Two, our Nigerian parents are trash. Now they are looking for whom to blame for lack of proper home training. I've been in a situation where I disciplined an eleven year old kid(boy) for touching another kid (girl) inappropriately and forcefully. The reactions of parents to say the least was shocking. It was when we got to the station that the DPO was happy with my reaction and scolded the parents involved. The DPO even gave me his number and told me to call him in case they decided to take the case further.

Anyone advising you to fight this case with good lawyers is not advising you properly. What if your dad also secures the services of a good lawyer or a better one. If they were legally married it will be difficult to drag it with him.

It also appears your dad is not a reasonable man, otherwise you wouldn't be dragging it with him in the first place even if it was explicitly stated in the will that you own it.
