Can anyone who have been into palm oil business please enlighten me more on where to get palm oil in large quantity, and other things to know more about the business as im contemplating starting the business.

Its true you are passing thru difficult times as a result of what is happening in your family, but have you ever asked yourself, what the purpose of God is for your life, believe it or not, your parents are only the channel thru which you find yourself on this earth, and there is a special purpose for you existence here on earth, which as a result, you are only responsible for your happiness or otherwise, so , sit up and take responsibility for your life.
As for your parents, you met them here on earth, they are adults, they are either living their lives the way they want it or they dont know the purpse of their existence and they are not sensitive enough to know that their actions are affecting you, so, since they dont care about how you guys feeling, then dont care about their feelings too, live your life, and believe that one day, they will wake up to their senses and start acting right.
However, get these clues to get yourself out of depression,


1. Set goals for yourself........something special happens when we take pen and write down our goals, our brain chemistry changes, neurons fire, hormones are developed and we start thinking about how we can achieve our goals, thereby forgetting about depression.

2. Forgiveness......forgive your parents and your brother, when you forgive, you remove the weight of unhappiness from off your shoulders and you put yourself in a position to be happier. Forgiveness heals.

3. Gratitude.....many times when we complain, we can cause ourselves to be sad. Complaining is just a factor of not taking into account what we are grateful for. Thank your parents for bringing you into this world to fulfil your purpose, and make additional 50 things you are grateful for right now and see if you will not have reasons to be happy.

5. Make friendships.........your life force,support system and everything that matters. Its not hard to make frieds, if you put the time in. Everyone wants to be heard, appreciated and loved, start off by listening, appreciating and loving and it will come back your way, i.e make meaningful and positive-oriented friends, as you are touching their lives positively, they will also do the same back to you, and depression will be nowhere to be found.

Do not committ suicide, or think negative, if you look around and you are sensitive enough, you will discover that EVERBODY has his/her own CROSS to carry and your attitude towards the cross determines whether it will be heavy or light for you to carry and always remember that, there is something to thank God for.

It is very normal to be scared, its a normal feeling, its a lifetime commitment, so, its normal.

How to cope, what ifs,(so many ifs) my inlaws, my family members, my friends, balance btwn work life and family life, the marital vow, raising the kids, many how questions (like how to be a good husband, how to be a good father, how to........)e.t.c, are some of the things that can make one to be scared.
So, as you are going in, go in with positive mindset and proper preparation, endeavour to be the right partner, do only what you can accept to the other partner, plan how you are going to balance btwn family and work love your spouse sincerely, (perfect love cast out fear), plan your finances, and very importantly, be prayerful, these and some other things are what you can do to overcome the fear.

My sister, you are scared because of your thought, now, lets look at it from this angle, what if you never knew you are already pregnant, will you be scared?, so, its your thought, and now that you are scared, i wont advise you to do it until you see your doctor, get tested and be more informed about yourself and the foetus and how safe and well to go about the whole thing.
However, from experience, you can be intimate thruout your pregnancy, if the pregnancy is not a high risk one(risk or threat of abortion, popularly called miscarriage), there is nothing to be afraid of, the feotus is already protected by aminoatic sac(hope i get the spelling), so, there is no way the head of "baba agba" can get in touch with the foetus, just tell your hubby to do it gently, lobatan.

@op, i dont think there is a law in our country that forbid it but, the Law of God forbids it, its in the bible, as well as the quoran, that, such act is an abominable one, and i think the law of God should be above any other laws, so, dont do it, there are so many other ladies out there that you can marry, i take God beg you, the repercussion may not be immediate, but definately, something unpalatable will come out of it in the future, which may not be easily bearable to you, redirect that love to the right type of love that is suppose to be btwn both of you and set each other free from the bondage you both are. At first, it may be hard, but, if you sincerely wish, you can both brake the yoke, the first step to take is to move and live far away from each other for a very long time.

traditonal wedding involves payment of dowry and other payments as requested by the bride's parents, bride parent's consent and acceptance of terms and conditions by the groom's parents. The rest like...... alaga ijoko, alaga ibere, alaga iduro, aso ebi, ero repete, food, korankara, ko je seme, etc, are all extras, to me, they are feferity and copi-copi.
As per being biblical, God specifically told them, then, in the bible to make sure dowries are paid, b4 taking in wives.

it depends on what the lady in question and her family want, but to me, the most important things are:
1. Payment of dowry and other payments as requested by the bride's parents.
2. Bride parent's consent and groom'parents acceptability.
All those "ero repete" and partying are just "feferity" and copy-copy.

The most important one, which is biblical is the traditional one, where the dowry is paid, and both families are known to each other, and the wife's parents give their consent, the husbands family also accept the terms and conditions.


The registry/court marriage is just to legalise the marriage. It is as well important.


The church wedding is of course a western culture, which makes it to look like a borrowed culture to me, however, it is binding on those who believe in Jesus, or, let me say, those who believe in it.

lol, that is what is happening to me right at present, my sisters-in-law keep shouting on my hubby, that while i am taking care of him and hes becoming bigger and bigger, but seems hes not reciprocating, as my stature is not really different from how i was b4 i got married 8years ago, well, thats how i want to be, im really disciplining myself plus the housechore activities, but i really love how i look younger, all these i do tell my sisters-in-law, but they wouldnt agree, they all want to see me becoming big, that is when they will believe im being taken care of...lol.
