Take another example of Governor of Edo state, Adams Oshiomole. He's always in the news quoting missing billions of naira and accusing Okonjo Iweala without providing evidence. He too should also be changed.

APC know the right thing that is why they have insisted on Bello. Faleke's nomination will not stand the test of time when PDP goes to court.

As at four months ago, if Faleke was told that he will be the Deputy-Governor of Kogi, he wouldn't believe it talkless of being Governor. He should remain humble and wait for his time.

Bello should secure the Governorship seat for APC first then his anti-party activities can be dealt with later.

Truth be told, several roads have been rehabilited in Lagos maybe those claiming not to see these roads haven't moved round Lagos lately. Is it Ejigbo to Ikotun, Liasu to almost Idimu (I took that road tonite and I was shocked it had been completed) and several roads like that.

What I have a problem with is the patching of these roads by LSPWC and not serious construction by competent contractors. These roads that are being patched won't stand the test of time and after a few months we will come back to the issue of pot hole filled roads again (I understand serious construction can't be started because of paucity of funds).

To buttress my point above, roads patched during Fashola's era but have now failed made it appear like he didn't fix many roads before handing over to Ambode. That is why we still have a high number of roads being rehabilitated.

Despite the Nigerian Police known "uselessness", you will be shocked to learn that they may be useful at times.

Do you also share the views that the Saraki travails is because of the 2019 presidential election?

I respect Saraki as a person and I said he is able qualify to even hold the seat of the presidency. There have been speculation because some people are seeing his present position as a bridge between the senate presidency and the seat of the presidency and because of that, some politicians, who are there in the APC with him, are using this to throw stones at him. But I don’t know whether that is correct because whatever God has willed will be so. But you cannot also shy away from reality that in politics, anything goes.

Some people can throw all manner of things at you and if it is true, then these people have started throwing these things at him. But if they said they will try that matter, three things are likely to happen. If it is found that those things don’t belong to him, then they will automatically become government properties. If the allegation that he owns it and did not declare them is found to be true, they could fine him or send him to jail for some time or bar him from holding elective positions. If it is true, this could be very dangerous for the ambition of the senate president. So those who are after you as a politician can be ungodly, they can go all the way to destroy you. I pray that they will find a ‘political solution’ to the problem before it gets to that. These are my personal views and I pray that there will be a political solution to all this and that the APC will play its role and talk to their caucus in the senate so that we don’t continue to embarrass ourselves.

Just to enlighten you, agreed he was stinkingly rich before he ventured into politics the question is where did he get his money from?

The last known employment he held (before he became a Director in his father's bank from 1990-2000) was he worked in the UK as a Medical Officer from 88-89.

The major issue is that did he illegally enrich himself when he was a Director in his father's bank while other shareholders money was lost as a result of the management running the bank aground (similar case to Ibru of Oceanic Bank and Akingbola of Intercontinental Bank cases comes to mind)? If no, then how did he acquire all the wealth he declared or didn't declare?
