The father didn't know his son's death will attract such a public outcry for justice. He won't have approved they hurriedly bury him.

He was on a substance ..... perhaps on an empty stomach.... he was administered a treatment on empty stomach with perhaps alcohol and possibly drugs. His death could have been from medical error of negligence.
