Always test drive before buying!

I think your husband has to see a doctor first because there is nothing you can do here. Pre mature ejaculation is the worst because, even a little amount of foreplayy can cause leakage.

If he does not want to take drugs or see a doctor. Then start training him using Start and stop method.

If you are on top , do like 5 rides/strokes and stop. He rests for a few seconds and you continue.
If na oral same thing/, stop every 30 seconds and start again.
It's not the best but he lasts longer.
But the best option is that he visits a doctor.

Which one is start and stop method, Ma? Pardon my ignorance.

damzy88:
Hello everyone,

I went for an interview last week. The interviewer enquired about how much I was looking to earn. I said since it was entry level position, I believe there is a salary range and an amount fair to me is alright.

Did I make any mistake? I noticed the lady wanted me to be specific. I didn't want to look greedy.

It is a local exploration and production company.

Your opinions please?

No, you didn't make any mistake my brother. Since you don't know your worth, it's pardonable.

Thanks for your advice. You summed it up pretty well. The competition is INTENSE! Intense is probably an understatement. It's under such atmosphere that you need to watch your back incessantly it starts to bother on paranoia, lol.
Thanks though. I'll try not to be discouraged and press on. smiley

You are welcome. I wish you all the very best.

I have a thing that has been bothering me recently, so I want to share with you to seek advice.

I work in a segment of the financial industry where, to put it succintly, you don't make a mistake. Better put, you shouldn't make a mistake. It's not advisable. If you do make one mistake, you are most certainly gonna get fired. Everyone understands this and tries their best to adjust.

Work is complex and full of numerous procedures you have to learn through and through. It is expected that you should understand these procedures and try as much as possible not to make a mistake associated with human error. Now, unfortunately, I made a nasty mistake some weeks ago. But the company didn't release me. Before now, I had contributed quite significantly to boosting company revenues through some direct actions I took, and also in developing some creative financial solutions to help save a lot of money. Some of these financial solutions my company has made into businesses. One time, I managed to wring out a significant deal out of a tough client, and the parent company based in Houston rewarded me for this with an award. My thinking is that, they are not firing me because of these past achievements. I can't be too sure, so I'm still bracing for impact smiley

However, the deal is, a lot of people in the office are really beefing me right now. Some people have made only half a mistake and have been immediately fired. Lately, a lot more have been fired for quite other weird reasons, especially as we started losing work from oil clients. And I'm still standing, so it seems.

I have a strong feeling of an unfriendly atmosphere around my colleagues; and I spot some refusal to associate with me, especially as some of those who have been fired were involved in the same issue for which I got not more than a slap on the wrist. I don't like the feeling I get from others, and I'm really thinking of leaving the company.

But I have no other offers or job at the moment to go to.

It's obvious you have written your name on the firm's wall of fame. Note that not getting fired and the attitude of your colleagues clearly goes to attest to that fact. Don't be discouraged by that, be positive and move on. You shouldn't expect them to like you anyway, since the atmosphere of your work environment seems to promote some sort of competition among you guys. I have NEVER heard of anyone that left cos of perceived unfriendliness of colleagues. I hope the pay is cool and you enjoy what you are doing? Cos to me that's a few of the justified reason to resign. A friend ones told me when I was much pretty younger that I should try and get paid for doing what I love doing, even if the pay ain't cool, I gat the motivation. SUCCESS ma'am... The sky is your start point jare... Forget about BADBELLES!

Romance / Re: 10 Reasons To Marry A Female Doctor by frank043(m): 2:16pm On Sep 25, 2015
MrsPhyno:
1. Owo, kudi, ego. If she's not stinkingly rich grin, she will at least be financially stable. /walks away singing owo ni koko/

2. She no only make brain, she get brain! To be a doctor, you pretty much HAVE to be smart. I mean who's gonna let a dullard prescribe drugs or deliver their baby or cut them open??!! So a female doctor will most definitely be a brainiac. A wise man would want a wife like this to pass down excellent genes to his children. cool

3. She no dey fear.... Well at least not bodily issues. She's seen almost every nasty thing one can see about the human body. So that ur nasty boil angry won't make her vomit angry

4. She work past pack mule Medicine no send whether you be female, pregnant, delicate, sensitive, etc. angry If you're a doctor you must work hard, stay up all night, do long hours, think on your feet. So a female doctor can never be lazy and must be diligent. Being hardworking is a great trait for a wife.

5. Their mouth sweet pass lacasera This isn't well known, but female doctors are excellent talkers. They can go from talking dirty to discussing the flaws in Buhari's new government. They can handle most topics because they have a lot of exposure. This kind of wife is fun because you guys will always enjoy gisting.

