Plz I need your advice folks.
I'm newly married. Before I married,I got a government teaching job in the east. My husband stays in Lagos but I stay in one of the states in the east. We got married in January this year and since then it's been difficult for us because of the distance. My husband is doing a good job in Lagos. I'm just afraid of relocating and staying idle at home,coupled with the fear of losing a government job that is pensionable. My friends and colleagues advised me to continue with my work and visit him during the holidays but some advised against such. And I believe that can only happen when the divorced peacefully not with battle

And from what I just asked about custody the highest earner must pay the lower earner alimony and child support no matter how many times you carry them,child support is fixed on how much you earn
And the experience of your lawyer also helps alot

And the court must always award child support to the one with custody

That running away thing only works when you don't have children if you have children,he go purge you and if you run hope you know without a legal divorce you can't remarry and if you die lass lass na your legal spouse na own everything you get
