Josade69:I regret to hear your study VISA was rejected. I would suggest you order your GCMS note as soon as possible, so we could have a clearer picture to the factual reasons behind your VISA Rejection. I will assist you in my little way, but do your best to share your profile here and the generic reasons that were stated on your refusal letter. It shall end in praises |
bennyg24:Attach and upload all financial statements including yours in the - Proof of Means of Financial Support Column. |
ndubuisi1213:Using him as your in-laws friend wouldn't be feasible. It's more logical if you present him as your maternal uncle and provide the listed documents in my previous post to substantiate your claims. |
Mariesio:A week before the exam is still good. |
ndubuisi1213:You can use him as your uncle and get adequate documents to support your claims. These documents includes - birth certificates, family tree, proof of history/ongoing financial support from him, payment of the fees and transfer of living expenses into a domiciliary Account in your name. |
Kjoy:For paper route applicants, you're expected to fill and date the forms using a system/desktop. Afterwards you print out the forms and sign with a pen. |
Kjoy:The difference between the two forms imm5646 and imm5707e, is that the IMM5626 family form made provision for siblings details. Whilst, the IMM5707E doesn't have such provision. You can fill either of the two forms it's acceptable. For paper route you're to fill imm5707e because that's what is provided on IRCC website. As per your second question, the IMM5832E is referred to as study permit questionnaire. You're to print out this form (page 18-19) and fill by hand. |
justwise:Hello @Justwise, I humbly wish to appeal the case of AYOOLA03 a pioneer member of this honourable thread who you recently banned from contributing on the thread for couple of days now. She has extensively explained to me the reasons behind her dismissal from the thread. Thus, I would like to inform you that AYOOLA03's intentions of coming back here is solely to assist applicants whose visas were rejected and weren't ulterior as you perceived. She is only using this medium as a way of giving back to the thread and also to further guide prospective/future applicants the right step to follow once they arrive Canada so they won't make same costly mistakes she had made when she arrived Canada. @Justwise, I can understand that we have had sad experiences on this thread in the past where a particular moniker (I won't mention names due to reasons best known to me), began to dupe people of their hard earned money all in the name of assisting them to order for their GCMS notes within Canada. Since then, it has been a principle on this thread that applicant's should be responsible in getting their GCMS notes after a visa rejection and no room for advertisement of third party GCMS websites on the thread. Sadly As a consequence, I sincerely appeal that Ayoola03 should be given the chance to contribute her quota on this thread, as her valuable experiences in Canada would be of utmost importance in enabling this thread and it's members flourish. Ayoola03 intention of coming back to this thread is genuine and not the other way around. Thanks as I await a favourable consideration of my request. High Regards, Frankrobben1 |
kcosam:No. You can book your exam a month before the exam date |
Martinomi:During the course of processing your study permit/visa, the visa officer will request for an updated letter of acceptance prior to a passport request/visa issuance. Martinomi:You got the VISA already! Congrats. Fall session commenced a week ago. You may want to defer your Admission to the winter term, so you could have ample time to prepare for your trip as well as put things together before departing to Canada. I have been so busy lately, hence my inactive mode on the thread. I received your PM, I have responded to your request. |
Martinomi:You got no reason to be scared! Your application falls under cases that varies. I would advice you wait for a few days before sending a CSE to the immigration office in charge of your application... Hopefully you should receive a PPR soon. By the way, what's your resumption date? |
olalemii:The pay doesn't actually matter to the visa officer. Getting a study leave from a company here in Nigeria, shows that your prospects back home would remain extremely high after the acquisition of your program in Canada and chances of securing a higher position in the company is great as well. Thus, I would suggest you include it and hope for the best. |
Martinomi:Generally, when medical exam is requested and updated as passed, BVL notification comes within (1-4weeks), followed by an approval which can happen within the space of 30mins-72hrs. However, in some cases this varies. |
Harvest09:Check Memorial University of Newfoundland |
4PeaceNProgress:It's mostly taken in Nigeria as a paper base test. 75k for British Council 68k for IDP. |
Ayodeji786:Congratulations to you @Ayodeji786. We hope to see more TRV approvals here soon. |
mumnadine:You can apply for your spouse and kids to come over to Canada immediately you arrive Canada provided you or husband have adequate funds to cover their stay and property documents evidencing that your family is well-established in Nigeria. |
Anywherebuthere:The op is a Nigerian and not a foreigner. As you can see he made mention of WAEC. So I advised him based on his question. |
Ojasope1: nne79:Refer to this POST FOR SAMPLE OF RESUME AND COVER LETTER. |
bamangar:If you're using WES, it's a mandatory requirement that you will evaluate both your WAEC and Degree certificate at same time. You can try ICES or IQAS these organizations don't require your high school diploma (WAEC) prior to evaluation. |
ybahrbz91:The answer is YES, a student who is on a study permit in Canada can apply for PR under AIPP stream, provided that the student is able to secure a genuine job offer from any of the designated employers in the Altantic provinces of Canada. Refer to this POST FOR SAMPLE OF RESUME AND COVER LETTER. |
julietpearl:Refer to this POST FOR SAMPLE OF RESUME AND COVER LETTER. |
Zzzz1234:CHECK IF THIS MATCHES WHAT YOU SEEK CONCERNING FAMILY TIES. |
nonipeter:It's cost 42,225k in naira for online reapplication. |
Jola17:In the case that you're unable to pick up your passport at the VFS within the specific period of time given to you (1-2 weeks). Your passport will be transferred to the immigration of Nigeria. You know what that means? You will incur huge charges before you can get your passport back. That's why it's advisable to pick up your processed passport in time whenever you receive a correspondence mail from VAC. |
vinz0499:The Visa Officer, Deputy High Commission of Canada, 4 Anifowose Street, Victoria Island, Lagos State, Nigeria. Dear Sir/Madam, |
Happy New Month Nairalanders. I see many applicants on this thread getting medical requests and PPR!!!!!!! |
MadeInTokyo:Oh! My bad! I don't think so. As there is no NOC under AIPP for legal practitioners. |

Ajibimi:AIPP is an employer's driven program and you don't need the assistance of an Immigration consultant or lawyer. The process is straight forward once you've successfully secured a job offer from any of the Altantic Designated Employers. |
BeefWeb:First and foremost, you need to secure Admission into any of the Canada's DLI. Once that is done, gather the required documents, fill out the forms and proceed for the visa application. There is exam to be taken by an undergraduate student. Also, there is no scholarship opportunities for an undergraduate degree. Your Sponsor will be sole responsible for your tuition and upkeep throughout the 4 years duration of your stay in Canada. |
endee1996:For sure! So long as you've made considerable arrangements for the baby over there and also show adequate funds to cover for the child's stay in Canada. |
