USE TELEGRAM JOOR ABEG MAKE UNA JOIN ME FOR TELEGRAM USE THE LINK ON MY BIO/PROFILE Now, this is supposed to be my personal opinion based on my usage of both the Instant Messaging applications. The choice here is purely personal and according to what you think is the better choice for you. So, I would just put forth a brief idea about the features of Telegram and how it stacks against WhatsApp, the most popular IM out there. User Base - This is somewhere Telegram is far behind WhatsApp at the moment, but is growing steadily. WhatsApp has had far more years of experience and development than Telegram did. Telegram is new to the IM scene, and it entered the market at a time when WhatsApp was ruling the Instant Messaging game and brought about a revolution of free-of-cost text messaging. Another reason is that people resist change and see it as being negative. They only follow what their peers use and hence Telegram lacks the user base and market share WhatsApp currently enjoys. Availability- Telegram is available over most of the operating platforms people use. You can use Telegram on Android, iOS and even on Windows Phones. It has dedicated applications for Windows OS, MacOS and Linux as well. WhatsApp lacks behind in such wide range of availability on different platforms. Cross Platform Usage - Now this has got to be the best feature about Telegram. Telegram is totally cloud based IM application. They use a login based system to get into your account and everything syncs to your device including your chats, photos, videos and contacts as well. Another great feature is that you can simultaneously login to your account over different devices all at the same time. So you can leave a conversation on your phone and continue that on your work PC or laptop. You have a dedicated menu option to view all your active Telegram sessions on different devices. This is to provide extra security and to be aware of the devices currently logged into your account. You can terminate any session from inside this menu. This marvelous feature is something WhatsApp does not provide. Privacy - Privacy settings on Telegram are some of the best ones I have seen around on IMs. Furthermore, Telegram associates an account with a phone number as well as an username. So if you're not sure about giving someone your personal phone number, you can just share your username to connect and stay in touch, while the other person would never get to know your cell number (unless you decide to tell them yourself) Somewhat extra privacy, that is not available to WhatsApp users. Groups, Supergroups & Channels WhatsApp does not even compare to the groups and channels that are provided by Telegram. You can join by an invite or a specified link. There are supergroups with max user limit of 5000 (WhatsApp doesn't even compare). Then there are channels, which broadcasts content over to the members of the particular channel, the content varies from news, memes, videos, movies (HD), music, TV shows and much more. You can download any of the above content from a channel. (Admins of the channel take full advantage of the sweet file sharing capabilities on Telegram) File Sharing Telegram has better file sharing capabilities than WhatsApp (by a huge margin). The photos you share are not highly compressed and pixelated (like WhatsApp does). There are no limits on video file sizes. Hence, channels broadcast movies in HD quality, which you can download. Taking advantage of the cloud system Telegram is based on, you can download a particular file multiple times, on multiple platforms if you want. WhatsApp doesn't allow this - once you delete a photo or video, there is no way to re-download it. Secret Chats (end-to-end encryption) Using a cloud based messaging service meant that Telegram could not offer end-to-end encryption, like WhatsApp does. They addressed this issue by introducing Secret Chats, which provide end-to-end encryption. These chats have self destructing messages and no content is saved on the cloud. So if you log out of a device, the chat would be lost forever. Artificial Intelligence based Bots Telegram has bot-support. So, developers can publish their bots and people can use them for stuff like fetching weather info, news headlines and even play games. Pretty cool feature (although, needs a lot of work and development right now) However, there are certain features like Voice Calling and Video Calling on WhatsApp which trump out Telegram. The reason is simple, WhatsApp had enough time to develop and improve their application, Telegram is new and just launched it's voice calling feature. The thing to note is that, Telegram is growing at such an enormous pace even with such huge competition from world leading IM WhatsApp, recently acquired by a deep pocket MNC - Facebook. In my opinion, Telegram is far better than any IM out there. I would place my bets on Telegram to put WhatsApp behind in a few years. Telegram is going to leave WhatsApp in the dust. |
TEACH YOUR TEENAGE CHILDREN THAT: ●Fornication is not a norm. Even if it has become so common, it is a great sin to God and a disservice to your body. ●Virginity is not a sign of weakness or even sexual malfunction. It is a sign of purity - something to be proud of that you have not been desecrated by the unworthy and filthy. ●That Virginity should not be just about the sexual organs. The eyes, hands, legs and mind should be virgins too. If these parts get corrupted with immorality, soon the genitals will confirm the corruption. ●Females are not mere objects of sexual gratification. There is more to a woman than her breast and buttocks. ●Not having a girlfriend does not make you less of a man. It makes you a man with a lot of control. It makes you a rare kind of a man in a world pervaded by immorality. It makes you a superman. ●Sex is not one sure way to prove depth of love. If he truly loves you, he will marry you. If he is a real man why does he want the sex but not the responsibility of keeping you? ●Sex is not the solution to your Dysmenorrhea (Menstrual cramps), it is one of those deceits of boys who want to get into your pants! ●Blue balls (pain in the testicles when you get turned on without an eventual climax) does not harm you. It is more common in people who expose themselves to arousing situations. ● Sperm accumulation has no medical side effect. Your body is equipped to