gold digger(thank GOD realised in good time) liar, |
@post cause the damaging effects of sleeping around manifests itself more on the women's body than the man's, the breast the v will definitely shw the effect of wear and tear with a man nothing happens |
i hear you jare,me too i dey gbadun the story just wanted to clarify so he wont think im A MR SMITH lol |
shes letting her head make the decisions, in this day and age a guy that is too good to be true 9 times out of ten is prolly |
@poster read your story halfway, when did nigerian houses start having attic spaces for storage??maybe your house will be the first o lool the way you described your block of flats semmed like self contained/bedsit falts which isnt popular in lagos buttom line your story is as fake as anything but i ll admit it makes good entertaining reading to fire on with the fiction |
@post she must look good i.e a curvy ten(i will not date a fat chick if she was the last on earth) and pretty intelligence and an awesome laid backpersonality |
de registering political parties is one of the most idiotic actions these clueless people have come up with in recent times,it is not possible to agregate different ideals and political beliefs into a handsful of political parties in a country the population of well over 150 million quote and unquote. one of the most important guiding ideals of democracy is for the highest number of demographics in a polity having the freedom to have their say, espouse their beliefs and ideals vote and be voted for maybe they should go and read the human rights charter before showing their ignorance. this is just the politicians as usual tryng to muzzle any contrasting views and putting up perpetually under their boots, i read an article where remi tinubu said that parties should be deregistered because every tom, dickand harry were coming up to contest for electoral posts and in her opinion this shouldnt be, for a former housewife who was just lucky to be married to tinubu i guess she believes she is in a class of her own |
i totally agree with goodluck jonathan, but realistically speaking the only concern i have is that non ibos who migrate to those areas might not be treated equally,if the way nollywood is presently constituted is anything to go by and the tribalism destroying the industry then hmmmmm |
why wont he,after all none of his children have the faintest chance of being posted to bauchi, katsina and any of the hot spots where corpers are being slaughtered |
i am a christian but there are some things that cant be defended, men of GOD do not need private jets to propagate the gospel,i was suprised the day i learnt warren buffet one of the richest men in the world who owns substancial shares in net jet manufacturers of airplanes, jets yet he doesnt have his own private jet, the money will go a long way in setting up soup kitchesns, subsidised healthcare for church members and as other sources of welfare |
Deep Sight:well how about the shedding of blood for starters? while our so called progenitors were murdering innocent babies and twins using them to appease the gods, those 'white men' died of tse tse fly to save the children women etc fro your african religion i was opportuned to read a thick volume owned by my dad which is an history of yorubas, culture and traditions in the pre colonial days and i nearly shed tears on account of the capacity for evil and bloodshed exhibited a religion like the african religion that advocates bloodshed and all sorts of evil is just wrong |
a real shame the babalakin guy is yet to undertake any serious works since he signed the concession |
the issue of coca cola and other companies who use unskilled staffs did not start fromthe company,it started when their labour leaders startetd getting compromised financially. where were the likes of oshiomole when he was leading the labour union to fight for these people's interests? and subsequent nlc leaders as well, using the united kingdom as a case in point the labour leaders/union fought british airways to a standstill over staff welfare which went on for a long time. the union, this time coal miners fought the supposed iron lady margaret thatcher to a stand still and up till the present time the union in the uk are still a powerful pressure group. rather than making noises that will not get anywhere, they should vote credible leaders into their union leadership who cant and wont be compromised and they should be united and collectively fight any company who isnt on point concerning staff welfare |
ACN should simply leave Ondo state be. Seriously, ACN has done their part by wielding out corrupt politician. However, Mimiko is an excellent strong Governor, let him be. Let the state be. This is where I'll start abusing Tinubu/ACN if he does not mind it.
im sure tinubu is quaking in his boots after reading this besides i dont think tinubu or any member of the national leadership of acn has categorically come out to assert this specifically |
cogitoErgo:im not sure you have hausa friends or you wont describe them ths, the average hausa man or woman loves drinking, womanising partying they are honest and straightfoward and before a single hausa will betray you trust me your ibo/yoruba brother or sister will have betrayed you multiple times. if you are talking about killings going on these are not perpetuated by the average hausa man but by poor illiterate young men brought over from neighbouring countries like chat, niger republic sponsored by politicians and business men. the average hausan young man or woman is suffering on mutiple counts first because of their illiteracy and their easy going laid back nature they have been taken advantage of by sucessive politicians who make sure they are not educated in order to continue enslaving them second they are demonised by other tribes for actions perpetuated by foreigners and a small fraction of their huge population. ask yourself this question if hausas were that blood thirsty, how come they have lived side by side with ibos and yorubas in the north untill a sudden conflagration which appears to be co ordinated and sponsored by fifth columnists? the solution in my opinion is to bear more pressure on our security/intelligence agencies and the presidency not to treat anyone as sacred cows. they are yet to arrest a single big fish in the boko haram imbroglio and several people have reportedly being released |
tribalism is not a construct of the average ibo hausa or yoruba person it was created and propagated by politicians and business ppl who use it for their selfish ends.if you walk on the streets of lagos and study the average man or woman from these tribes working, eating trading together they have absolutely no problems with each other untill ethnic/tribal jingoists start whipping up sentiments more yoruba guys are getting married to ibos i have seen hausa and yoruba and hausa(kano) and ibo (anambra)husband and wife happily married |
this is the funniest thread ever loooool where are the ladies to massage the association of tall men's ego ![]() iv missed nairaland(settles in to watch with popcorn and coke) |
more lovely pre fabricated houses, for those who dont know sheraton hotel ikeja amongst many others are fine examples of pre fabricated buildings
|
pre fabricated houses, they are a fraction of the prices as obtained in nigeria presently and it will save the struggling working class, newly married with that plot of land years and years of saving 3 million plus to build a bungalow look at these lovely buildings and it will cost a fraction of the cost if built all in concrete, especially if mass produced like agroup of 4/5 people ordering
|
more pictures of the tires used in construction, can you imagine if the homeless people gathered dissused tires and the government sponsored such initiative?
