Go to a registry and get a fresh marriage certificate. Anything is possible in Nigeria. But if you choose to still use the previous one you have @naijainstict has answered that. No need to duplicate answers.

Precocious nonsense! I've been teaching for close to 10 years before I founded my school. All together that will make it close to twenty years I've been in this profession. If I see a ten year old kid I will tell you. We can't be deceived by that. There are too many things that gave her away. One is her height, her breast, the innocence in her face. A ten year old kid always look babyish in the face no matter how tall they may look ( that is if she happens to be tall). I even have pictures of some 10 year old kids on my phone when we were celebrating culture day but I don't want to share it. That girl is not 10. There is no medical explanation for that

Look, as a parent, once you send your child off to school, the absolute duty to safekeep and protect the child rests with the school. The parents are not to blame in anyway here because the incident happened far away in Dubai while the child was in custody of the school or through its superintendents (here teachers or other school workers). The video I saw was not that of 10 years old. Something is going on somewhere. It's either what is being shared is fake or the girls true age is not known. I have kids that are within the ages of 10 so I know a 10 year old when I see one. The video being circulated is not child pornography but adult porn.

You were very lucky. In today's private school you can be arrested for slapping a student regardless of what the student's offence was. I've not seen the video but I believe what you said here because of this:
The first is that the woman said when she got home, they beat the girl. You ask yourself, why would they be beating a girl that was raped?

Two, our Nigerian parents are trash. Now they are looking for whom to blame for lack of proper home training. I've been in a situation where I disciplined an eleven year old kid(boy) for touching another kid (girl) inappropriately and forcefully. The reactions of parents to say the least was shocking. It was when we got to the station that the DPO was happy with my reaction and scolded the parents involved. The DPO even gave me his number and told me to call him in case they decided to take the case further.

Morality is gone in Nigeria.

The truth is that your family is not in order. As much as you don't want to hear it, the properties belong to your father. Anyone advising you to fight this case with good lawyers is not advising you properly. What if your dad also secures the services of a good lawyer or a better one. If they were legally married it will be difficult to drag it with him.

It also appears your dad is not a reasonable man, otherwise you wouldn't be dragging it with him in the first place even if it was explicitly stated in the will that you own it.

Nigeria's roads were trash in the 90's . When OBJ assumed power he noticed the toll gates were not remitting what they were supposed to. As a matter of fact what they were remitting was almost zero and the federal government was been accused of not doing enough. Also the FG was sponsoring the entire maintenance of roads which was not supposed to be the case hence he cancelled the tolled gates since they had become useless. But the underlying truth here is that the toll gates were yielding funds, it was just that some group of people were not remitting to the government as it was supposed to be. In the end the government was responsible for the total maintenance of roads. Your argument should go along this line not blabbing

How did you arrive at the conclusion that the roads are worse since tolling was cancelled? I don't get you, is it that you are trying to play politics about this issue or you are genuinely naive as to the reason our roads are not properly maintained.

Tolling has nothing to do here but majorly corruption. Let me give an example: if the tolling fee is supposed to be for maintenance of roads and the person who collects the tolling fee uses the money to build mansions for himself and bribe those he is supposed to settle and your road remains in a deplorable state, what will you do?

Isn't it obvious to him that Nigeria is fundamentally unfixable. To fix Nigeria, there are some harsh, unpopular policies that need to be executed and promoted nationwide. One of them is : to aggressively slow down population growth. Another is : coming to realization that Nigeria is not a very rich country, and taking active steps to foster industrialization so that taxation can be more aggressive.
