I will never look down on or send away someone who walks into my office to look for a job, I know what it means to be jobless and have nowhere to cash from.

When I was jobless and depressed, I used to walk so many KMs dropping my CVSs at offices and knocking on offices, without food for days or where to sleep. I was evicted so many times and my belonging was thrown into the rain.

Thank God there were events, after a long day's search, I could walk to the big hotels to gate crush to get the meal of that day, I did this so many times until I was discovered. I was arrested and taken to the security department.

I have helped so many people acquire jobs, to some I give strategies, to some I have given referrals, to some I coach them on what to say, and to some, I walk them through the journey of discovering passion.

If you were not privileged enough, don’t forget where you came from, you might not be having a connection to a job opening, but just sharing a word of encouragement goes a long way in giving these people hope.

I remember being chased like a dog by one person whom I hoped could help me secure a place to work. “YOU PARASITE GET OUT OF MY OFFICE, AND NEVER EVER SHOULD I EVER SEE YOU, YOO FILTHY SHIT HERE AGAIN”

Last week we met at an event where I was the Keynote speaker, and he reached out to me to help promote his organization, I could see how embarrassed and shocked he was.

Just do good, and today be the reason as to why someone smile

God is my witness, from January till today, I have saved more than #2M.
Funnily enough, from 2019 till 2021, I couldn't save #1M even as I'm still on the same job.
I don wise, no room for reckless spending no more.

When people know that you will not do anything without necessary approval, they will not come to you without adequate approval.

It is not the job of an Accountant to be loved, his job is to do his work professionally.

BIG MISTAKE!

Many bosses have this attitude that anyone is replaceable easily like gloves, and that they can hire someone even better.
So they keep treating employees poorly. They do a disservice to their company. A good employee has knowledge of systems, products, and processes.

They have built relationships with clients and co-workers which takes years to build. When you lose a good employee, you lose part of your culture. And you may lose your own future.

Never push loyal employees to the point where they no longer care!

Nice write-up. What if Ronaldinho was also not there for the so called friends and family when they needed him the most? I believe compassion and empathy should come from the innermost crevice of our hearts. We do not play the role of a "good person" because we want to be repaid back. We do it because that's what we are supposed to do, come rain or shine. What people fail to remember is, assistance/requests ends in this world. As long as you cannot help a brother/sister now; when they cross over, it would have been a wasted venture. Only regrets and what-ifs would ring loud.

Is it really a SMARTER move for rigging against the choice of all suffering Nigerians that cries out for fresh air?

Is INEC ready for a free and fair election in 2023?

"Nigerian are beginning to entertain fears that INEC may not conduct a free, fair and transparent election in 2023. The latest redeployment of Engr Chidi Nwafor, the Director of ICT is a sign that all is not well.

Engr Chidi #Nwafor was transferred from Abuja headquarters of INEC to Enugu. He was removed as INEC Director of ICT to a mere Administrative Secretary to INEC Enugu state.

It was gathered that Engr Chidi Nwafor was the one who introduced the Bimordal Voting Accreditation System, BVAS. to replace the card reader. The BVAS has proven to be more liable and has largely eliminated rigging.

With BVAS, the issue of over voting, double voting and hijacking of ballot boxes have been eliminated. It also transmits results electronically to the INEC central serve.

More importantly, Engr Chidi Nwafor from information available to AIF MEDIA introduced other applications to help eliminate double registration and ghost resignation.

The application is capable of sieving voters register and produce real voters. It helped in reducing dubious numbers of voters in some states to real organic voters.

Nigerians are asking why instead of promoting the brain behind this electoral innovation, he was demoted and transferred to Enugu as Administrative Secretary just 6 months to the election.

Is Prof Mahmood and INEC ready for a free and fair election in 2023. There are already doubts".
