose yourself and behave appropriately.

Change your haircut and mode of dressing. Look at Dangote, Otedola, Zuckerberg, see how they dress.

Be safe.

Right advise ,if really that's the way he appeared on the day as displayed by the picture attached, the SARS guy even pitied him to allow him go at the end of the day, if I am the SARS officer I I'll detain him into the police station for 2days do a thorough search of his residence and phone to pick out incriminating evidence, just imaging the guy coming here to blame SARS officer for doing his job,he does not know that even me at my age can pose as a corner,
1,how much them dey sell khaki for market
2.how much be white singlet for market
3.How much them dey take sew trouser from tailor

By the time you add all the above together you can spend up to N6,000.00,they even fake police uniform talk less of corper uniform

Dress the way you want to be addressed

isbish:
One thing I surely know about we Nigerians is that once a story comes up and its what we love, we believe it hook line and sinker...however, when it doesn't suit our narrative, we argue over it endlessly.

The crisis between Baru and Kachickwu has to do with ego between the two. When Kachickwu was the GMD and the State Min of Petroleum the first thing he did was to move Baru away to a position where he became irrelevant.

For some of you who have followed the story truthfully, you will know that Baru being the most senior then had hoped Buhari will make him the GMD but Buhari opted for Kachickwu an outsider instead and that affected Baru psychologically. As God will have it, Kachickwu usoped his power as GMD and state Min of petroleum by Raising memos as GMD and he could easily make PMB agree and sign without much eagle eyes Orr challenge.

Kachickwu had given so much contracts to his cronies and appointed into key positions his people to ease his runs but over time, it was clear that Buhari was silently allowing for the creation of another Diezieni and that was put to a halt by appointing Baru as GMD.

I don't have to explain how it would when you humiliate a person and suddenly he is back where he out to be.

Sadly to Kachickwu, KARMA is what has come to greet him.

You mean kachikwu's ego awarded contracts without due process and his ego also made unratified appointments.

Who exactly are you and where is your sense. Do you have a future or do you believe that Nigerian politicians have a plan for you. You better go for mental surgery. Nonsense.

Don't mind the yam head as if he was there when both of them were ego showing off ,we just come up with theories. That are not backed up by facts

I’m happy that others are taking time to get educated on this.

It’s practically free energy. If one follows proper steps and the right equipment.

The charge controller is the heart of the system and in my opinion needs to be the best that one can get.

Batteries are also very important but one can actually run solar without batteries. So batteries are secondary to a solar powered system.

One just has to do some me research online to see issues of solar fire. Firefighters were actual not even engaging those initially due to risk of electrocution.

My oga , I read some pages of the documents on solar energy sent, quite interesting, see deductions from what I have read so far

1. Solar energy is the best form of energy
2. To install a solar system involve lots of variables which should be taking into account to get maximum/optimized output
3.sourcing for solar panels, inverters, Chargers needs to be from credible source
4.Batteries are key components to take into account for maximum output, for house hold use go for the deep cycle while for grid tie installation go for lithium battery and accessories
5.installation of solar panel involves some angle of elevation calculation to be in consonance with the setting of f the sun

These are just few I can say so far, so one needs to be knowledgeable so as not not be decieved into buying substandard solar systems as original ones.

Thank you for the knowledge sharing

If you go Biafra, the young man's TSTV business will not survive as he would not have patronage.
How many of you will be able to afford the subscription if you all move to your Biafra and TSTV goes with you?

Phones / Re: Freetel Ice 2 Written Review: Meet the N13,000 Smartphone Google Promised Us by Flaghouse1: 12:41pm On Oct 03, 2017
MissTechy:
As far as the accessories are concerned, you only have your MicroUSB cable and Power Adapter.

Powering on the device takes about 28 seconds— it overtook the Infinix Zero 4 Plus to claim the third spot. (Images on MissTechy .com)

BUILD

The Ice 2 has an all plastic build and the back cover is removable, same as the battery. Therein lies the dual SIM card slot and a slot to put your MicroSD card. And trust me, you are going to need to need one because the Ice 2 has 8GB of Internal storage on paper and only 4.38GB available to use.

The Ice 2 is also light, coming in at 117g.

DISPLAY

As for the display, this is 4-inches, with a screen resolution of 480 x 800. As expected the colors are nowhere near great— they even appear washed out— but it gets the job done.

Sunlight visibility is okay provided you increase the brightness slider to the maximum.

SOFTWARE AND PERFORMANCE

The Freetel Ice 2 comes with an Android 7.0 out of the box, and thanks to the partnership with Google, you get a stock Android experience. However, it does come with a couple of bloatware — like TD Africa, MyMtn, and MTN Music— all of which can be uninstalled. Performance-wise, you get 1GB of ram and a processor that is clocked at 1.2GHz. As expected, the experience while using the device isn’t fast or smooth.

But it does the basic stuff like browsing the web, checking WhatsApp, and even playing a game or two (This would only work if you play one game at a time i.e. No other app must be in the app drawer when playing).

