Is there any part of my post that gives you the impression that I'm not into politics? This is an anonymous forum so let's leave it at that. You can assume anything about me that you like.

My main point is that we should not come online and start lying to the public because we want to sell a candidate. Children who are not yet matured will one day see this and assume some of them to be true.

Nigeria's roads were trash in the 90's . When OBJ assumed power he noticed the toll gates were not remitting what they were supposed to. As a matter of fact what they were remitting was almost zero and the federal government was been accused of not doing enough. Also the FG was sponsoring the entire maintenance of roads which was not supposed to be the case hence he cancelled the tolled gates since they had become useless. But the underlying truth here is that the toll gates were yielding funds, it was just that some group of people were not remitting to the government as it was supposed to be. In the end the government was responsible for the total maintenance of roads. Your argument should go along this line not blabbing

How did you arrive at the conclusion that the roads are worse since tolling was cancelled? I don't get you, is it that you are trying to play politics about this issue or you are genuinely naive as to the reason our roads are not properly maintained.

Tolling has nothing to do here but majorly corruption. Let me give an example: if the tolling fee is supposed to be for maintenance of roads and the person who collects the tolling fee uses the money to build mansions for himself and bribe those he is supposed to settle and your road remains in a deplorable state, what will you do?

Not everyone is a teen here. In the nineties roads were been tolled especially that of the federal government. Did that lead to well maintained roads? Why did you think tolling was cancelled in the first place?

The declaration for Presidency by Osibanjo is borne out of nothing but greediness. C'mon, this man has been in Aso rock for almost 7 years and spent about 1 of it being the President.

Isn't it obvious to him that Nigeria is fundamentally unfixable. To fix Nigeria, there are some harsh, unpopular policies that need to be executed and promoted nationwide. One of them is : to aggressively slow down population growth. Another is : coming to realization that Nigeria is not a very rich country, and taking active steps to foster industrialization so that taxation can be more aggressive.

Osibanjo himself knows he can't fix Nigeria, who is he deceiving?

A person who has never held any position of authority in Aso rock can still pardoned for thinking they can fix Nigeria on the basis of ignorance.

If you say no. There must be a way forward. The present structure is not working. It's designed just to enrich the leaders and make the states weak in very important areas like security and power.

That is why the struggle for resource control is still the best. For me confederalism would be better but no Nigeria leader will openly accept that. It has to move bit by bit. I think the fight for resource control should be the starting point.

I'm sorry the NIMC app cannot do what I described above. Or did you not read what I wrote? Or probably you didn't understand it. NIMC app only displays phone numbers that you linked to it using the app not through other methods. Which means if someone links his or her phone to your NIN at Ibadan and you are in Jos and you have the app, you can't see the linked number neither can you unlink it. This is a security loophole they should look at.

There is supposed to be a way to check how many phone numbers are linked to a NIN by the owner. And if you find a strange number attached to your NIN you deregister it.

I think it's the people who are not well informed. A governor of a state is more powerful than a vice president. Think about this. We already have the FEC that should comprise of members from the 36 states, Governors from 36 states. If this does not solve the problem then expanding the VP slot will not make any difference.

See I can't type. What I said requires careful planning in different phases. I can't start explaining the phases and plans here as even you will get bored of reading the lengthy note. We could have achieved what I said above if we had remained neutral in this conflict and maintain our stance of non-aligned nation. Then putting the interest of Nigeria first, we would have the opportunity to render assistance to Russia. Trust me they would have loved what we had to offer. And in exchange they would have developed some technology for us that could help the country. But all that is now wishful thinking as our president has made his stand known. What a foolish set of leadership God blessed us with.

For those quoting me talking of electricity. ask yourself why we cannot develop coal and industrialize the country? The reason is because Nigeria is a signatory to some bullshit agreement with the west not to use coal as a source of energy because of global warming. Russia was against this agreement and claimed it was a means of enslaving the 3rd world countries. This is one of what I'm trying to explain above. This is the opportunity to cut off from that agreement and ask Russia for assistance in developing coal and move further from here. Damn the consequences of global warming. This is one of what I said I couldn't type, there are more of these.

NYSC does not have business with statement of result or certificate. What I wrote in my previous post was about certificate, what you posted was about statement of result. Hence I said you should read properly next time. I also explained that the person in question had NYSC, the only issue was the result which he got a letter as a back up for. Also let me sound this with the kind of questions I'm getting here: I hope you guys know that a statement of result has expiry date? I'm not bitter my guy, weather hot!

Oga you don't need those nonsense mentioned above. You are not the first in this type of situation. If for any reason your employer begins to doubt you being a graduate, producing ID cards and all that is meaningless because even some dropout have these.

What you are to do is to go back to your school, since you say the fault is theirs. Go to the exams and records department and get a letter confirming you as a graduate but for whatever reason not been issued certificate. The letter is usually addressed as "To whom it may concern". I know someone who screened in immigration recruitment using this method.