deal with that till you are ready to put them to good use. ●Masturbation is not a safe way to understand your sexuality. You will only end up teaching yourself how to please yourself not how someone else should please you. You get addicted to it so much that no one can please you as good as you. It becomes a psychological problem, and it is a sin. ●Lesbianism is not 'safe' because it does not lead to pregnancy. It is filthy and a disgusting sin before God. As senseless as animals are, they do not get to such level of mental depravity to be gays, why humans? (Please talk to your girls especially about Lesbianism. It is becoming very common, starting as early as in primary schools. There are very ugly cases we have handled that are unbelievable!). I passed through teenagehood and know how trying it can be. I am also aware it is one of those periods that are very difficult for parents to handle their children. For a start, building effective communication link before the child enters teenagehood might help. Let your kids see you as a friend they can trust. Mothers should have long broached the topic of menarche (onset of menstruation) with their daughters before she sees the first blood spots. That way she won't be alarmed by it, and would rather inform you than run off to her friends who would tell her sex is one way to relieve the cramps! Fathers should 'hint' their sons that at some stage in life they would begin to feel attracted to women. They may feel changes in their body at such periods but it is normal. Teach them how to handle such periods! Ask your kids if they have a 'crush' on anybody. Laugh about it and tease them. Tell them it is normal to be attracted to things/people. But it is not everything we are attracted to that we can have. Teach them self control, how to be masters of their thoughts rather than slaves. If you don't teach your children to trust you, they will trust the wrong people who will teach them all the wrong things. May God grant us pious offsprings. |
Dear Ladies/Gents If your standard is 'no sex till marriage' then keep to it, any person that can't respect your decision is not the right person for you, any friend that can't respect your decision, certainly can't make you happy. Don't be deceived by thinking that breaking your rules to please a man/lady is love. Love is obedience to do the right thing. If he/she can't obey your rules then he/she doesn't worth you. Don't be afraid of losing anybody because you're keeping it real with yourself, the right person will stay when you do the right thing. Don't apologize for taking the right step and don't adjust your values to a lower end because you're desperate for love. True love starts when you obey your rules! If you can't love yourself enough to keep to your values of 'no sex' then a man/woman deserves to receive sex from you. Mind you, the right man/lady is not necessarily the person you love, but the one who respects the values and decisions in your life. But if after all you've said "no sex till marriage" but yet you get it outside to quench urge, just know you've failed. ..and always remember that, breakup becomes very easy after sex!!! Hope the Volume is OK. |

Who used to be very attracted to very handsome men like me? What have you learnt so far? When I started dating, I only dated very tall, "drop dead gorgeous" men! You didn't need to have sense, just be fine. I didn't even have sense myself anyway. I was just a young lady who had a little more money than her peers due to inheritance! Boy, was a burnt! Terribly so! These fine men will take my money, buy fine things to attract more beautiful girls who had sense . The girls will help them "eat my money" and I'd be left high and dry, crying my eyes out!I remember throwing a birthday party for my college boyfriend and ending up leaving the venue in tears because a lady had worn the Thomas Pink Tee-shirt I got him the previous week! I didn't buy designer for myself oh, but I ordered it from the UK for man. You would have thought that will reboot my medulla oblongata, but it never did. I still went on to pay school fees for 2more years. He was running a part time programme while I was running a full time one. It meant he had more time in his hands. I had a mini business center back at the Uni. He would stay there during the week while I attended lectures and I'd take over on weekends. Uncle's school fees was x3 of mine oh. But as the lover girl that I was, I didn't mind. As I was paying mine, I was crediting his account to pay his! My grandpa had done the work, the silly little girl in me didn't think twice before spending. Rather than stay in the shop during the week, our big bros was often seen frolicking about town with different girls. Chai! Anyway, to cut the long story short, I have learnt oh. I still like them handsome, but kindness is what I give priority to. Is he kind? Does he treat people around him nicely? Is he proud or conceited? (I RUN). This new year, I'm deliberately staying away from very handsome and tall men. Perhaps my village people will leave me alone when they see I've changed. Hey, this is not an invite to come into my messenger like the last time... Despite spelling out what I needed in a man, many who are much younger than I am still came inbox like they didn't see the "No cougar" sign I put up! What am I looking for, I'm looking for my own Ned Nwoko as I have used all my money to do charity by training other women's sons for them Let somebody come and take care of me for once. Call me gold digger, I don't care. Peace out |

So today in the office, this customer came telling me that he couldn't reach me on phone during the holidays to lay a complaint regarding his account. I told him my line wasn't available then reason he couldn't reach me, but this guy insinuated that I gave him wrong number (why should I?)...I asked him to show me the number for confirmation, and lo, I saw my number saved as "Amara my love " ... I pretended I didn't see that and just told him that the number is correct. .When he left, I couldn't hold the laughter. A guy of 1995 dating me in his head already?? This my small body eeh... For the records, I'm way older than the guy and I prefer older men (except one of my coursemates I'm really crushing on due to his qualities )I'm here laughing at all the people that are dating others in their head Happy New Year |