|
this topic was initiated by the news that GEJ mandated cement manufacturers to lessen/regulate the price of cement within 30 days, which got me thinking and asking why nigerians have not caught on to the contemporary and environmentally friendly and cheaper way of building in 2011. the houses dont look radically different from the ones you will build top to buttom with concrete and blocks and for a hot climate like ours i dont think internal stud walls should be made with block and concrete. this thread is just to highlight a few advantages and pictures of some of these comtemporary and environmentally friendly ways of building and i will appreciate contributions on what you all think.

governance is a continuous process so the fact that you voted for brf doesnt mean he will miraculously wave his magic wand and make everything perfect.however i support highlighting what needs being done but it has to be channeled through the proper route, instead of going on about brf the commissioner is the one responsible for this in a proper line of complaint, contractor, your councillor, local govt chairman/woman, commissioner , before getting to brf |
as usual trust nigerians/africans to ignorantly lap up anything that has been repackaged by white people, lol we send our cows abroad and they come back as corned beef which we pay throug our noses for we send our crude abroad and they come back as petrol which we pay through our noses for we sent our babalawo, idol worshipping, human sacrificing etc beliefs abroad they have repackaged it and some people not only believe that is good but they go as far as calling those of us who dont believe bakward minded, if you r looking for a gullible backward minded fellow pls look in the mirror, if i wanted to serve the devil,i wont waste my time following some oyinbo repackaged cult,i will go for the original cult in our villages where they wont repackage anything but go straight to the point nollywood dont manufacture stories out of their head,movies/films mimick reality and they are simply a miror to happenings in our society |
as far as i am concerned pastor tb joshua has my support anytime anyday as long as he keeps doing the great charitable works he is doing rather than condemning him, nigerians both home and abroad, men and women of GOD etc should follow in his footsteps rather than condemning him,who knows a charllatan different from a true man/woman of GOD?? CHRISTIANITY IS A WAY OF LIFE AND I BELIEVE THE MAN IS ESPOUSING CHRISTIAN BELIEFS MORE BY HIS CHARITABLE WORKS THAN ANY PREACHING OR MIRACLE COULD ACHIEVE |
pmartins:i am a christian and i agree with you on tb joshua however there are some points i disagree with in the above comment, we are all GOD'S annointed not just the pastors and we are all men and women of GOD. secondly if you check this particular part in the bible in 1st chronicles 16 which is popularly used by men and women of GOD to muffle any opposition,GOD was reffering to abraham and israel his annointed. men and women of GOD are not GOD,they are not infallible and they are as human as you and i,the lord speaks to every single one of us and not just the men and women of GOD SO LET US GET THINGS IN PERSPECTIVE HERE. even apostle paul said it that if an elder committed any wrongdoing, one is allowed to bring the report to the gathering of elders as long as they could produce 2 or three witnesses |
i actually saw the programme and to be honest it has not changed my belief in GOD or as a pentecostal christian.however one thing i realised that some of my christian brothers and sisters dont realise is that criticism of some pastors is not the same thing as criticising the religion and for non believers the fact that some preachers/pastors indulge in these sinful habits money making ventures does not mean christianity is a lie or that all men and women of GOD are charllatans. this kind of programme will serve to keep us christians on our feet, and to be on the look out so if we notice any of the tell tale signs, if the congregation of pastor odulele had been watchful, its possible that the incidents of abuse wouldnt have been swept under the carpet for that long before it came to light |
rubbish,i wonder what kind of insect or bug bites these people when they get toa position of power.is this not the same dora akunyili everyone was looking up to?now she has turned to a desperate power hungry politician offering bribes, she shouted for a re run which she got yet she wasnt satisfied now she is going to the tribunial all in a bid to be senator by force the only consolation for me is that i am 100% sure that onceshe loses at the tribunial her political career is finished in anambra state and gej will not be offering her anything in his re constituted cabinet which is why she is going all out |
from your accounts which i have read i dont see any indication that the guy is being mischevous, its really no big deal helping people out of a tight situation especially as you have stated yourself that he paid you back the previous soft loan.if you had any reservations lending money to him then you should tell him rather than sharing the guy's personal business on nairaland. this is what i find funny with ladies,if the shoe was on the other foot, you ll see it as something the guy ought to do after all he is the bf now you r helping someone you are planning to spend the rest of your life with and its becoming an issue, no matter how much ofa rut i am in financially i will never accept a pound from my partner |
