However, my only concern is the value of that N150k ($93) in few weeks from now due to the high inflation. I understand the guy needs to cultivate the habit of saving, but saving in Naira is something I don't usually recommend. Please I'm not trying to discourage the young man from saving, saving is very good. The day the N10m (about $50,000 @N200/dollar) I kept in money market turned to $20,000 ($20,000), I knew it was a foolish idea keeping money in Naira. Today, that N10million is now $6,200 (N1,613/$) from the initial $50,000 in 2014. I forecast this to drop further to $5,500.

Right now I'm a cumpulsive gambler.

Where I currently work, the pay is 65k.
Since March myself and my colleague are doing 30k monthly contribution & we are six in numbers.

Next week is salary pay day which is 65k + 150k(contribution money) since it is my turn to pack but I'm scared coz Gambling has taken charge of my entire being.

Please how do I make judicious use of the fund coz deep down u know that gambling will take some percentage of the money and I'm a kind of person that hates loosing money.
Should Gambling take a part from it I might ended up giving the entire money to them.

Please what should I do to avoid such disaster from happening?

This week Saturday is our baby's naming ceremony but my wife is insisting that her pastor must be the one officiate the naming the child, we've been disagreeing over this for some couple of days now,

she has called me all sorts of names, insulted me that I'm a very wicked man that I have no conscience, that after she pain and tearing she went through and still going through, I can't make this as a sacrifice for her, that I choose my family over her. She said so because my family also insist too that the naming must be done by our pastor.

But she's keying on the fact that she won't agree for the naming to be done in my church that it must be done by her pastor, she has cried and insulted me regarding this. Yesterday when we were arguing about this same particular issue she starting crying endlessly and calling me a wicked man.

I have finally agreed for her to use her pastor to do the naming, although I don't know her pastor and haven't seen him before, but I only agreed because of the CS operation she did while giving birth, her endless crying might affect her, if not there's absolutely no way possible I'd have agreed.

I must say that she doesn't know the repercussions of what sha has done by challenging my authority and always wanting to have her way with tears all the time. But time sha tell, I'm in so much rage right now, and I'm trying my possible best to control myself and not to loose my anger over this.

I am 33 years old and I swear, I have failed the brotherhood and I pray I forgive myself and move on for good.

I have been in a messy breakup with my ex girlfriend of 4 years relationship that ended of which I orchestrated. After she demanded I pay part of her pressing need of over 200K, I declined to see how she will react because I suspected she could be rude if I didn't. She ended up doing exactly as I thought and later apologized. But my ego was so her that I still told her it was over between us for being rude to me and especially because in the next 3 days she didn't call me or text or whatever.

She didn't say anything after I told her is over, she then called after 3 days to ask of how I am, I became very rude to her and said silly things to her due to my pumping anger and ego. Ever since I have been the one trying everything on earth to get her back to my life. She moved on with a new guy after 2 weeks of our breakup.

I have knelt, traveled for 10 hours to see her and apologize, I have sent her even some money. Is 6 months but still my heart is still so disturbed and I keep crying.

I have met 5 girls since our breakup but my heart don't wanna love them and I prefer my ex to them. I even met a certified nurse and she's serious and even beautiful but I still see my real connection is to my ex.

Now if I call her she tell me to get out of her phone, that I talk too much, that I am stupid, that I am a horrible person God saved her from, that I am very stupid.

This girl has insulted me to stupor yet I still can't seem to get over her. There’s this girl I have been dating for a couple of months now, we are planning on settling down soon. She was diagnosed with PCOS couple of years ago before I met her, had a surgery and one of her ovaries were removed. Though she still ovulates and sees her period, I am kind of worried if there will be any issues in the future.

The medicine works for the short periods I take them and then after awhile, I will notice the rashes come back again. I'm tired already.. please is there anyone with similar issues and can help on how they dealt with it.

Please I need some advice.
We live in PH, and have 4 kids. The oldest is 10 while the youngest is 6. I give my wife 700k every month, and this includes general upkeep and maintenace and fuelling of our car (Lexus 330). I don't drive the car (I dey leg, while she uses it to run around, which includes school runs and her business).

I no dey chuk eye for her business. Bu I am getting frustrated as she still makes me believe that the money is not enough. I pay electricity bill (band A) and house rent (3m pa) yet every now and then she puts bills on my head. It is driving me crazy.

When I tell her to list out her expenses so I plan with her, she picks offence. I am really tired of the whole thing and don't know how else to approach the issue without causing too much problem. I know some men whose salaries are 250k-300k in PH, yet they are surviving.
