Its better called 'median bracket'. It could be made of precast concrete or metal railings,used to separate two roadways having opposite flow of traffic. You can mostly see this in major highways e.g. lagos-ibadan expressway,benin-ore expressway etc. I hope its clear?

No offence bro,but it will be a cold day in Hell before you get admitted for a PGD with pass. Nigeria/Nigerians and their grade issues. Pass is way too low for such admission. My humble advise is that you go for another HND or possibly a DE with your ND ie if you made at least an upper credit. No offence. Thanks
