I will advise the boy not to quit until he secures a more favourable job than the current one while at the meantime he should continue to save the little he could make out of the meager salary. His savings will enable him learn skill if he wish to.

Asking him to work on his mindset is the best advice I can give him. When his mindset is upgraded, he wouldn't need to come to NL seeking advice. I focus on educating people, not make choices for them.

Your disability is not the problem. Are you physically attractive? How often do you even smile or are you engrossed in your limitation so much that you become unapproachable? Do you even love yourself? How often do you show yourself kindness and care? If you don't love yourself with your flaws how would someone love you? Apart from marriage what other plans do you have for your life, or is marriage your end game? You need to self reflect. Most of our conversations today is via text, and that's why I believe your disability is not the problem. Your partner doesn't even need to learn sign language, but they will take that step to learn when they see a future with you. There are a lot of disabled people married to Prince Charming, and you will wonder if they are under a spell.
