safarigirl: Ike Uche is better than Osaze. If you need another striker, call up Uche, not Osaze
my brother i tire for these osaze fans o even if we won by 10-0, they will be still be asking for osaze. as for me and you have said it if ike uche is back on form, keshi should call him up sharp sharp.

Am so happy for keshi as he continues to shame his critics with excellent results, he takes all the credit whether anybody likes it or not.

BIG BOSS YOU ARE THE MAN! PLS TAKE A BOW

zika1: the penalty ws also a good 1. The luck in d penalty is *if there wasn't a penalty wat next*? We were lucky 2 hv gotten a penalty
my brother if the game had ended 1-1 , it is still to the advantage of the Eagles with the away goal or do u think the antelopes or whatever they are called can come to calabar to beat the eagles, well let me tell you that ethiopia did all they can do to win the match with their various antics like calling for a water break in the first half when they were under pressure, they themselves were tired despite choosing the time of the match to suit themselves, whether you like or not stephen keshi takes all the credit for a wonderful display of calmness and character despite all the pressure from even we Nigerians.
Sports › Re: Ethiopia Vs Nigeria - WCQ (1 - 2) On 13th October 2013 by Goke7: 5:14pm On Oct 13, 2013
zika1: I won't deny emenikes goal ws fantastic it kinda took me tym 2 even sit cos I ws all jumpy.bt d penalty came in wen we needed it most nd dats where d luck comes in. If we had nt gotten dat I cn bet wit d way the match ws men dey wld hv put anoda ball in d net. So I really dnt hv issh wit his goal nd I agree wit u on dat goal it ws brilliant
do you call a clear and uncontroversial penalty luck again, my brother do you see the world class pass from mikel that made emenike gave a good run before he was fouled? and you say its luck, look here our problem as nigerians is that we think we should dominate every game, you can dominate a game and then a world class move by your opponent make nonsense of your tiki taka play, that's how we lost against uruguay at the conferdations cup, we dominate play but a world class goal by Forlan made the difference

That's what the Eagles showed today sheer brillinace and not luck even messi and ronaldo will salute the eagles for a job weldone
Sports › Re: Ethiopia Vs Nigeria - WCQ (1 - 2) On 13th October 2013 by Goke7: 4:45pm On Oct 13, 2013
zika1: The game was really annoying. It was very boring. They palyed us like children. Our formation was terrible. Is dis the kinda attitude we want 2 take 2 d world cup? Keshi shld really do something. I ws only seeing green and yellow on that field they were every wia. We were just lucky 2 dai nd lucks dnt come all d time we need 2 up our game. They played us bt we won and that's wat really counts sha. Congrats super eagles.
do you call emenike's 1st goal luck, common on man, that was a master piece, the Eagles only showed class when it matters most, that was the difference, keshi's strategy worked like magic, soak up pressure and hit them once. when was the last time Nigeria won away in ethiopia

Sports › Re: Ethiopia Will Lose The Match Against Nigeria If? by Goke7: 12:04pm On Oct 09, 2013
CHARLOE: Ethiopians will lose if d super eagles under-rate them and fail to prpare adequately, which is exactly what they are doing right now. We nigerians are a very funny set of pple with very shallow memory. Just because we're african champ, from radio to tv, u hear sport analysts giving d match to d eagles even when they know our preparation is shambolic.
How can keshi be opening camp d wk of d match, less dan a wk to match, and fly to ethiopia on sat, a day to d match! Ah, we're just perparing to fail. In fact if we come out with a draw we shld tank our stars. The ethiopians have been in camp, training every day under d harsh ethiopian sun, in a high altitude that they're already used to. Our super chickens eagles on d other hand are feeling kool like big boys, taking d match to be a stroll in d park, i sorry 4 dem. one wld have tot by now they shld be in adis ababa, getting used to the high altitude and the harsh sunny weather, acclimatise b4 dat d-day.
Well, na dem sabi, if dey dont go to wc, na dia career e go affect, even those myopic sport jornalist that can't point out these lapses in thier prepartn, na their career go suffer.
my brother no national team in this world with european based players can gather their players a week before a game so let's face reality. the trip is being planned this way to beat the effects of the high altitude, it has been done before and we got results to prove this.
Sports › Re: Ethiopia Will Lose The Match Against Nigeria If? by Goke7: 12:00pm On Oct 09, 2013
naptu2: Ethiopia will lose if the Eagles acclimatize to the high altitude.

