MichaelDuf:Well, am a scientist. Chris is wrong about the lockdown. Situations would have worsened if not for the lockdown. Lockdown is not the cure but preventive measures in curbing the virus. I read the article in the link u sent me. It didn't prove Chris right..closing of school and crowded areas are part of lockdown which has prove efficient. Below is the headline of the screenshot u sent me. It doesn't prove Chris right as far as the lockdown is concern (globally speaking).
|
ogatboy:Chris is wrong about the lockdown.. but as for the facemask: facemask can't protect against coronavirus...FACT. It is simple science...but if u need explanation.. check out credible sources online: u can also check the link below https://www.livescience.com/amp/are-face-masks-effective-reducing-coronavirus-spread.html Where he's is wrong is that..while it may not protect people from it..it reduces the risk of unknowingly spreading the decease through sneezing or coughing. But again most people take of their mask to cough or sneeze. People can contract the virus even with face mask..so best practice is to maintain social distancing, watch hands regularly. wear facemask in crouded places to avoid someone accidentally sneezing into ur face and most importantly; don't go out unless you have to. |
emmnprince:He didn't mention the reason but it is quite obvious for science students. The problem is that this part of the world (Nigeria), when u send children to school..they just go play and play and then maybe smoke weed b4 returning home with empty heads. That is why people are busy insulting him. Here are some of the obvious reasons he is driving at: 1. The coronavirus is around 100 nanometer in size (diameter). For the layman.. this is about 0.00005cm. 2. The pores (openings) in our skin is vary from person to person and can get as wide as 250 micrometers (0.025) to 500nanometer (0.05cm) The first point shows that the virus is almost weightless (in a layman view) and thus can defy gravity for a long time and stay afloat in the air. The duration it can stay in the air depend on the size of the droplets it is attached to. 1.e should someone sneeze into the air, the virus can stay up there for quite sometimes depending on the size of the droplets. It could be days or weeks. The second point ( main point behind pastor Chris science statement). A simple mathematical comparison of the figures above simple show that the virus can easily enter through our body pores. Again the eyes are wide open for the virus enter. Face mask (even surgical masks) are made to prevent sprays or large droplets not stuffs that are much more micro in size. There is a special protective gear for high nanometer-level size particles. Note: These categories of viruses (coronavirus) are so small. Even the modern day optical microscope with it's highest resolution of around 200nanometers can't see some strains of coronavirus. So it is embarrassing to scientifically say wearing facemask protect people from coronavirus. Let mi stop here and not borther you with much scientific details. THE MAIN ADVANTAGE OF THE FACE MASK IS THAT COVID 19 PATIENCE CANT SNEEZE INTO THE AIR AS THEY NORMALLY WOULD WITHOUT FACE MASK TO REDUCE THE SPREAD. so it is a little helpful if everyone is on facemask..but covering one's mouth during sneezing is almost thesame thing. For the anti-religious warlocks that will wrongfully quote me. Don't waste your time b/c I don't respond to emotional/abusive arguments. |

knowledgeable:The only major problem I have found in most Igbos (not all) is the inability to man up and own up to their mistakes. To them Everything good is Igbo, anything bad is other tribe. No tribe can successfully live in peace among people with this kind of mentality. Thus, trusting them becomes hard. Every tribe has it's own good and bad. The Yoruba's don't give a fvvck about the Igbos or the Hausa. I don't know much about the Hausa but I think they don't give a fvvck too and am sure the Igbos don't give a fvvck too. Stop acting like someone is out go get you...be more open, forgiving and learn to accept your own shit instead of pushing it to others. Then other tribe will start trusting Igbos in general. But with guys like you pushing the revenge card always..it makes it harder for your politicians to form strong alliances. Note: My write-up is not intended to upset anyone...it just my experience n my thoughts. I have a lot of good Igbo friends and have lived and schooled in the SE region and enjoyed my time there. |

The earlier they stop this nonsense of burying Covid-19 victims immediately due to religious practices the better. Even developed countries don't released the bodies for immediate burial. Proper arrangement has to be made |
He whose house is on fire doesn't chase after rats. Let's focus on our corrupt leaders first b4 we talk about the World leaders. |
piamily:L l, it quite funny because ladies sometimes mistake me for this kind of person.WHY NOT JUST ASK HIM?. YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED THAT THE ANSWER CAN BE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT U THINK. Every1 has his or her own problems which varies in sizes. If u are truely interested in him..then there should be no problem asking him. Besides his answer might be of help to u. Most guys would rather get into ur pants b4 losing interest in you. Maybe it is not that he is less interested but rather he is not meeting up with ur expectations. Again there might be some obstacles he is seeing but you on your own do not see. But on a general note, it is not a bad thing to show a guy interest.. but don't just throw yourselve to guys b/c everyone's maturity and interpretation is different. Some may think that u are too cheap. Some might already have a girlfriend and just like u and want to be friend only and nothing more. |