6. They can keep you (and your kids) safe They know which medicine to take, what is the sign of so-and-so infection, they know which animal is poisonous, in fact they can even save your life with CPR! How many men's wives can do that?!

7. They appreciate life I mean, We all do. But the female doctor has a unique perspective. As a female, she probably brought a life or two into the world (gave birth to her own kids). As a doctor, she probably witnessed a number of deaths. So she gets this amazing perspective on life that few have and that enables her to treasure her family that much more.

8. She no dey nag I know I know. It sounds too good to be true. But how, after working so hard, taking care of you and the kids; she wan come find time to dey nag about nonsense. She won't even have energy.

9. They fine dieee This one maybe a bit of hyping sha grin grin But truly truly. I've never met an ugly female doctor before. They are always either beautiful or at least okay. Besides with their intelligence and white coats, they always seem to have some sex appeal even if they're not thaaat pretty.

10. Sex They sabi anatomy wellaaaaar. Need I say more wink

Well her masters distinction has cleaned off whatever supposed stigma she had. And if erudite scholars praised her dissertation and asked that she look into lecturing line, then the sky is surely her limit, 2.2 or not.

I wish her all the very best. With the MSc(DISTINCTION), she will go places. Let her just apply to a few of the available overseas PhD scholarships and leave this country before they bad belle her DISTINCTION with her 2.2, cos I sense it happening. It's just a few Nigerians that really value academic excellence.

Why?
Then what happens to my innocent and young cousin who was frustrated in 400L and eventually finished with a strong 2.2 of 3.45 CGPA in a Federal Uni.

And she has gone for her masters also in a Federal Uni and her external examiner told her she will be doing the world a disservice if she does not impart her knowledge to others via lecturing (she got a distinction).

In Nigeria, the truth is not everyone who had a 2.2 or even 3rd class is a dullard. It is sometimes a result of bad choices or even lecturer frustration.

Nobody is saying your cousin or whom ever is a dullard. The fact and stigma there is that she finished with a 2.2. The key difference between a 2.1 and a 2.2 is that a 2.1 graduate is given an opportunity to be listened to, while it's quite rare in the case of a 2.2. Most times, 2.2 graduates perform way better than 2.1 graduates, that I'm sure. There are lots of 1st class and 2.1 graduates out there, and by natural law, applications and privilege go down the pyramid.

Also I have plans to apply for my MEng this month but I'm thinking if I should wait and use TETFUND but I'm thinking it may bounce since I have a 2.2
Lord help me.

I'm very sorry to say this, you don't know enough to INCULCATE. This has nothing to do with CGPA. It not all about getting the position with or without a 2.2. Most people parading themselves as lecturers don't know enough, they even got the job with worse grades. I stand to be corrected! Now, listen to yourself, with just a bachelor's, and most probably, no relevant work experience, you want to teach, TEACH WHAT my brother?!!! Anyway, the educational system is already in topsy-turvy. Go and join them and pollute it the more...Bunch of mediocres. NONSENSE.

Perfect!
My dear, pls tell me what's perfect there? You think it's just in private schools that defilement/rape and other social vices happen? It's worse in PUBLIC SCHOOLS. It's so bad that it happens there like a normal everyday activity... To cut a long story short, interview a corps member serving in any public school and hear their sordid revelation. The only solution is prosecuting them, by making sure they get JAILED (or better still, castrate them. That's the only language 'junior' understands... LOLZ). If they want to shutdown schools based on this, let them be ready to shutdown all the schools in Lagos. I'm not a private school owner, and forget sentiments, I'm only being objective in my views as a concern Nigerian. No offence, pls. How is your day going? wink

I bet my account balance, it's his intention to relocate the church, but instead, he has chosen to hide beneath his aids and on the guise that it's close to his bedroom and kitchen... What a useless excuse. The way we Christians despise hell is similar to how moslems despise Christians and anything that has to do with them.

In fact, I want this same pattern to follow in the appointment of ministers, So that we the wailers will be vindicated.

Take a look at the quote the poster above me wrote, This is coming from Ahmadu Bello himself, Do you think Buhari is not a true Fulani?...Do you think he'll not tow the same route as that jihadist Ahmadu Bello??

A zoo indeed. [/quote

If he tries to tow that exact same route, what happened to Bello will happen to him.... I guess we all know what happened to Bello?

Were you expecting several F16s to fly behind the presidential jet to Abuja? Anyways Buhari was invited by the US and he has gotten commitment from one of our allies to help fight Boko Haram and return stolen funds.

You think the US will help? The US government doesn't venture into any deal that they don't stand to gain 100%. Check out all the African countries they have been to and see how they have turned into a war zone. Making a deal with the US government is like eating with the devil... Eat with a pretty long spoon. Anyways, I'm not against progress, but I advice that the Nigerian government be extra careful.