The key is oxygen. They won't have enough oxygen if they don't acclimatize. The match is being played in the afternoon so that our players will suffer from the heat and lack of oxygen. The Ethiopians will most likely play at a high pace, to make the Eagles work harder and breathe heavily. We need to be able to cope with the thin air. We will definitely win once we can do that.
there are two ways to address this, you can get there 2 or 3wks before the match to acclimatize or jet in a day before and jet out immediately after match, the latter is what the eagles are doing as it is impossible to gather the players two weeks before the game, even teams in europe cannot get their national teams two weeks before a game so let's face reality.

finally we are talking about top athletes here who knows how important this match is and some of them has said they have been training before now individually to overcome the weather so i think the weather issue is just being overhyped

solomon111: The moronnic ethiopian coach thinks the same way the SE played in the AFCON group-stage was the same they played at the knock-out stage.
What a poor coach.
the coach is a learnee and that's what he has been saying to give his country men confidence, they are going to be shocked cos the Eagles are ready to die on the pitch that day as most of them including including mikel are yet to play in the world cup I pity the ethiopians no be small
Sports › Re: Ethiopia Vs Nigeria - WCQ (1 - 2) On 13th October 2013 by Goke7: 8:34pm On Oct 07, 2013
DrKlever: I fear for Nigeria. These Ethiopians have been training for a long time now. No even ignoring the effect of high altitute. The super eagles should play a very slow, broing nd tactical soccer else the rest would be stories.
that's where we have the advantage, they would have burn out before match day, they are training too hard for themselves, experience is what the Eagles will use to edge them out
Politics › Re: Teju Babyface Tribute To Tunji Okusanya Of MIC by Goke7: 5:07pm On Oct 05, 2013
I can relate to what Teju is saying there, I lost my dad two years ago, I checked MIC online and called their number, this man was the one who picked the call, I never knew he was the CEO cos he was so humble and down to earth in his communication with me, he sent his employee chijioke who also died in that crash to my office with catalogues of the various services they offer, even when I was not pleased with the ones he brought, he sent chijioke two more times to my office until I was satisfied with the what I wanted, I went to their office to make payment, wao this man [Mr Okusanya] gave me a very generous discount with all his smiles, laughter and charming personality, wao He is a rare gem.

On the day of my dad's burial, his guys were on time almost waiting for me at the morgue where my dad was, the hearse[car ambulance] I payed for was for a normal Benz car but this man directed his guys to bring a Jeep instead far more than what I actually paid for. He could not make it down for My dad's burial but the next day after the burial, this man gave me a call asking me how everything went and I was short of words appreciating him.

In summary, He is a businessman per excellence of the highest standard, if most businessmen in Nigeria are like him, Our country will be a better place to live, what breaks my heart is know that his son also died with him and am worried if his business legacy can continue.

Rest in peace Mr Okusanya you've touched and blessed many lives including me

Coco diva: You're welcome.for urinary tract infections, depending on the severity, you can start with the use of baking soda to halt the spread .Baking soda being alkaline will raise the acid level thereby giving you relief from the symptoms. Take a teaspoon of BS to a glass of water once or twice a day then follow up using acv.take a tablespoon of acv to a glass of water 3 times a day.you may add honey to the mix if you like. For a lady, you can also use salt water to wash" down there". Above all, drink plenty of water so aid flushing of the system.all the best!
Thanks a lot, but for how long do one continue to use the baking soda and acv, I mean the duration [months or how long]. your insight are so helpful