The only thing remaining now is to award Nigeria a Nobel Price in Corruption. Nigerians has seen it all..nothing new under the sun. |
Seebrian:U are most welcome |
Seebrian:The engine for Honda Odyssey are not well built compared to other Honda engines. The Odyssey engine often break down a lot. That is why their resale value is very low (1.e used ones come with very low price). Don't buy an Odyssey if you are looking for a car that will last for a longtime with little or no serious repairs. I would advice you to get a Toyota sienna that is in good shape...off course it is more expensive but it will last for a very long time with little or no serious repair. And it resale value is pretty good in case you decide to resell it. Here is a video of a mechanics explaining why you should not buy a Honda Odyssey: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RNAguz30SXk |
Tips to buying new car that will last long: 1. Buy a car that is cheaper to maintain and repaired when it breaks down. Go for Toyota or Honda products (don't go for Honda Odyssey). 2. Buy a car with less electronics. Key fob, power lift this n that is good but when the car starts having electrical problem..it will violate rule no 1. 3. Don't buy a hybrid car. Yes hybrid gives u a lot of fuel economy but when they break down, parts are scarces and very expensive. Remember say na 9ja u dey..even in developed countries.. hybrid car mechanics are hard to find. 4. Buy a car with appreciable ground clearance if u are going to be riding in areas with bad roads. |
Most people make this mistake. What you need is God not man. Man can decieve but God doesn't. Put your trust in God

L l, after 10 minute into the prayer..me I go jejely sidon eat my food. I no send anybody! |
Trump talks a lot so it's quite easy for the media and bloggers to misquote him. One of his experts carrying out research on the coronavirus said "sun light and heat kills the virus quickly". Trump only asked if there is a way to use that as a cure by introducing such internally (I.e inside the body) or externally. He said that is interesting. Watch the video and listen to what trump said personally not what the media is reporting. Election time is near, so this guys are just playing politics. |
domDva:There are fake Men/Women of God this days and it will continue like that till the end. Even Jesus said it in this scriptures: Matthew 7:22-23 22 On that day many will say to me, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and cast out demons in your name, and do many mighty works in your name?’ 23 And then will I declare to them, ‘I never knew you; depart from me, you workers of lawlessness.’ The real documented evidence you need is in the Bible. If you don't believe what is in the Bible then you cannot believe whatever evidence that is given to you in recent times. The problem with us Africans is that we don't really understand the scriptures. We practice religion the wrong way. In times of problem most of us just sit down and pray for God's help. We forgot that God has given us the ability to solve most of our problems. So as we pray we also need to get to work and put our God-given brain to work. |
michlins:OK..I get ur point, I thought u are just trying to discredit him base on his idea. Though a less insulting advice might be better. But anyway...now I understand ur point. |
C..why the white folks will always be master to the blacks. They are trying hard to understand COVID 19 and provide solution. We are here killing ourselves for land. Land wey we come meet for this word..na him we they claim. Why can't we leave together... let peace reign Too many tribal warlock in here..here is a brief history of Igala people.

michlins:Everyone has his/her own opinion wheather intelligent or otherwise. The guy just made his own known. U claim to be intelligent yet has nothing to contribute to the topic rather than insult people trying to contribute. U can insult me too..I don't care and won't borther replying u. your type full 9geria (I 2 know them) |

pode:Don't be too in a haste to judge what you don't really know about. The measurement u are using is base on someone from the outside. This is a part of a big organization.. not just a small church that u can quietly do stuff and no body will ask questions. Accountability and Trabsparency matters a lot. Problems arises when you use donated funds without proper transparency (take a look @9ja govt). U have to make it clear enough to reduce unnecessary questions and allegations .. if it is personal WITHOUT involving the Diocese then u can decide to do it in secrecy and no one will question you (or peoples questions on misappropriation of funds won't bother you). The Bible verse you quoted is about showboating which is an act of showing-off. It should not be mistaken with transparency.. When you become head of a big organization you will get my point. |