CAMERA

The Ice 2 comes with a 2MP back-facing camera and a 0.3 front-facing camera. So, if you were expecting “on-fleek” photos, you need this:

Of course, I took some pictures using the back camera.

As for the front camera, all I can say is this, do not use the front camera without enough light (Preferably daylight) so as to avoid your photos looking like this:

Another indoor shot with good lights:

BATTERY

The 1900mAh battery on the Ice 2 won’t last you up to 2 days of light use, but it can be used all through the day before charging.

Speaking of charging, it took about 2hours 50 minutes to charge the Ice 2 from 1% to 100%.

AUDIO:

You won’t get amazing sound from the speaker which has been placed at the back of the device. But you have the earphone jack.

BENCHMARK:

For those who are interested in benchmarks, it will interest you to note that the Ice 2 is better than the Hot 3 in this regard:

Surprised?

SENSORS

You only get the accelerometer and proximity sensors — nothing else.

CONCLUSION:

This Ice 2 doesn’t have the best qualities, or the best display, or the best anything for that matter, but it does the basic stuff and for a N13,000, it is not a bad bargain.

As always, let me know what you think?

Psst: Just to look for a bit of trouble, would you like if I gave this away or the Hot 5? Also, what do you think of Thorpe — one of my quadruplets— in the video?

Very balanced review in my own opinion

jnwankwo:
Another MMM Scam. Everybody beware.

These TSTV guys are actually reckless. I am really surprised that they brought the minister into this.
I believe that this is another MMM. Buyers beware. This is based on the following:
1. Bein sports acquired the EPL, Champions League and Laliga only for MENA (Middle East and North Africa). They do not have the right for Nigeria. DSTV owns the rights for Nigeria till 2019. You cannot give what you do not have. When a new service is launched, you have to wait for the next bidding round to have a shot at acquiring the rights. You cannot jump in the middle and start showing it. Things are not done that way in the PayTV world.

2.
A lot of channels listed like CNN, National Geographic, Discovery etc were acquired by DSTV on an exclusive basis for DTH in sub-saharan Africa by DSTV. Channels like Star Movies, MBC2, etc are only cleared for middle east and Asia. I really doubt that they have the rights to those channels. They may show it for one or two months before they are asked to take them off air.

3.
I check with a content aggregator on the cost per subscriber for these channels, assuming they can buy the rights, it came out the about 23 USD per month. That is excluding the sports channels. Based on today's naira exchange rate of 365 naira to a dollar, the cost is 8,395 Naira per subscriber. The content owners globally charge per month for their content. They do not charge per week or part of the month. The content owners dictate the terms. Nobody can pay 8395 Naira and charge 3000 Naira. Not possible.

4.
The cost of decoder package is as follows - decoder 25 USD, smartcard 4 USD, dish is 5 USD. Total is 34 USD (12410 naira). If we add shipping and clearing, you can get 15,000 Naira. To charge 5000 Naira for the package, you will need a lot of cheap money from bank to fund the decoder purchase. Buying 15,000 and selling 5000 sounds interesting to me.

5.
To do internet via satellite, you need VSAT equipment which is expensive compared to the dish/lnb you need to receive dstv. Minimum cost of vsat equipment should be not less than 50,000 Naira. If you use the traditional dish equipment, you can only receive. You cannot do internet with it. Unless TSTV will supply you 40,000 Naira vsat equipment for 5000 Naira.

6.
I went to lyngsat and checked the ABS 3A satellite, I did not see any information about any TSTV channels. Lyngsat is the database of all channels currently on satellite.

7.
When you launch a new DTH platform, you start with a test transmission. This allows you to work through some issues that might come up. It also gives people chance to see some of your channels to make sure they are real before committing their money. There is no test transmission from TSTV.

8. EFCC Fraud Charges
EFCC arrested this guy last year for fraud. Not credible.
http://motherhoodinstyle.net/2016/01/23/doctor-who-proposed-marriage-to-wifes-close-friend-4-months-after-her-death-dumped-after-hes-nabbed-by-efcc/

In conclusion, people should ask enough questions before investing their hard earned money. If it is too good to be true, it's probably is. Let this not be another MMM.

In as much as your points listed above seems plausible, I believe TSTV may have done test ruining of their transmission with some selected people to confirm the authenticity and reliability of Chanel's broadcast, also they would have done several underground arrangements which will never be released to the public (trade secret)

Calling TSTV an MMM replica does not seem sensible based on the credibility and intergrity of the owners/boards so you need to be PATRIOTIC for once that you see a competition that may broke e monopolistic tendencies of DSTV.

Some years back (2-3 years ago) a pay TV came on stream -ACTV which was very good in service delivery was actually matching to claim a spot in the NIgerian cable TV market but was shut doe due to the fact that it was linked to money laundering funds by government,in saner clime ACTV would not have been closed down instead AMCON should have taken over the firm and look for credible investors to continue running the business .

A look at your profile shows you just opened this account yesterday, is it for the purpose of blacklisting TSTV ?

So guy give TSTV benefit of doubt