Coco diva: Hello all,
@Goke7, I agree with you that azoospermia is a condition that's on the increase these days. There are several causes of this condition .such as
* genetic factors
* testicular failure
* Obstructive azoospermia
*weight issues
*infections / STDs
Its important that any man having this condition works with his doctor for proper treatment due to the sensitive nature of it.
Depending on the causal factor, natural methods can assist the body to return to a good place in order to reverse the situation or respond better to treatment.
Those with genetic factors are the most difficult to deal with. Cause genetics is what you've been born with, but nothing is impossible,it may be challenging but not impossible.
For those men that are overweight and obese, they need to lose the excess weight so that the normal functioning of their system resumes. Tests for infections should be carried out and appropriate treatments observe completely.Men having infections can have no symptoms or signs,so its important that treatment cycle is completed. This category and others will benefit from some herbs like maca, ginseng root, saw palmetto. The dosage is usually on the bottle. Acupuncture is another thing that benefits this condition, because it helps the body go back to a state of equlibrium. For those that have obstructive azoospermia, a surgery would be needed to allow free flow. This category will benefit from the use of enzyme therapy, there are products such as rejuvenzyme, wobenzym, serrapeptase which are very helpful to prevent blockage due to scar tissues .
Lifestyle changes and diet changes are also relevant.habits such as smoking, alcohol intake are to be discarded.exercise should be adopted to help blood flow around the body.loose ,cotton boxers should be worn,no tight fitting jeans or trousers, avoid placing laptops on the legs.ensure the temperature of down below is reduced. Above all, work along with your doctor and do your part keeping your body in good shape.all the best
Thank you very much for your comprehensive response, this will surely help many out there. Please can you also help with the use of acv [apple cider] for urinary tract infections, am sorry for asking too many questions. Thanks

These guys for me are the bomb o! I watched a friendly game between this team and France, oh boy the standard of soccer that day despite being a goaless match, was at its highest peak. The truth is everyone is already aware of their threat. I only pray they will be able to overcome all the hype before the world cup begin to give a spectacular performance if not their case may be like Ivory Coast with all the drogbas and toures of this world.

I just hope the guys tearing the Eagles apart here will not find it difficult to eat their words when the eagles begin to excel. The X-factor in that team is that they are not easy to predict especially the players.

whoever believed that Mikel could score such a wonderful goal last Saturday!

The Confederation's cup is still what people are using to judge the eagles [despite the absence of onazi, moses and Emenike].

The combination of onazi, mikel and Igiebor can give serious headaches to the best of midfield combination on earth.

why? they play in the best of leagues in Europe; Italy, England and Spain.

Could it be same sex marriage issue , our relationship with china or fear of terrorism? Is it just a coincidence that we are ask to pay bond to UK and removed from us lottery in the same year?
Just one reason: Gay marriage, that's all.

You are very right here, all these including the bond placed by Uk to restrict Nigerians was all because of our hard stand on gay marriage. Those who know, know this very well, any other reason stated are just for diplomacy.

Sports › Re: NFF Rules-out Abuja Stadium For World Cup Play-off by Goke7: 9:36am On Sep 18, 2013
if we can win 4-nil away in Ethiopia and if the pitch in Abuja is okay, then I suggest we play in Abuja.

Seriously, the pitch in Calabar, is too bumpy for the Eagles to express themselves, you can easily spot the difference between the friendly game in South Africa and the game against Malawi in Calabar. The eagles have been complaining just that they are always overwhelmed by the Hospitality of the good people in Calabar and the fans out there but deep inside they don't like the pitch.

But if we draw or loose in Ethiopia, abeg na Calabar all the way o, they don't put too much pressure on the Eagles [check out the game against Kenya in Calabar]
Sports › Re: Bonfrere Jo Unimpressed With Eagles by Goke7: 8:42am On Sep 18, 2013
breezy047: Whatever the Uruguan coach said was just to pacify our ego after we lost. . .just like Keshi said to South Africa after we beat them. . .
That is not true both coaches [Uruguay and Spain] admitted that their team fought very hard to earn their victory over the Eagles, the Spanish coach also admitted that the Eagles got enough possession of the ball in the first half, he even said that the score line betrayed what actually happened on the pitch. [Remember no onazi, emenike and moses]

You don't pacify egos with such kind of reactions, The eagles finally exposed Spain, Italy almost capitalized on it but it was Brazil who finally did the damage, Now let me ask you, has anybody crucified the Spanish Coach after that heavy defeat [remember Spain is yet to win the Confederations' cup]

I think some people are only unfair to Keshi for no fault of his!

Bonfere and Oliseh should first of all win the AFCON trophy before they open their wide mouth to criticize Keshi, I've got no issues with white dudes, but they must prove to be far better for us to learn from, if Alex ferguson is talking, I know somebody is talking. You need to hear what the Spanish coach and the Uruguay coach said about the Super Eagles after their matches with Nigeria at the confederation's Cup. Bonfere is just a learner, what has achieved since he left Nigeria.
Sports › Re: Bonfrere Jo Unimpressed With Eagles by Goke7: 3:56pm On Sep 17, 2013
AjanleKoko: Hmm.
Well we have had champions that immediately afterwards dropped out of sight. Like Greece in Euro 2004. They somehow won the Euros . . . and haven't even been able to get past the first round of the same competition since embarassed

While I may not necessarily care for Bonfrere, or not even agree 100%, I think it's a good idea for whoever is listening, to try and take some little learnings from what he says. After all, he used to coach the team, and achieved some significant level of success with us.

As for Keshi . . . not to worry. I know he can't possibly improve the team even if he tried. The structure for continuous improvement is simply not there, and it's not due to any fault of his. He can only do his best and move on when it's time to do so.
My brother, Bonfere lost the AFCon trophy on home soil to Camerooun, I think Keshi deserve some respect from Bonfere with better comments than what he spewed out there. The fact that Greece dropped out of sight does not changed the fact that they were champions in 2004.

OR do you want the Super Eagles to drop out of sight too, Let's be positive sir!

spade: The kind of replies I'm seeing on this thread, like "bad belle old man", has made me realize this country is plagued with bloody illiterates and ignoramuses. "The 2go Clan" is what I call 'em.

A lot of you iidiots, I'm very sure; didn't even care to read the report. Only saw the thread title and jumped in with your nonsensical retorts.
How else can I explain the fact that you FAILED to see the title had very little to do with his comments? How else can I explain that Bonfere was infact making very good points about rot in the NFF and its lack of interest in actually doing its job, leaving the coaches to do everything and get fired? Was this not what Keshi faced earlier this year when the unpatriotic NFF already started searching for a foreign coach (their self-hating black assses) when Keshi and the Eagles were STILL in South Africa?

You bloody pieces of decomposing turd just came in here spewing TRASH without even reading the interview!

Biko, how did he do wrong by encouraging Keshi to also occassionally visit his players in the respective clubs and watch them play? How the phuck did he do wrong there?

Christian Chukwu and Shuaibu Amodu were two coaches who bowed to the corrupt NFF, did their bidding, and STILL got fired.

If Keshi fails tomorrow, a lot of you fairweather fans would also be here bashing him with your grammatically abominable writings, yet you're right here today insulting a man and his constructive criticism.

I am surrounded by dullards, oh Lord!
The NFF problem has been there for a very long time and is not only peculiar to Nigeria alone but also exist in other african countries, its a reflection of how CAF manages the game in Africa and how we think, we don't need Bonfere to remind us, Westerhof also had his share too, thanks to Aikhomu[former VP] who always bail him out.

You see the NFF problem is like Power Supply issue in Nigeria that will unfortunately still remain with us for sometime, the point here is that there was no need for Bonfere to re-open old wounds, we don't need that now that we are on the verge of qualifying for our fifth world cup appearance.

its like your wife is about to go into labour room and you start to remind her of all the quarrels you've had before, does it make sense?

Do you want all our former coaches to come out and tell us all the problems they had with NFF all in the name of constructive criticism? haba!
